Very old hotel. Did not even have an elevator. Half the the hotel smoking was allowed, making the whole hotel smell. Lots of road construction all around the area, making going anywhere confusing.

Very friendly at check-in. Nice pool, whirlpool was older and aged but actually hot! Room was nice, new kitchenette appliances and huge tv. Price was insanely affordable!

Rooms offer a REAL mini fridge with top freezer plus good laundry room which is excellent for those on extended stay. The rooms are very economically sized but has the space you need if solo (a tight squeeze for couples). Excellent staff service.They also open pool&hot tub early

Free breakfast was muffins and pre-packaged pastries, no hot food but for the price i wont complain. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. The hot tub was good sized.

Our greeting on arrival was friendly, professional and efficient, all the staff we encountered actually took pride in their work and were very pleasant. The swimming pool and spa were kept clean and a great treat after travelling all day. The room was a little smaller than some but the hotel provides excellent value for money and we are looking forward to our return next week

its a lie when they advertise free breakfast. it should have said " snacks included" . free breakfast only consisted of pre packed sweets ( tiny muffins and small donut holes". Hot tub too chlorinated that it burns my eyes. pool too cold.

Pool and hot tub were working. That was my only goal.

Although the building is old, the inside is updated and very clean. The staff very friendly. It was a great stay.

The lady at check in was very nice. The room was clean but there was a smell in the hallway and room, very musty smell. The chair in the room should just be thrown out. It was very used and ripped up.

Our room was not clean there was blood on our sheets.

We had 4 rooms for our family and were very disappointed. The rooms were dirty and all of them, and the hallway, absolutely stunk like marijuana. One of the rooms still had a bag taped over the smoke alarm from a previous guest, so obviously housekeeping wasn’t super thorough before we got there. They also advertise that breakfast is included, which is one of the main things we look for when booking hotels. We went down in the morning and the “breakfast” was a basket with some off brand honeybuns and chocolate donuts, both of which were almost too hard to eat. The staff was friendly, but we wouldn’t ever stay there again.

Hot chocolate and coffee in the commons area 24/7. Housekeeping does a great job

I honestly don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. The stairs are disgusting. They were black on the middle from being so dirty. The rooms were not good. We found a dirty sock in a bed, the pillows were flat, there was mold all over the bathroom, and it smelled awful. Breakfast was just random donut packages.

I found a beg bug egg, dried blood, and bed bug poop two of the mattress. There were no other rooms so they said they will give us a refund. We had to leave around midnight to find a different hotel 45 minutes out of town while we had a trunk full of stuff.

Everyone was very nice and the rooms were exceptionally clean!!

Great Stay for the value! Front desk was friendly and helpful. Pool hours were convenient. Room was clean (very clean, im kind of a freak when it comes to checking for cleanliness. Only thing i found were handprints on the headboard) overall great stay for the price! Id stay here again

Remote did not work, they sent someone who spoke no English down to "fix" it. Minimal fix. Still had to get out of bed to turn tv off. Breakfast was close to non-existent, 1 little pack of muffins and coffee (maybe juice) was only thing there at 8:30. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good, however shampoo and conditioner was a tiny little packet that was not really sufficient for one person let alone two.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in friendly employees nice clean rooms I work in a hotel front desk and have for 28 years so i know exceptional customer service and this hotel meets 5 star expectations I would highly recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed the shower/bath is hot which is always a plus the T.V in the rooms are nice and big it’s rare to see a T.V of that size in hotel room’s trust me when I tell you you’re not going to be disappointed 😊

Room was nice. Clean. New floors and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was donuts, so don’t expect much.

The beds were clean & comfortable. Our TV wasn’t hooked up for channels, which wasn’t an issue for us this stay because the kids brought their Xbox. The hot tub & pool were nice. The “continental breakfast” was one tray of little Debbie snacks and coffee or hot chocolate. Milk, juice & other items were available in a vending machine to purchase. If you are counting on breakfast at the hotel being a big part of your trip, this is not the hotel for you. The building itself could use some care. There was a hole punched in on the backside of our bathroom door and the carpet had bunched up in the middle of our room. The garbages by the doors could be emptied more often as there were multiple bags of garbage outside the can.

Property was clean but dated. The paint on the walls were scratched and stained. The a/c unit was high on the wall and required standing on a chair to turn on or adjust the temperature. Not very efficient especially since the chair in the room was on wheels. Rooms on the first floor all had the smell of chlorine. We requested another room on the second floor where there wasn't the smell. Water and ice for drinking seems to have chlorine smell.

