Fed hotel, søde personale, lidt træls ift elevatorer. De var alt for små, mega varme, der var en del ventetid på dem da hotellet er stor og der er for mange mennensker. Vi boede på 8.sal mega flot udsigt, men tit tog trapperne pga manglende elevator kapacitet. Men ellers er fed hotel, perfkekt beligenhed, tæt på strand, caféer….

If you only care about the Beach, this is your place. But if you have the slightest standard you'll regret your stay. The Hotel was too expensive for the amenities and service it provided. Bed was very hard, no extra pillows, no Gym, cocktails at the bar were a joke (no idea what a Vodka Martini was), Breakfast buffet only until 10:30am and the food was not fresh. The Hotel has no main entrance to the street!! We had to park on the street the first day because they only have 10-12 parking spots. No help with the bags. STAY AWAY!

Das Hotel ist ganz in Ordnung, wenn man diese Art von Urlaub mag. Die Lage für Party Leute scheint perfekt zu sein, direkt an der Promenade und unweit aller Lokalitäten. Es sind nur 10 kostenpflichtige Parkplätze verfügbar (15,-€ pro Tag), in der Hauptsaison dann wohl eher mühsam, einen Hotelparkplatz zu bekommen bzw. außerhalb etwas zu finden. Die Pools sind klasse, vor allem der auf dem Dach. Leider wurde die Bar um 18 Uhr geschlossen, was verständlicherweise zum Unmut der meisten Anwesenden führte, die den Sonnenuntergang genießen wollten - Getränke konnten aber von der Bar im Erdgeschoss mit nach oben genommen werden… Das Frühstück ist ein wenig eintönig, aber ok. Das Abendessen hingegen war sehr gut. Die Platzwahl zum Frühstück gestaltete sich jedoch teilweise schwierig, weil die 4er Tische meist durch ein oder zwei Gäste besetzt wurden. Somit schoben wir jeden Morgen Tische durch den Speisesaal. Alles in allem ein vernünftiges Hotel, hier und da jedoch eine wenig nervig.

Not great value for money. It had big rooms but no gym or laundry. The entrance doesn’t allow for taxis to come in or out. The property is well taken care of but there are better properties for the money along platja de Palma.

L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont grandes, nous avons eu une chambre pour 3 alors que nous étions seulement 2. Malgré la grandeur de l’hôtel et le nombre de personnes qu’il peut accueillir il y a beaucoup de place dans les pièces communes comme le salon ou encore la piscine. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin dans l’hôtel, surtout pour manger, boire un verre... Le personnel est très agréable. point négatif : les bed qui se trouvent sur le rooftop sont payants(55€ si on ne prend pas de consommation) ce qui est dommage car nous avons remarqué que les bed sont souvent vides alors qu’il manque de transat pour les personnes qui ne veulent pas forcément payer le bed.

Upon arrival, the elevator from the street level to the main level, was not working. In order to check in, we had to get to the main level by going up 30 steps (maybe) with our heavy suitcases. Torres was so accommodating, he left the front desk unattended to come help bring our bags up. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained the elevator had been broken for a while with no certainty as to when the part would arrive. On the day of our check out, he told my friend there was no one that could help us; not so accommodating. They should have mentioned in the booking that the elevator wasn’t working. My friend has bad knees and we had heavy suitcases. This has to be a safety issue for people with slower mobility. The elevator inside the hotel to the rooms did work.

Mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir bislang auf Mallorca hatten. Das Zimmer hat so furchtbar nach feuchtem Keller gerochen und war so dermaßen dreckig, dass sich die 4 Sterne keinesfalls erklären lassen. Das ganze Bad und Bett voller Haare (und damit meine ich keine Wimpern, sondern richtige Haare, siehe Fotos) und die Bettdecken total zerrupft und kaputt. Diese Unterkunft kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

