Hotel bem localizado, disponibilidade de bebidas o tempo todo (isso foi espetacular), bom café da manhã e funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto pequeno, mas suficiente para somente dormir de noite.

受付の近くにセルフでコーヒーや紅茶、パンやマフィンなどが置いてあり自由に取ることができました。 部屋にもスティックコーヒーや電気ポット、フリーソフトドリンクがあり、ちょっとした時に口にすることができよかったです。 サン＝ラザール駅は徒歩10分位、Roma駅は徒歩2分位でパリ市内の移動に良く利用しました。 また、バス停も近くオペラ・ガルニエやセーヌ川の方へ行くのにも利用し、交通の便は非常によかったと思います。 だいたい20〜30分位でパリ市内には行けたかと思います。 受付の方もとても親切で丁寧に説明してくれました。 ホテルの近辺はカフェやレストランは2軒位しかなかったと思いますが、サン＝ラザール駅の中心の方まで行くと賑やかで、カフェやレストランは多かったと思います。 ホテルの前は人通りや車が少なく静かです。 私は８月初旬に行ったので22時30分頃まで明るいですが、日の入りが始まりだすと22時頃には暗くなります。 23時頃に歩いてホテルまで帰宅しましたが、人通りが少なく少し怖っかったです。 ムーラン・ルージュまでは徒歩で15分ほどです。 私にとってムーラン・ルージュまでは徒歩圏内だったので、昼間は歩いて向かいましたが、帰宅時の23時頃は人通りも少ないので電車で帰宅するとことおすすめします。

Großartiger Aufenthalt. Super sauber, Zimmer klein, aber alles vorhanden (u.a. Wasserkocher, Tee und Schnellkaffee, Fön, Safe). Fenster lassen sich öffnen. Super leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Minibar (Wasser und Softdrinks) umsonst, wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Nachmittags Tee usw. gratis. Konnte ich gar nicht nutzen, aber mit der Keycard wohl auch Zugang zu anderen Hotels der Kette in Paris für Erfrischungen. Super Lage, mit Metro gut erreichbar. Unbedingt zu empfehlen, gerne wieder!

Hotel muito bom perto do Gare ST Lazare. 4 estações de metrô próximas. Café da manhã muito bom! Com ovos, omeletes, sucos, queijos, croissants, iogurtes. Atendimento do TJ no café da manhã impecável ! Tamanho do quarto e banheiro muito bom, fugindo dos cubículos de Paris. O hotel disponibiliza frigobar grátis pros hóspedes com água, Pepsi , suco que é reposto todos os dias. Também no lobby do hotel eles mantém croissants, água, café , chá grátis para os hospedas. Elevador muito pequeno , e a decoração do hotel poderia ser clássica .

Café da manhã bom, localização do hotel excelente . Única coisa ruim era o elevador que só cabiam duas pessoas e era muito pequeno e lento . Fiquei no quinto andar então dependia muito do elevador .

Easy to get to from the airport, nice neighborhood with bakeries and restaurants, friendly welcome, early check in, perfect size for a single room, comfortable bed, all fine. Many extras: water, juice, soft drinks free of charge in the room minibar, refilled every day. From afternoon to night, free snacks and drinks/coffee/tea. And not only in this hotel, but in all 17 Astotels all over the city. Wherever you are in Paris and need a nice break, there is a relaxing, friendly place you can go to. Next time in Paris, definitely Astoria or any other Astotel, more than worth the price you pay.

My family of 5 just checked out after a five night stay. We were in rooms 214 and 215, which adjoined through a secure hallway. The location is excellent to many sights with tons of great food options. It's a little less touristy than other areas like around the Eiffel Tower or Louvre, but we liked that. The restocked mini bar with water and soda was fantastic, and they set out snacks late in the day which was nice to return to while we sorted out dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Good, but the elevator doesn’t work

Good location for visiting Paris attractions by public transport. Staff was helpful and friendly. Complimentary mini bar was a big plus too.

Je m’attendais à mieux de la part de Astotel mais je n’ai pas eu bcp de chance Très chaud dans les chambres, moquette bien bien usée et baignoire complètement bouchée C’est aussi un détails mais les thes et infusions propodes font bas de galle

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The property was clean, well kept and comfortable. It was very close to two different Metro stops, a pharmacy and a grocery store, all of which we used. There are also a nice variety of restaurants very close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate the breakfast one morning which had a good selection and was well worth the price. The mini fridge/bar in the room was a nice addition. I would highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.

숙소 청결상태가 안좋습니다. 욕실 세면대 등에 뭐가 많이 묻어있는데 딱딱하게 굳어서 지워지지도 않더라구요. 그리고 2박했는데, 따로 청소해달라고 얘기안하니 오래 외출했다가 왔는데도 청소가 안되어 있더라구요. 1층에 식사시간 아닐때도 간식 등이 제공되는 부분만 좋았습니다.

I only stayed one night and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the bathroom was. The single room with a double bed can feel a bit cramped if there’s 2 people but as I was only one person, it felt fine. There’s blackout curtains which was very useful. The only con about the room was that you can hear every creak from upstairs and outside the room. Otherwise, staff was friendly, room was clean. It was pleasant.

