Fuimos en vacaciones familiares. La atención del personal fue buena, las instalaciones correctas en la zona común (hay un parque de bolas, un gimnasio muy reducido a mi parecer) y decepcionantes en la habitación (muebles obsoletos, desgaste muy visible) lejos de nuestras expectativas. A pesar de ser septiembre el aforo era muy elevado lo que era especialmente notorio en la piscina. La calidad del bufé no estuvo a la altura de cuatro estrellas, el precio de la bebida fuera de media pensión exorbitado (3,90 por un litro de agua filtrada, 3,90 por un vino blanco servido en vaso de plástico…). Lo peor a mi criterio la zona, Playa America, de turismo masivo de alcohol y playa y con escenas dantescas por la mañana (basura acumulada en la calle, turistas alcoholizados). Nuestra experiencia en el norte de la isla y la decisión de cambiar a un alojamiento en Arona alejado de este ambiente nos salvo el resto de vacaciones. Nota positiva: aparcamiento incluido, la animación nocturna muy atenta con los niños y la atención del personal de recepción, bufé y limpieza.

Really enjoyed the stay with great food and service. The main part was the proximity to beautiful beaches and easy access to local services to visit other top attractions. Hotel services like swimming pool, bar etc was excellent as well as hospitality shown by every member.

First room given was above a loud bar, so I asked to be moved and they did move me to a quieter room. Most of the food was good, although a smaller selection than other places I have stayed. Gym facilities quite basic and only open from 8am. Pool area well maintained.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Auch für Kinder super. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen und alle weiteren Standorte sind leicht zu erreichen. Die Auswahl beim Buffet ist vielseitig und alles schmeckt sehr lecker.

Beautiful hotel in las americas , main pool being refurbished when we stayed was the only problem, apart from that everything else was spot on . We stayed half board and usually eat out a few nights per week but the food was the best hotel food I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended

Vraiment très chouette hôtel. 2 grandes piscines Le "all inclusive" est vraiment top pour ce prix ! Il y a tout au long de la journée des activités à faire pour adultes et enfants. D'ailleurs super animateur "Aleks" :p Propre Personnel très sympa et souriant ! plusieurs bars et possibilités de manger Cocktails sont ok Repas variés et plein de choix Un peu de musique coté "centre", mais même si on l'entend, cela n'empêche pas de dormir. Très bien placé; entre plage et non loin des bars à la mode ! 2 points négatifs, plus situationnel : - Les gens claquent les portes des chambres (car elles ne ferment pas bien) -> à revoir ? Car apd 8h du matin, c'est bof... - Les 2 barmans du bar (11-12 / 08) ferment a 0h00 par envie au lieu de 1h00, et refusent de préparer des cocktails car "ils ont commencé à ranger" -> vraiment pas top ça :) Bref, un excellent hôtel pour un bon prix. Je le recommande :)

Very disappointed with the room and hotel food. Rooms are absolutely tiny, first room level 2 was far too noisy from bars outside so moved to level 5 which was much better. We had a broken shower door so the floor was soaked after every uses run the room smelt of urine from toilet. Asked to be moved 3 times and nothing got done. Didn’t change bed sheets when it was clear our baby had been sick on the bed but they still made up the bed. Reception was awful it took 45 minutes to check in, under staffed reception. Food was very disappointing, everything was over cooked by about 3 hours. Gym was pathetic, 1 treadmill and zero weights. Pool area was nice. Overall it’s a 4 out of 10 from us,

It is in desperate need of updating, the photos are misleading. The food was ok but at least one utensil/napkin/plate was dirty at ever meal usually multiple. The room wasn’t cleaned properly there was hair on the walls and toliet paper. The Air conditioner did not work. The room was loud. The door had light streaming in from the hallway.