Spent one week in the end of July with my family and we had a great vacation. Wonderful view over the ocean from our balcony. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Only minor issue is the bad smell that meets you in the reception. No smell in room or restaurant. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff and atmosphere.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Das Highlight war der Pool im 10ten Stock auf der Dachterasse mit schönen Ausblick. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr dreckig. Die Bettwäsche hatte große gelbe Flecken und gehörte eher in den Müll. Das Bad war voller dunkler langen Haare und die Handtücher zum Teil dreckig. Auf Nachfrage wurde zwar zugesichert, dass das Bad geputzt wird, aber die Haare lagen am nächsten Tag immer noch im Bad. Die ersten zwei Tage wurde bei der Reinigung mehr gemacht, danach wurde nur noch das Bett gemacht. Keine Seife aufgefüllt und die Handtücher wurden nicht mehr zusammen gelegt. Bei der Sauberkeit müsste dringend was gemacht werden. Ansonsten war das Zimmer okey. Beim Essen (Halbpension) waren die Teller und Tassen zum Teil dreckig im Regal gestanden und der Tisch wurde nur gelegentlich abgeräumt. Das Angebot vom Essen könnte besser sein. Das Milcheis und der Kuchen haben nach Wasser geschmeckt. Das Obst war zum Teil gefroren, oder schon braun.

Der Einrichtungsstil und die Pool-Landschaft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön ist auch die Rooftop-Bar und der Pool dort. Das Personal war freundlich und unaufdringlich. Allerdings hat uns der Geruch im Hotel und insbesondere auf dem Zimmer überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es hat nach gammeligen Abfluss gerochen.

Der Einrichtungsstil und die Pool-Landschaft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön ist auch die Rooftop-Bar und der Pool dort. Das Personal war freundlich und unaufdringlich. Först och främst vill jag tacka hotellets ledning för att de överraskade mig med en present som de lämnade till min frus födelsedag med ett gratulationskort. Hotellets läge är på ett riktigt bra ställe och det är mycket nära havet, restauranger och stormarknader. Bemötandet av personalen var riktigt bra. Frukostbuffén och middagen var mycket bra. Det enda som var lite svårt för oss var de små rummen, vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde stanna inne i rummen under en längre tid, och grannarnas röster kunde höras från sidorummen eller från luftkonditioneringen.Till sist, tack igen till hotellets tjänstemän.

Everything was perfect! Our room had balcony with the best view both from the beach and pool area. The room was cleaned everyday and got fresh towels every day as well. The room was okay size for two persons. Food was superb! Had both breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious, variety of food to choose from. The hotel itself is amazing, easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

-room was clean but in April they still had heating on so air conditioning was not working, no coffee/tea machine in room. Die Lage ist zweifellos gut, der Service war gut! Sie haben mir überraschend ein Geburtstagsgeschenk gemacht! Vielen Dank! Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und ist gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Geruch ... beim Betreten des Eingangs und des Badezimmers ... vielleicht ist es der Geruch der unterirdischen Wasserleitung? Ich weiß es nicht. Aber er dominierte die ganze Gegend. Es könnte besser sein, ihn zu verbessern, da er so stark ist, dass er mir im Gedächtnis des Hotels haften bleibt.

Meg og min datter hadde fire dager på hotellet. Vennlige og hjelpsomme, fine rom, senger og beliggenhet. Buss nr 25 kjører til Palma for 2 euro. Kjører hvert kvarter. Fin strand og nærområde. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Upon arrival, the elevator from the street level to the main level, was not working. In order to check in, we had to get to the main level by going up 30 steps (maybe) with our heavy suitcases. Torres was so accommodating, he left the front desk unattended to come help bring our bags up. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained the elevator had been broken for a while with no certainty as to when the part would arrive. On the day of our check out, he told my friend there was no one that could help us; not so accommodating. They should have mentioned in the booking that the elevator wasn’t working. My friend has bad knees and we had heavy suitcases. This has to be a safety issue for people with slower mobility. The elevator inside the hotel to the rooms did work.

Gefallen hat mir besonders: Das Hotelzimmer – es war sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Weniger gefallen hat mir: Der Restaurantservice. Aus meiner Sicht war das Personal nicht ausreichend geschult bzw. wirkte nicht fachkundig. Das hat leider den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt.

The beach is amazing but for miles in each direction there is nothing to walk to. It is just a lot of cheap souvenir shops and Spar shops. We were so pleased the hotel was excellent and we did not have to go out for a walk.

Spent one week in the end of July with my family and we had a great vacation. Wonderful view over the ocean from our balcony. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Only minor issue is the bad smell that meets you in the reception. No smell in room or restaurant. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff and atmosphere.

Everything was perfect! Our room had balcony with the best view both from the beach and pool area. The room was cleaned everyday and got fresh towels every day as well. The room was okay size for two persons. Food was superb! Had both breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious, variety of food to choose from. The hotel itself is amazing, easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent service. The view from the window was fantastic, with a beautiful panorama of the sea. Housekeeping was also done very thoroughly each time, and the room was always kept spotless.
