Die Beschreibung des Gartens entsprach nicht der Realität. Keine Orangenbäume und auch kein Gemüsebeet waren vorhanden. Insgesamt war das Gelände um die Villa stark verwildert. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, d.h. eine Reise mit kleinen Kindern und/oder Haustier erfordert die ständige Beaufsichtigung, da sich auch eine Straße unmittelbar am Grundstück befindet. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine (einstmals) prachtvolle Villa mit erheblichem Renovierungsstau.

Bardzo polecamy dom. Spełnił nasze wszystkie oczekiwania, dostarczał nam dużo prywatności i swobody. Bardzo dobry dojazd na plażę. Wyjątkowy basen, ogromne funkcjonalne pomieszczenia. Serdecznie polecamy. Opis zgodny z stanem faktycznym. Dom bardzo czysty i zadbany.
