Located on an organic farm where cows, chickens and forest coexist, these gîtes offer an immersive experience, ideal for nature lovers. In the spirit of slow tourism, the owners invite you to reconnect with nature and explore Brittany in a respectful and authentic way, while promoting local traditions. The Ty Tad Kozh gîte welcomes you in a warm atmosphere and offers a suspended terrace offering a panoramic view of the countryside and the forest. Its location allows you to enjoy many activities: forest walks, hikes, country picnics or horse riding excursions. Just 40 minutes by car, the coastline invites you to invigorating walks and exceptional panoramas. A perfect place to recharge your batteries and create unforgettable memories! Accommodation located on the 1st floor with a private entrance (secure staircase with a barrier on the terrace): - Living area: lounge space with two single beds (80 x 190 cm), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen - Bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) - Bathroom with shower and toilet Outdoors: Private 5-person outdoor hot tub. Suspended terrace with table, chairs, garden armchairs, electric barbecue, and parasol. Additional information: Located in a complex of three gîtes on the owners' property, including their main residence and farm 300m away. Shared spaces and facilities: Games room: clay court area with darts, mölkky, net, children's games, etc., with an enclosed outdoor area. Laundry room (unfinished part of the farmhouse): washing machine, ironing board and iron. Baby equipment: cot, high chair and potty. Parking: several spaces reserved for guests of the cottages.