Rooms and bathrooms were small - no plug in bathroom for hairdryer- beds were so uncomfortable and pillows were flat

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel seemed kept up and cleaned. The snacks in the lobby, drinks in the room and Olympic welcome gifts were nice. The rooms were smaller than expected and we asked to be changed rooms for more space. We were able to get a room change and however, it was also small but the bathroom was bigger. The room floor boards need repairing as they were squeaky with every step.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic —right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The staff is incredibly dedicated and always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the best perks is the complimentary coffee available all day, along with a variety of snacks—such a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall comfort. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s completely expected in Paris. Despite the size, they are well-designed, cozy, and exceptionally clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent service, and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

Très belle et grande chambre. Super propre et au calme.

Accueil à l’arrivée un peu froid heureusement relevé par le personnel du soir et du petit déjeuner, Chambre pas du tout isoler et Pour une chambre confort dommage je trouve qu’il n’y avait pas assez de place. C’était limite pour passer entre le lit et le mur. Plateau de courtoisie lambda il n’y avait pas de machine à café.

The room was too small, there was about 1 1/2 to 2 feet around the bed and that is it. I got hit on the shoulder every time I passed the window, they kept forgetting to refill the coffee and cream in the room,

We had a room with two double beds. The room is small but has everything we needed. Bath room is big and clean. The hotel staff is very nice. They helped us a lot by lending us the plates, booking a taxi for us.

Okay for a one-night stay. Upon arrival, very full rubbish bins were on either side of the entrance. Despite informing the hotel of our very early arrival, they seemed surprised we were so early. We didn't get any replies to the messages we sent them, so we're unsure if they got them. We told them of our expedia vip status and reminded them that it involved a complimentary city tour, which ended up being a very delightful 1-hour boat ride along the Seine. Upon arriving back at the hotel around 2pm (which the female receptionist told us earlier was the time we could check in), I think the guy at the front reception was trying to have a joke. Still, we didn't understand it when he told us that he doesn't have to have the room available before 3pm (as it wasn't ready). It was supposedly an upgrade, and although we had asked for a high floor to potentially get a view of the city, we were given a room on the 1st floor which was quite small. The bath towels were of poor quality (the edging was coming apart from too much use) and very thin. We did get a view of the street below, but there was a building directly opposite, so no view. There are some bars nearby within walking distance that have happy hour and the ability to sit on the sidewalk and watch people walk by. The included breakfast was great - they had a good selection and the pieces of folded egg omelette (I think that’s what they were) were really delicious! However, I wouldn't stay more than one night at this hotel.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. On departure my husband left his wallet in the room and it was quickly found and returned to us. Great service, thank you.

Staff very friendly and helpfull

The night we checked in, the gentleman working was so nice! But the next night the 2 working were not helpful.

The property is fine enough. The problem was that they did not reserve the room I booked. I was supposed to have a family room with 2 separate rooms and they put us in a triple all together. They blamed it on people training at the front desk. We will supposedly get some money back but we were very disappointed with the room problem.

We absolutely loved staying here.We kept adding days to our trip. The location was superbe. Withing 2 mins walk you had either a metro or bus stop. All the metro stops were well indicated. You could be at your designated stop within 20-30 mins max. And able to walk to others as well. We found a favourite bakery just down the street. We felt completely safe in the area. The room was spacious & cozy. Looking out the window was nostalgic. Picturesque view. We were able to keep the windows open. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly & ready to help. They had free croissants, treats, water, tea after 2 pm that was delicious. I have recommended to a friend travelling in September & posted on SM. We would most definitely come back & stay here by choice. So grateful to have found this gem.

Location close to Montmartre, walking distance. Close to subway stations, connected rooms ideal for family with two bathrooms.

Booked this hotel for one week during rugby world cup when there were not many affordable options, but very happy with result. Clean room with street view, good service, free snacks and beverages, including cold water and sodas in minibar in room. Walking distance to multiple Metro lines and trains west to Normandy and Giverny, and to Versailles. Has neighborhood feel. Brasserie diners are mostly locals. Not for anyone who wants to see the Eiffel Tower when they walk out the door or wants be close to the river/museums. Walkable to Opera, Galerie Lafayette, Montmartre, Parc Monceau. Would stay here again.

The hotel is just a block from the metro station, which is very convenient. They offer breakfast every day for just $12 euro per person and they have several options for you to choose. They also has coffee, refreshments and some snacks daily for free. The rooms have good size including the bathroom. They clean our room every day. The person who was in charge of the dinning room was always king and attentive. I would definitely stay again in this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Die Metrostation war nur einige Minuten entfernt und das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein und zum Innenhof gerichtet, aber relativ ruhig. Im Frühstücksraum war es leider oft sehr voll und eng. Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht und hätten uns mehr Auswahl und Abwechslung gewünscht. Mehr frisches Gemüse und Obst sowie ab und zu Aufstriche wären schön gewesen. Im Großen und Ganzen jedoch ein gutes und zentrales Hotel für eine Städtereise.

Excellent breakfast

Stay was very good though couple negative points- Walls are paper thin and we could hear every word of telephone conversation next door ! Breakfast not great- the morning we were down scrambled egg & bacon empty and were not refilled whilst we were there . Positives- location very good , metro few yards down the street Friendly staff , check in easy Clean & funky style
