Wonderful property for relaxation with family. Lot of activities & games are provided for entertainment & engagement. There was heated pool, jacuzzi also. We played table tennis, badminton.

Lovely resort, so clean, very secure with on site security. One very large family pool and small adults only pool, front line beach steps away. Very nice restaurant and chill out bar restaurant. On site supermarket which is super convenient with lots of choice. Very nice gym with heated indoor pool. Changing rooms with steam room and sauna in each of the ladies and men’s. Only moan is you can only check in from 16.00pm but want you checked out by 10.00am, also the wooden furniture needs updating in the rooms.

Amazing- complex well looked after and always been mended/ tended and cleaned. Two bedroom apartment - very spacious. Pools- 1 large with slides for kids, 1 indoor for all, 1 adult pool, 1 adult indoor and x2 hotpools. Breakfast was amazing and the staff could not do more from welcome to goodbye. What would have made it better would be an all inclusive option but the kitchen is so well stocked with dishwasher/cooker/ microwave, dishes /cutlery etc.... Also have washer/dryer / hoover. Also, vegan food in short supply - a bit better on this would have made it perfect but overall a 'Home from home'

Heerlijke plek, direct aan zee. Ruim appartement, erg schoon en super housekeeping, service erg goed. Enige minpunt: een aantal voorzieningen (gym, 1 binnenzwembad, gamingroom) waren gesloten ivm renovatie, begrijpelijk maar dat wisten wij op voorhand niet. Voorzieningen waren voor ons een reden om dit resort te boeken. Desalniettemin genoten.

Very well equipped! The coffee is not so good, but everything is fine! The pools are clean, the sea is close. I don’t understand why but in the beach (sea) hotel guests also have to pay for the sunbeds.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. The various lawn games throughout the property were a hit for our family. We also enjoyed the indoor pools and outdoor hot tubs (Jan stay), and were pleased with the cleanliness of the entire resort. A great place to relax and unwind.

So many issues and probably not enough space for me to detail each one. The major issue was: 1. The rooms were not cleaned properly (the floor was dirty and underneath the bed was a clutter of dust). The bedsheets didn’t feel like they had been changed. House keeping do NOT change bedsheets unless you are staying more than 7 days. Anything other than turning over the bed, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen is an extra charge (including hoovering the floor). 2. The staff at Chill Out bar are very rude and seem to have an issue when asking for something so basic like a lid for my latte so I can sit by the pool and not spill it on to anyone between the bar and the chair. 3. The pool has a policy that towels will be removed before 10:30 if they are unattended. This was not the case for the 3 days I decided to queue (yes you have to queue) to get lounge chairs at 08:30 for the pool to be opened at 09:00. I could see many chairs unattended while everyone went for breakfast. It is pointless having this policy. There is still many more, but as mentioned, there is not enough space for me to detail everything. I will be writing to the resort direct with my feedback.

Great location right against the beach. Large rooms with full kitchens and every appliance you can wish for, including a washer and dryer. Plenty of play areas for adults and kids such as indoor and outdoor pools. The kids club was great. Such warm and friendly staff—my son wanted to go the club every day!

Very large size apartments and a very well equipped kitchen. We visited with our 2 kids in December and the heated indoor pool and outside Jacuzzi were very enjoyable. The property has easy beach access and towels/robes are provided by Marriott. Nice bar and restaurants for the adults to unwind at the end of the day. I'd definitely recommend this property for familes

We loved our three bedroom unit at this Marriott. It was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the beach and Juancho was very helpful and we appreciated him being there. All of the local recommendations were awesome! The kids loved the breakfast buffet and the pool. All in all it was a great stay.

Hotel magnifique et personnels très gentil et très serviable. Nous avons juste eu un petit problème 2 jours avant de partir au niveau de la terrasse . Suite au des fortes pluies il y’a eu une grande quantité d’eaux qui a stagner en terrasse avec une odeur désagréable. Nous avons fait un signalement le jour même au personnel de ménage qui nous a dit qu’elle avait informé la réception . Mais ça n’a pas été réparé du coup nous n’avons pas eu la possibilité de profit de la terrasse les 2 derniers jours de nos vacances . Mais sur tout le reste c’est un sans faute .