Hotellet var stort og upersonlig, men med fint bassengområdet. Stranden passet for surfere (ikke oss). Rommene sto ikke til vår forventning. Vi hadde betalt ekstra for oppgradert rom og er i tillegg gold medlem. Det var ingen fordel her. Fikk rom med dårlig utsikt og to enkeltsenger. Kunne først bytte neste dag. Fikk da litt høyere opp - for å kunne se sjøen (som bestilt ekstra). Rommet var det samme. Vi hadde bestilt dobbeltseng - men fikk to enkeltsenger ved siden av hverandre - som skled fra hverandre. Sengene var hard - ikke god for kroppen vår. Lampe var ødelagt - dusjdør kunne ikke lukkes, ingen kaffemaskin på rommet, glemte å legge hånkler ved vask. Forventet mer av et firestjerners hotell - og ut fra det vi betalte. Det var et stykke å gå til stranden. Vi kunne ikke engang få beholde rommet en time ekstra ved avreise - måtte heller stå i lang kø for å sjekke ut kl 1200. Anbefales ikke.

Such a fantastic hotel! Would highly recommend fantastic location and would defiantly stay here again if we travelled to Tenerife again. Cleaners were wonderful and very friendly.

This hotel is not for any one wishing to have a good quality, peaceful, relaxing holiday. H10 management tries to maxize the income by booking in huge amount of hotel guests, but is not capable to handle this caos. The personal was polite, but they were too few. A lot of noice from the hotel bar and from the surrounding area until late in the evening. Quality of the food in the buffet tables, both at breakfast and dinner, low. Room cleaning was of good quality.

The reception was clean and smelt fresh on entry. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed even when they were left on the rail. As I was a solo traveller, I chose this hotel for its central location and particularly liked that the entrance doors were locked at night with security only unlocking them to allow guests access.

Thos is advertised as a 4 star hotel this it is not ! First of all, I’m really not the type of person to ever leave a negative review, and it takes a lot for me to complain about anything. I should also say that the staff were excellent; super helpful and friendly. The communal areas were lovely and clean and the pool area was a lovely place to relax. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the beach, and also a bus stop that goes to the airport and north to Adeje, La Caleta etc Unfortunately, due to food poisoning from the hotel food, I spent very little time whilst at the hotel anywhere other than my bed or in the toilet. The breakfast was okay, but the food at dinner (for the very few days when I was well enough to eat it) was generally unappetising. I was also given a room directly above the Irish bar next to the hotel. It was so loud from 7pm-1am that my bed would literally vibrate. Perhaps the stay would have been more pleasant if I was anywhere else in the hotel, but if you’re anywhere near the Irish bar and you’re in your room before 1am, you might as well give up on having a decent night’s sleep. It was miserable. I had come to H10 Las Palmeras for a relaxing few days after a couple of incredibly busy weeks at works. I ended up having the worst holiday of my life. I was almost in tears at the airport because I was so happy to be leaving.

First room given was above a loud bar, so I asked to be moved and they did move me to a quieter room. Most of the food was good, although a smaller selection than other places I have stayed. Gym facilities quite basic and only open from 8am. Pool area well maintained.

Good stay, queueing at reception, at bar and for dinner was annoying but understandable these days. Not had to pay for a kettle in a 4* hotel before - it was mostly the irritation of going to buy supplies that annoyed us. Overall good and we would come back.

Really enjoyed the stay with great food and service. The main part was the proximity to beautiful beaches and easy access to local services to visit other top attractions. Hotel services like swimming pool, bar etc was excellent as well as hospitality shown by every member.

Very disappointed with the room and hotel food. Rooms are absolutely tiny, first room level 2 was far too noisy from bars outside so moved to level 5 which was much better. We had a broken shower door so the floor was soaked after every uses run the room smelt of urine from toilet. Asked to be moved 3 times and nothing got done. Didn’t change bed sheets when it was clear our baby had been sick on the bed but they still made up the bed. Reception was awful it took 45 minutes to check in, under staffed reception. Food was very disappointing, everything was over cooked by about 3 hours. Gym was pathetic, 1 treadmill and zero weights. Pool area was nice. Overall it’s a 4 out of 10 from us,

The property was in a great location. Endless amounts of restaurants and entertainment right outside the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the buffet food, the quality just wasn't there. Everything else was great though. If I was to stay again, I wouldnt do all inclusive, I would just stay there and eat everywhere but there.