Had a larger fridge n freezer than most rooms which was nice was in rm 215 vinyl roller chair at desk n recliner microwave ...best room of the 3 times stayed parking llot needs to be redone

The room looked like it was put together from a garage sale and who ever did the maintenance on it was probably paid in weed. The full size fridge next to the bed was an odd touch, being that it was rusty and older than me. ( I was born in the early 80s)

The staff was just fine. We didn't use the pool or hot tub as we were there for a concert at the Target Center and sought after a more affordable lodging option since it was just going to be preparing for the concert and sleeping. The room was fine for the, seemed to have been recently renovated, and straight forward. I was put off by how the deadbolt lock did not work on the door which was very unsettling and there was a car right outside our window that was playing music very loudly after midnight. The area at the top of the 2nd floor stairs, coming from the front desk, smelled very heavily like cigarette smoke as well. The breakfast is packaged, grab and go, "pastries." We were also unable to get the TV to actually work. Overall, not horrible for the much lower price tag. I don't believe I would stay again.

A storm made us need a last minute room. This kept coming up with the best rate. A bit hesitant because of the low cost and unknown name, we chose it after looking at many others. The outside was clean, the front desk behind glass. There was 24hr coffee, cocoa and vending machines. A friendly lady made checkin easy. I was impressed with the room. It was clean and kept up. The beds had 3 big pillows and nice bedspreads. There was a large flatscreen, microwave, large mini fridge that actually had a separate freezer, desk with chair, enough lighting and plugins. It had plenty of towels and a nice shower. It was quiet and comfortable. We were very close to stores and restaurants. The hottub and pool were clean. We were given a late checkout with no issues. This was a much better place than where we were the night before, which was a known brand. There were even smoking rooms away from all the non-smoking and yet there wasn't even a hint of smell anywhere. The only "complaints" i can even think of were a teeny bit of dust on the phone in the room, and breakfast was either packaged muffins or honeybuns. To be fair, they did offer an "on the go" breakfast I just don't eat sweets, and Dennys was in walking distance.I travel a bit but this is the first time I can say i found a true "diamond in the rough." I will chose this over any well-known brand I have been to in the cities every time. They encompass hospitality better than the others. Great staff, great hotel!

Unbelievable experience. Booked because close to the airport and my son had an early morning flight but had no sleep because the phones were ringing through the walls all night long, manager was loudly complaining and yelling at guests and staff between the hours of midnight and 1am, and maintenance was moving furniture right outside our room in the middle of the night. The desk clerk was nasty and told me to stop denying reality when I asked him to help stop the phones ringing (for hours!) He said he had to call all the rooms repeatedly until they found the owner of a car alarm that was apparently the source of a noise complaint. Also the room was dirty and had spiders and cobwebs behind the mirrors and cabinets. There were food particles and trash in the drawer of the bedside table with the Bible. Never again!

We were in town for some Twins games, dinner shows, comedians shows and visited the Mystic Lake casino. Since our schedule was full; we didn't try out the pool or hot tub but will probably stay here again when we don't have as much planned. Everything we went to was about 30 minutes away; so the location is great. There is a Denny's and Clive's roadhouse restaurant within walking distance. Can't beat the price. Everything in the room worked.

Good value. An older, dated facility and decor, but new bathroom upgrades and amenities, friendly, efficient staff, clean, quiet, easy parking. Currently temporary poor access due to road and bridge construction nearby, Aug 2025, but normally very convenient.

No breakfast just processed donuts and honey buns.. coffee.. no juice no cereal, oatmeal, bread… norhing

Good and bad... good water pressure and clean bathroom, but had mold on the ceiling above the shower. Had clean sheets but the bed had body indentions which made for uneven sleeping positions. The heat and cool switch was convenient but confusing if you don't know that the heat will come from the small and noisy radiator, and that you have to manually adjust the AC unit which is difficult to reach because it's above the fridge. The place in general is very noisy, especially at night when you're trying to sleep. It seems like people are staying there long term and come home loud and inconsiderate at 3am, which led to police being called and someone arrested on Sun, Nov 9th '25. The cops were pretty quiet and didn't have their sirens on nor lights on which helped with falling back to sleep around 4am. Kids were also yelling "mommy" in the hallway at 1am that same night, so don't plan to sleep well if you stay here. Lastly, the free breakfast is only packaged pastries and coffee, hot chocolate too if the cocoa powder is refilled, but no hot food, cereal, or fresh fruit. The person checking us in was nice, and the room was pretty good, but you definitely get what you pay for at this Inn. We would never stay there again.

OKish rooms, very old property. Corridor rugs need to be replaced. So does the room wallpapers. Bathroom was just holding on with faith so far. Breakfast was namesake. Basically high fat, high sugar refined cupcakes and brewed coffee. Nothing else.

Positioned in a great location, close to lots of shops and dining, possibly easy to locate. Good breakfast options nothing hot but lots of pastries coffee hot chocolate, and tea. Great stay for the price. I will visit here again.
