The accommodation comprises Day area: - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: pull-out bed (2 people) - Bathroom with shower and WC. Outside: - An unfenced, south-facing courtyard/garden to make the most of fine weather. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Lingolsheim, just outside Strasbourg, in a very pleasant, quiet cul-de-sac setting.
