This was an amazing opportunity to rent in the charming neighborhood of Hyde Park, which is close to restaurants, parks, the University of Texas and so much more. We rented this unit for my daughter who was in Austin for a pre grad school internship. She enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the evenings, shopping nearby, and trying out the local restaurants and felt very safe. Parking is on the curb outside, but was never a problem, and the shared laundry is in an outbuilding in the back of the house. Pete was easy to reach, and answered any questions very quickly. Highly recommend!

Pete was a 5 star host. Super responsive, accurate description, great location, and super flexible when needed. Would definitely stay at one of his properties again.
