Bom hotel, atendimento rápido e cortês da equipe, tanto no check-in como na resolução de problemas. O maior problema foi a limpeza do banheiro que deixou a desejar. Deixaram um sabonete usado próximo ao chuveiro e um hidrante oferecido como amenidades já utilizado, com um restinho, em vez de reporem. Isso me fez questionar se a limpeza do banheiro como um todo foi feita com atenção. O café da manhã é simples para um quatro estrelas. Localização próxima ao santuário e restaurantes. As saunas a vapor e seca foram reformadas há pouco, assim como todo o hotel, que é muito charmoso. Funcionam bem, porém em nenhum local do site Hotels.com é informado que o serviço é pago. Muitas vezes, dou prioridade a hotéis que ofereçam sauna e tomo cuidado para reservar em estabelecimentos que não cobrem extras por esse serviço. E não só é pago, como é caríssimo para o que oferece: 40 euros para o casal, por uma hora de utilização, cronometrado no relógio. As saunas estão localizadas no último andar que, fora isso, está completamente abandonado. Cadeiras quebradas, não tem uma espreguiçadeira, não tem sequer água para o hóspede beber. The Sao Jose is conveniently located opposite to the Couch Station and one block away from the Fatima Sanctuary complex. It has a good restaurant and a very good bar.The building is well maintained and with basic amenities in the room (TV , kettle , etc).

The Sao Jose hotel is very close to the Fatima Sanctuary and has restaurants and souvenir & coffee shops next door. The hotel itself has a restaurant and souvenirs as well, but the hours open may differ. Our rooms were very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Our check in went smoothly. I highly recommend this property for pilgrims and those visiting the area. A shout out to Vera for her warm hospitality. They have bicycles for rent and also offer candles to purchase for the candlelight vigils held nightly.

Hotel com excelente localização, poucos minutos do Santuário, próximo à rodoviária e a um supermercado. O café da manhã foi excelente. O quarto é bem espaçoso, com bebidas de boas-vindas. Não tem frigobar. Boas roupas de cama e banho. Tem kit banho e higiene pessoal. Todo de carpete mas tudo muito limpo e sem odores. A funcionária do atendimento da noite do check in foi muito atenciosa assim como a funcionária do café da manhã. Recomendo.

Superb hotel situated in a great location. On arrival we were given a warm and friendly greeting by the receptionist. 1st impression was excellent service and if this is an indication of what this hotel has to offer then we were not disappointed. Fabulous spacious room and the sanitised ensuite bathroom left nothing undone. Cleanliness was exceptional. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning small fridge with water and sanitised drinking glasses. Fresh towels daily. Great food too....buffet breakfast was super....tasty and delicious....their scrambled eggs were divine....terrific variety of edibles to choose from with a friendly and efficient staff to help you with anything.If you are thinking about a trip to Fàtima then this Hotel is a must. Go see for yourselves....I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. We have been to Fatima many times but this is one we shall book for future trips. 10 out of 10 for us.

Very clean, and walkable distance from the sanctuary.. It's just opposite the bus stand so makes it easy with baggage.. I found slight noise from the neighboring rooms but was not really bad... Overall a great hotel, staff and breakfast

Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

The staff at front desk were incredibly helpful, polite and gracious to let us use their umbrellas (a little rainy), the breakfast was delicious and the staff there were always there to help out with our questions and to get us anything we needed The cleaning help were thoughtful and got us an ironing board and iron. The worked hard at their job🙏

Staff very professional, made us feel very welcome. Room is clean and nice, bed very comfortable. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk from the bus station and just a5 minute walk from the church. We were able to store our luggage before check in time and even after check out

Excellent small hotel with a very convenient location to visit walking the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima. Staff is outstanding and friendly. Very good breakfast included. Just across the street from the main buses terminal from Lisbon. Convenient. Do not ride by train as the station is about 20 miles aways from the city and a cab costs (one way) about the same as riding by bus. Both (train and bus) take 90 minutes between Lisbon and Fatima.

The Sao Jose is conveniently located opposite to the Couch Station and one block away from the Fatima Sanctuary complex. It has a good restaurant and a very good bar.The building is well maintained and with basic amenities in the room (TV , kettle , etc).

Como sugestão; colocar mais tomadas próximas às cabeceiras das camas para facilitar a recarga de celular.

While the hotel itself is a bit outdated with older carpeting and design, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. Also, what I really appreciate when I travel is the staff and at this hotel the staff (from Vera at the front desk) to others whose name I don’t remember as well as dining staff are the kindest and most helpful folks you’ll meet. The gym and the sauna / steam room (which they call Turkish bath) was such a welcome bonus from hours spent in prayer and reflection. The breakfast is well worth it so definitely sign up for that. I’d definitely stay here again especially if I was taking the Rede bus (like I did this time) because it was literally right around the corner so not too far to lug the luggage. And, not too far to get back and forth to the sanctuary. Enjoy your visit to Fatima!!!
