On the ground floor there is a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a comfortable sofa set and air conditioning. The ground floor also has a storage room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. While two bedrooms have a large double bed, the largest bedroom has a large double bed and a bunk bed (top: 90 x 200 cm – suitable only for one child up to 11,99 years old, bottom: 120 x 200 cm – suitable for two children up to 11,99 years old or max. one adult). Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. The property including swimming pool (4 x 8 m) with sun terrace are completely at your disposal for exclusive use. The landlords Mario and Rina live on an eco-farm nearby.
