Boasting views of the mountains and Serre-Ponçon lake, the very large vacation home "Embrun 7 Pièces, 12 couchages" is located 6 km from Embrun, 7 from the lake and 11-16 km from the ski resorts (Crévoux-Les Orres). The extra-spacious 2-storey, 125 m² property features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting room with ornamental fireplace, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; it sleeps 12 (+ a baby with fold-out bed provided). On-site facilities include a TV, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, washing machine-dryer, and a selection of children's books and toys. A ping-pong table is also available on the property. Two high chairs for young children are provided. This vacation home offers an impressive 2500 m² of private outdoor space, with a 4 m diameter, 1 m high above-ground swimming pool, a garden, a playground and a vast open-air terrace; the latter is equipped with a large plancha, tables and chairs for lunch or aperitifs in the sun (under parasols in summer). A public shuttle bus is 700m away on foot. The surrounding area offers countless opportunities for hiking, swimming, windsurfing and canyoning in summer, downhill/nordic skiing in winter, hiking of all lengths, fishing and tennis in all seasons. Other leisure and sporting activities are less than 20 minutes away by car: accrobranches, via-ferrata, etc.... There are 4 car parking spaces on the property, and 2 more for motorcycles, as well as an enclosed bicycle storage area.
