Clean room restroom was dirty

Always great staying here. The new renovations are amazing.

Terrible value for money. We paid nearly $400 for one night, and it’s just a basic hotel I’d expect to pay $200 tops for - nothing luxurious or unique. Service was terrible. Paid extra $50 for breakfast that ended up just being a bottled juice from concession rack and continental style yogurt, oatmeal, or bagel… unreal. We thought we were getting breakfast at restaurant when we booked. This should’ve been free and included - we thought we were getting a meal at restaurant. And it took 25 minutes to get the oatmeal and yogurt despite the fact the restaurant was deserted and lots of staff around. I would’ve been surprised if we wanted that long for a whole hot made-or-breakfast, not 2 things they had to scoop. Unreal. Not in center of town either. A male worker also unlocked and walked straight into our room at 10am, despite us having a do not disturb sign on and check out being 11. Scared our kids and fortunately everyone was dressed. Place is clean and modern, so that is the good side. Just not anywhere close to being worth the money spent. I fully regret booking this here.

Very nice clean hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Five star in my book.