Just got back from a wonderful stay! The resort offered fantastic walking paths right next to the sea – a real highlight. The large and inviting pool area was also a big plus and really contributed to the relaxation. A small downside, however, was that the rooms and furniture felt a bit worn and could benefit from a refresh. Despite that, the positive aspects outweigh the negatives, and I could definitely imagine returning for the lovely outdoor environment and the pool.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights and we were blown away by how wonderful it was here. Our suite had a kitchen and a washer/dryer. Everything is close by, including dining and beach. The service is second level and the property is tip top clean. I highly recommend!

Loved everything about the hotel - rooms spacious and airy and beds comfortable. Only slight downside was the beach which was slightly disappointing as it was not manicured compared to others we have been to

We also enjoyed the indoor pools and outdoor hot tubs (Jan stay), and were pleased with the cleanliness of the entire resort. A great place to relax and unwind.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights and we were blown away by how wonderful it was here. Our suite had a kitchen and a washer/dryer. Everything is close by, including dining and beach. The service is second level and the property is tip top clean. I highly recommend!

Good location, lovely outside areas and very friendly staff. Only one restaurant open in the evening and out of season work on outdoor pools etc. we felt the soundproofing of the apartments wasn’t good. Lots of clonking noises. However had a lovely relaxing week.

Very large size apartments and a very well equipped kitchen. We visited with our 2 kids in December and the heated indoor pool and outside Jacuzzi were very enjoyable. The property has easy beach access and towels/robes are provided by Marriott. Nice bar and restaurants for the adults to unwind at the end of the day. I'd definitely recommend this property for familes

We loved our three bedroom unit at this Marriott. It was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the beach and Juancho was very helpful and we appreciated him being there. All of the local recommendations were awesome! The kids loved the breakfast buffet and the pool. All in all it was a great stay.

Ekstremt lytt mellom rommene. Måtte bytte rom første natten. Like ille to etasjer opp dagen etter. Tredje natten ble det søvn. Ganske håpløst å ikke ha en eneste flaske vann tilgjengelig på et rom til nesten 400 euro natten og alt veldig overpriset i butikken der. Bra og hyggelig folk som jobbet der, men lite info og kampanjer, rimeligere frokost om man spiser tre dager og annen info som ville vært lurt å vite. Gammelt og ærverdig hotell liksom men litt lite for unga å gjøre der. Kjedelig strand på nedsiden av hotellet. Ungene likte det, merkelig nok, og det er jo det beste. Om ikke hadde vi sjekket ut etter første natt. Bra mat på den ene restauranten som var åpen. Måtte dog krangle oss til bord der første natten etter seks timer kjøring. Det at restauranten kan bli full og at det da ikke finnes noe annen mat der burde vært informert om før innsjekk eller ved innsjekk. Da kunne man spist før man kom til dette greiene eller før man slo seg til rette der. Utsjekk kl 10 noe som her helt idiotisk når man er på ferie. Beware! After reserving what was thought to be a three bedroom apartment, we were told after a long and late flight we would only be receiving a one bedroom. With two little children sleeping on sofas in lobby and having to watch customer after customer complaining about hotels dire/dirty conditions, poor customer service and no one answering the reception phone (probably due to having to deal with so many unhappy guests) they told us there was nothing they could do…even after offering to use our Bonvoy points and/or pay extra. Given Christmas was vastly upon us and Santa was on his way…(reason a one bedroom would not work with two little ones!) ;) After two hours of waiting and being sent back and forth from Expedia to Marriott (via email because again Marriott wouldn’t answer phone) they said we could pay for an upgrade at our Bonvoy rate. We decided to decline because in the meantime another hotel in Marbella (happy to share if allowed!?) offered us an amazing suit at an amazing rate..ultimately saving our Christmas! We kindly declined Marriotts 2 1/2 hour resolution and said we would like a refund which was agreed to. We told both Expedia and Marriott that night that we would be transferring to the other hotel at our own expense not having set one foot in the room at the Marriott. Long story short, we were charged in full and and the reservation was marked completed. Yet another very unethical move from two companies we have been very loyal to throughout the years.

