I booked a family room with two bedrooms. When we got to the room it was a triple twin room. I went back down to front and asked why I wasn’t in the room I booked. The man was very apologetic and offered a king and two twin room- it is not two bedroom. We entered that room but it did not smell very good so we went back to the triple twin room. I wasn’t very happy as I paid more for the other room I was supposed to be given. The room itself was a bit tired. No hand soap at sink or body soap in shower. Breakfast is a nice variety. Parking was included with room and it’s secure underground.

É um hotel de quatro estrelas com óptima qualidade e passou a fazer parte da da minha lista de opções.

There was no water or coffee pot in room and staff would not give us one. We had to buy water from a machine in lobby. Breakfast was good but cold and restaurant immediately closed. Coffee machine in lobby—that’s it, the only amenity. Closest restaurant was a mile away at least. Not a great place to go in winter.

A estadia , foi simplesmente magnífica, este hotel tem tudo, conforto, limpeza, pequeno almoço variado, funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos. Para além de isso tudo está muito perto do santuário, dá para ir a pé a todo o lado. E outra coisa que valorizamos muito tem garagem para guardar a mota, muito importante.

Exceptional facilities, easy access to the car parking, gift shop, restaurant, etc. Also all areas were found clean and in very good conditions. We stayed in the two bedrooms / family apartment for two nights and the room was a good size – perfect for our family of four. The air conditioning didn't work well, feedback was given to the hotel but nothing was done. Breakfast was quite good, lots of choices, however, they didn't refill the buffet food and some of the hot dishes were cold. Overall, comfy and spacious.

Excellent location. Very friendly and professional staff. The only thing is that I requested two twin beds and I only got one double bed. I had to share the bed. Overall, I’ll go back to this hotel. My go to hotel. I love it.

Hotel bem localizado, perto do santuário, com muitos restaurantes, cafés e diversos tipos de lojas ao seu redor. Pessoal da recepção simpático e atencioso. Limpeza impecável.Tem oferta de estacionamento gratuito e coberto com ligação por escadaria ou elevador directamente ao hotel o que é muito cómodo especialmente para pessoas idosas. É um hotel de quatro estrelas com óptima qualidade e passou a fazer parte da da minha lista de opções.

Excelente localização, a uns 3 minutos da basílica de Fátima. Hotel muito limpo, café da manhã muito bom e variado. Quarto confortável e muito bom para uma família de 4 pessoas, com 2 ambientes no mesmo quarto.

Ja me hospedei no hotel e não tive nada a reclamar, mas desta vez o serviço de café da manhã deixou a desejar. Fechava as10 hs, só que chegamos por volta de 9 e já não tinha fruta fresca, retiraram bolo etc… antes das 10

Hotel is very well kept. Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. Thank-you to the young front desk clerk who advised us of the procession activity at night. 🙏. Large breakfast buffet.

Exceptional facilities, easy access to the car parking, gift shop, restaurant, etc. Also all areas were found clean and in very good conditions. We stayed in the two bedrooms / family apartment for two nights and the room was a good size – perfect for our family of four. The air conditioning didn't work well, feedback was given to the hotel but nothing was done. Breakfast was quite good, lots of choices, however, they didn't refill the buffet food and some of the hot dishes were cold. Overall, comfy and spacious.

No lo recomendamos. En primer lugar, tras reservar los servicios de cena y almuerzo, al llegar el momento de la cena del primer día fuimos a la hora que se nos indicó. Nuestra sorpresa fue que no teníamos sitio para cenar, el jefe de sala no sabía de nuestra reserva. No daban solución. Tuvimos que improvisar la cena en la cafetería del hotel con la poca oferta que tiene (sándwich de jamón york o atún, croissant o tostada, nada más). Igualmente, tuvimos que buscar rápidamente solución para el día siguiente, día en que también teníamos reservado almuerzo para toda la familia (24 personas) así como la cena para 4. Iba con personas mayores, débiles de salud y con movilidad reducida. Me parece un error muy grave por parte del hotel abandonar a una familia en estas condiciones, sin las comidas, teniendo la reserva previamente realizada con meses de antelación y habiendo insistido en ello con varios correos al hotel para asegurarnos de que todo estaba dispuesto. Además, en varias de las habitaciones que ocupamos nuestro grupo familiar había desperfectos imperdonables en un hotel de 4 estrellas: puerta de cristal de salida a la terraza rota (no abre, no se puede ventilar), cristales muy sucios, cuarto de baño con olor muy fuerte y desagradable (mezcla entre orín y humedad que tras investigar venía de la cortina de la bañera), mal desagüe del lavabo, poca limpieza en general y manchas de maquillaje en almohada. En dos días no vimos ni un carrito de limpieza, ¿extraño, verdad?

This hotel accepts groups of travelers therefore it is not a quiet place. The only reason I went there was because one of my friends stayed there last year. I didn’t have time to look for a good hotel so I asked her where she stayed and I ended up staying there; however, I would not do that again because first of all it wasn’t that close to the sanctuary. Second of all it was very crowded and group of people walking and talking very loudly in the hallway outside my room. I had to call the front desk because they were very loud. About early morning I went to the hotel lobby to purchase a water bottle from a vending machine and lobby was so dark that they even didn’t have one light on and a very rude staff was sitting there behind the computer. I told him that it’s so dark here but he was very rude and he didn’t do anything about it. In the morning there were two younger guys at the desk. One of them was very helpful but another one was very mean. In the future I will definitely choose some other hotel to stay in Fatima if I decide to visit this historic place again.