Heel fijn hotel,heel vriendelijk personeel en attent! Het buffet heeft dagelijks een groot aanbod maar mag wel wat gevarieerder. Ligging is perfect, in het midden van het bruisende gebied. Je loopt zo het strand op vanuit het hotel.

Fuimos en vacaciones familiares. La atención del personal fue buena, las instalaciones correctas en la zona común (hay un parque de bolas, un gimnasio muy reducido a mi parecer) y decepcionantes en la habitación (muebles obsoletos, desgaste muy visible) lejos de nuestras expectativas. A pesar de ser septiembre el aforo era muy elevado lo que era especialmente notorio en la piscina. La calidad del bufé no estuvo a la altura de cuatro estrellas, el precio de la bebida fuera de media pensión exorbitado (3,90 por un litro de agua filtrada, 3,90 por un vino blanco servido en vaso de plástico…). Lo peor a mi criterio la zona, Playa America, de turismo masivo de alcohol y playa y con escenas dantescas por la mañana (basura acumulada en la calle, turistas alcoholizados). Nuestra experiencia en el norte de la isla y la decisión de cambiar a un alojamiento en Arona alejado de este ambiente nos salvo el resto de vacaciones. Nota positiva: aparcamiento incluido, la animación nocturna muy atenta con los niños y la atención del personal de recepción, bufé y limpieza.

Beautiful hotel in las americas , main pool being refurbished when we stayed was the only problem, apart from that everything else was spot on . We stayed half board and usually eat out a few nights per week but the food was the best hotel food I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended

Vraiment très chouette hôtel. 2 grandes piscines Le "all inclusive" est vraiment top pour ce prix ! Il y a tout au long de la journée des activités à faire pour adultes et enfants. D'ailleurs super animateur "Aleks" :p Propre Personnel très sympa et souriant ! plusieurs bars et possibilités de manger Cocktails sont ok Repas variés et plein de choix Un peu de musique coté "centre", mais même si on l'entend, cela n'empêche pas de dormir. Très bien placé; entre plage et non loin des bars à la mode ! 2 points négatifs, plus situationnel : - Les gens claquent les portes des chambres (car elles ne ferment pas bien) -> à revoir ? Car apd 8h du matin, c'est bof... - Les 2 barmans du bar (11-12 / 08) ferment a 0h00 par envie au lieu de 1h00, et refusent de préparer des cocktails car "ils ont commencé à ranger" -> vraiment pas top ça :) Bref, un excellent hôtel pour un bon prix. Je le recommande :)

Je le recommande :)

Lovely hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice room. Not the most effective air conditioning. Amazing privilege terrace, but some building work was done above it. Which at times disturbed the peace. Italian and Japanese food very good. Buffet lacked good food in my opinion. Overall a nice holiday

The property was in a great location. Endless amounts of restaurants and entertainment right outside the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the buffet food, the quality just wasn't there. Everything else was great though. If I was to stay again, I wouldnt do all inclusive, I would just stay there and eat everywhere but there.

Didn’t like rules were not enforced about towels on sunbeds with no one on them . Got moved to room 626 as first room not great . also having a courtesy room before leaving for 30 mins was very nice .

Check in was super friendly and easy, they upgraded my room for free. The breakfast was lovely, so many options both hot and cold. The shower was great with lots of amenities. The hotel was clean and well decorated.

Comfortable and quiet room on second floor. Excellent breakfast and evening buffets provided with great selections. Staff very welcoming and room was cleaned daily. Only minor point would be lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room. Fridge was adequate size for bottled water storage. Air conditioning was an added bonus as my stay was during a very hot and humid period.