The staff were amazing. The restaurants had excellent food but service needs improvement. The grounds are beautiful. There are WAY TOO MANY KIDS. They are up all hours except early morning. They take over the pool leaving little for adults to enjoy.

If you are staying for a minimum a week this place is perfect! Restaurants are not open late. Nothing is closed by so you must rent a car. It is 18 minutes minimum to the Center of Marbella. We arrived at 11pm beyond starving. We only had breakfast and had 0 assistance in finding a delivery place. As much as I dislike McDonalds. It save us on our late dinning.

Just got back from a wonderful stay! The resort offered fantastic walking paths right next to the sea – a real highlight. The large and inviting pool area was also a big plus and really contributed to the relaxation. A small downside, however, was that the rooms and furniture felt a bit worn and could benefit from a refresh. Despite that, the positive aspects outweigh the negatives, and I could definitely imagine returning for the lovely outdoor environment and the pool.

Very well equipped! The coffee is not so good, but everything is fine! The pools are clean, the sea is close. I don’t understand why but in the beach (sea) hotel guests also have to pay for the sunbeds.

Great location right against the beach. Large rooms with full kitchens and every appliance you can wish for, including a washer and dryer. Plenty of play areas for adults and kids such as indoor and outdoor pools. The kids club was great. Such warm and friendly staff—my son wanted to go the club every day!

Amazing- complex well looked after and always been mended/ tended and cleaned. Two bedroom apartment - very spacious. Pools- 1 large with slides for kids, 1 indoor for all, 1 adult pool, 1 adult indoor and x2 hotpools. Breakfast was amazing and the staff could not do more from welcome to goodbye. What would have made it better would be an all inclusive option but the kitchen is so well stocked with dishwasher/cooker/ microwave, dishes /cutlery etc.... Also have washer/dryer / hoover. Also, vegan food in short supply - a bit better on this would have made it perfect but overall a 'Home from home'

The Marriot Beach Resort was a real wonderful complex. Our very first time to this area and everyone in and around were wonderful so thankyou. I think we maybe looking at returning but would seek further a field for places to eat as Elmed on site restaurant we found restricted choice and extremely expensive. The pool area was truly marvellous.

We absolutely loved our two night stay and wished that we had booked more nights! The hotel was wonderful and we arrived at 10 am aware that check in wasn't until 4pm, however the helpful staff on the desk said that there was a room available straight away. The views were wonderful of the beach and the swimming pool. The two bed apartment was clean and spacious for a family or 5. What was wonderful, was having the choice of cooking or eating out. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and it was excellent for coeliac and dairy free allergies. Perhaps there could have been a pancake or waffle that was dairy free for two of my sons. The hotel had wonderful, easy access to the beach from the pools. This also gave variation to the hotel. Most importantly, all the members of staff were hospitable and welcoming. We will definitely be returning next year.

The views were wonderful of the beach and the swimming pool. The two bed apartment was clean and spacious for a family or 5. What was wonderful, was having the choice of cooking or eating out. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and it was excellent for coeliac and dairy free allergies. Perhaps there could have been a pancake or waffle that was dairy free for two of my sons. The hotel had wonderful, easy access to the beach from the pools. This also gave variation to the hotel. Most importantly, all the members of staff were hospitable and welcoming. We will definitely be returning next year.

5 Star Resort for a reason! Exactly the resort I was looking for on the Costa del Sol! Location is perfect for touring Andalucia or even Tangier like we did. Resort is beautiful! Accommodations and staff are wonderful! Food in resort restaurants was great! Highly recommend the breakfast buffet with a stunning view of the Mediterranean. We definitely will return!
