배정해준 방에 들어가니 이상한 냄새가 너무 났어요. 금연룸으로 예약했음에도 흡연객실을 주셔서 프론트로 연락해 금연방으로 바꿨는데 이번에는 욕실 환풍기가 작동이 안되어서 고쳐달라하고.. 방안 온도조절을 못해서 잘때 추웠어요.. 시설도 낡았고 주변에 브랜드편의점이 없어 불편했어요

Chambre spacieuse et d’une propreté impeccable. Le personnel est vraiment au top : accueillant, disponible et toujours à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, qui est digne d’un véritable brunch, avec un très grand choix de plats occidentaux et asiatiques, à volonté. De quoi bien commencer la journée ! L’hôtel dispose également, au 21ᵉ étage, d’une salle de sport très bien équipée, ouverte 24h/24, avec une magnifique vue à 360° sur Kunming. On y trouve également un espace salon, un billard américain et même un hockey sur table. L’emplacement est également un gros point fort : environ 20 minutes de la gare de Kunming Nanyao et à 30 minutes de l’aéroport international de Kunming Changshui, et surtout à deux pas du Green Lake (Lac Vert), dans un quartier très animé. Le temple Yuantong, l’un des plus beaux temples de Chine, est accessible en environ 20 minutes à pied.

The Grand Park Kunming was an excellent choice for our visit. Everything was perfect. We arrived late at night after a long train ride and were greeted with a snack-bag, a bowl of fruit and flowers. The staff helped us with everything, from taxis, to umbrellas. The neighborhood was safe for strolling at night and we loved walking in nearby Green Lake Park. The fitness center is very well outfitted and it worth the visit just for the views of Kunming. Finally, the breakfast was incredible. The buffet and specially prepared dishes were amazing. I could not believe the variety of choices. I highly recommend
