The pool sizes 5 x 6 metres and its depth goes from 0.80 to 1.80 metres. By the pool, you will find a stupendous built-in barbecue that invites to prepare delicious grilled recipes to taste under the porch afterwards, with the horizon as the best company. Some simple lawns areas will be the delight of the little ones to enjoy playing and running freely around. The rooms are distributed on one floor so this is the perfect home for a family or groups of friends. It counts with one living room open to the dining area with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can come all together and enjoy watching satellite TV or admiring the incomparable views over the terrace and the sea through the large windows. The living room heads to the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and all you can need to cook your favourite menus. In the same space you will find the washing machine, the ron and the ironing board.
