Spotless room, excellent facilities, lots of grounds staff keeping the complex clean, heated pools in February- great stay and looking forward to visiting again

All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!

Overall, very nice resort that was family oriented. The food was just mediocre - most dishes lacked flavor and the variety could have been better.
