Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt vollkommen ausreichend und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Man hat alles, was man zum Übernachten und „drinnen wohnen“ für die Zeit braucht. Nach der Reparatur hat auch die Heizung funktioniert. Es sind genügend Zimmer vorhanden, die Fotos entsprechen der Realität – genau das kann man auch erwarten. Die Küche ist passend ausgestattet, Balkone sind vorhanden und nutzbar, Wasser und Dusche haben zuverlässig funktioniert. Luxus oder besondere Extras sollte man hier allerdings nicht erwarten. Für einen Arbeitsaufenthalt ist die Unterkunft absolut okay. Für einen richtigen Urlaub würde ich sie eher nicht wählen.

Other than a little struggle with the address, everything was great. Make sure you click on their link for the map instead of doing on your own, haha. Everyone loved the house and it was one of the favorites of our trip.

We had an overall lovely stay. The location is close to Lucerne, but car/bus not walking distance. Very spacious house, with 5.5 bedrooms (the 0.5 is one room with a bunk bed is attached to another one of the rooms) that could easily sleep 11 people - so it was very comfortable for our group of 6. The kitchen was also fairly well stocked (including oils and spices), which made cooking some meals easy. There was a toilet with a known clogging problem, but no plunger in the house. Nor was there clear support when this became an issue - the property manager did not respond to late-night calls. There was also a parking charge not listed in the advert, and with no clear reason other than extorting some extra cash from us - the house had plenty of parking out front (enough for 3 cards probably), but they requested 10chf/night for us to use it.
