Staff was great. Hard worker's. The smoke alarm was dangling down . Air conditioner did have face cover, the odor was awful. It clearly states non smoking . However if your a long time customer i guess it ok to smoke. There was 2 rooms you could smell the smoke from down the hall. I have copd and asthma. Can't do smoke.

This is a basic, simple hotel. Check in was easy, as my name popped right up, but the front desk clerk seemed to have an excessively long process to check me in (or she's super slow at typing, idk). The side entrance was filled with the scent of smoke, our bedroom floor was dirty and sticky in sections in the room, there were no cups to drink out of in the room, the bar fell out of its holes in the shower when I placed my wash cloth on it to hang, the water didn't drain properly in the tub and I was standing in dirty water (I told the front desk about this and they said they'd fix it with seemingly genuine concern), there were holes in the comforter and my bed sheet, and the pillows were soft but lumpy. We actually had a quiet night, probably given that we stayed on a Thursday. No stomping noted above us either, as we were on the lower level. The guests must have all been spaced out, because the lot was pretty full. The air conditioner worked super well and the noise remained consistent the entire night, which is super nice for sleeping (some nicer places have ones that constantly cycle on and off and it wakes you up). Tv worked fine, ice machine worked. We had soap and towels, and the bed was clean enough and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was decent: waffle maker, cereal, bagels, toast, but plain cream cheese would have been nice (they had strawberry). You get what you pay for, and given our situation that night, this was perfectly acceptable for a night.

There needs to be a major clean up in this hotel. The parking lots is a dump. Dead grass, lawn mower covered up in a parking space, lumber covered. The boxes in the entry go to the ceiling. The hallways have junk furniture. The worst thing a mouse ran across my room.

Room was dirty overall, sink was about to fall off the wall in the bathroom, one window was broke out and not replaced. When we woke up a mouse was climbing all over our leftover McDonald's on the entertainment center. The critter was very pesky and persistent. The hallway Reeked of WEED. But the ladys at the front desk were very nice to work with and made sure our group had rooms by eachother.

The entire visit was horrible. There were stacks of boxes 10' high being stored in the lobby, an old air conditioner sat in the floor outside our room in the hallway our entire visit, the room floor had artificial plank wood flooring that doesn't seem to have been mopped in a very long time, old water leak from room above that caused black mold on ceiling which was attempted to cover up by painting white, the heating element housing on the hair dryer in restroom was cracked wide open (shock hazard), shower curtain was thin cloth and did nothing to stop water from getting all over the restroom, lighting in room was almost non-existent. I can go on and on but I think you get the picture. I will never return there and I hope no one else ever goes.

This is a very basic no extras not in the best condition super 8. The sad thing is that it wouldn't take that much to make some upgrades to make it a much better stay. our firs room was in the bottom floor. Vinyl flooring and windows were ground level and could be easily broken into. We reguested to move. the other room was better but mirror dirty. Lightbulb burned out, toilet leaking and limited furniture. It wouldn't be my first choice to future stay.

My feet were black from walking from shower to window to get dressed! All dirty construction workers are there clientele. They wouldnt change my room 5 minutes after check in at 3.05 with no cars in parking lot!! Room stunk of cigarettes, rusty light fixture in bathroom and torn shade by bed! Tv did not work correctly screen was bad. Only when Manager came in at 9 am did they offer to change tv. The place is just like a trucker motel. Just above a dump but a shower that is not clean and a very old hair dryer that is all smoke beige from yester year. Now one chair had what appeared to be dried human remnants on it. The office desk chair was rusted and the complete tom of chair had no vinyl on it. Not even worth a dollar at a yard sale. Should be curb junk! Seat had huge splits in it too. I took pictures 📸 of all that i said for those who are interested maybe Wyndham not so Super 8?

The hotel smelled. My wife and daughter went into both rooms to get settled and they came back and said we're not staying here. Mold, dirty smelly, bugs and not very accommodating. We got a refund and left.

I have pictures of the bugs, blood on the walls, feces on the walls, gray dirty towels, And a contact high from the amount of marijuana being smoked inside. This was the most awful place I have ever stayed and I will never stay at another super eight motel again.

My room looked like it wasnt even cleaned just a made bed. Had a big dead bug laying under the nightstand along with smashed bugs in the corner of the picture frame. Not one to complain but it looked like the room wasnt even clean if i coukdve gotten a refund i wouldve.

This room needed a good cleaning—the floor was super dirty: there was an outlet hanging out of the wall. The towels were stained and frayed and there were not nearly enough for a three day stay. There was no Kleenex and very little toilet paper with no replacements. I had to bring in my Kleenex from my car. Also, the door was difficult to open with the key card. Housekeeping stopped by once; never brought requested towels or paper—when asked about the trash cans I was told to put them outside my door.

The floor was sticky, a few dead flies, AC wasn’t working very well, the windows don’t open so can’t air out the rooms, bed skirts were filthy, needs a new shower curtain, the room kind of had a moldy smell and it was stuffy in there. I’d suggest lowering the room rates or spend some money on some updates. I stayed at better places for $45 a night. We couldn’t figure out how to use the TV.

Broken furniture with screws sticking out. Air conditioner knobs broken and filter was disgusting. Toilet didn't flush properly, had to continously plunge it ourselves., no other room available. I had booked the room 6 months in advance. Was supposed to be there 5 nights. Wound up canceling the remaining 4 nights and changing our vacation plans. Definitely not worth what we paid, and will never return. Will not recommend. Will probably not use Super 8 again as i have now had 2 disappointing stays in the last month.

This property is a mess. Not a single thing about it was nice. Even though I had prechecked in checkout took over 20 minutes. The room needed psinting and all furniture was obviously second hand. Even the bed was hard. The junk that was served for breakfast was not edible at all . Expired muffins and dried up bread and bananas with black spots

I will first say the staff was great and very helpful. That being said: it was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The bed was ridiculous. You could feel the metal frame and springs in the mattress with your bare hand, let alone while laying on it. My small daughter was sleeping between my wife and I. Whenever she would move, it was enough to make the whole mattress wobble. The pain and exhaustion when we got up was something I have never felt before on a hotel stay. To add to that, the room felt humid and damp, and there was a constant mildew smell all night. It was a non-smoking room, yet there were cigarette burns in the recliner and the top blanket. The ceiling light didn’t work. It looked like the curtain rod in the bathroom had been ripped off the wall, and the repair job was cheap and hodgepodge. The only positive for the room I can come up with, is that the fridge was probably one of the best I’ve come across at keeping things cold and freezing our ice packs. It was the last available room left in town for us, so hopefully you have more choices in town when you try to book your stay.

Our stay was a quick weekend away. The room was adequate. I really appreciated how quiet the whole facility was. My only real complaint would be our fridge didn’t work. And the wood floors were sticky. Otherwise it was everything we needed

The bed spread was stained and dirty. The room itself was clean. The screen in window was broken and lampshades needed to be cleaned. For the price is a good deal.

The bed had hairs on it when we got there, we had two pillows total. The shower was small enough that my fiancé had to squat to wash his hair. There were dogs barking all night next door to us. The chair was old and used enough to be older than my almost 30 years and I was too worried to put my clothes on it. We didn’t have enough towels and the ones we did have were super small.

Last time we will stay there. We have used this place every visit but after new ownership it has declined significantly. I specifically check for certain features like deposits and pet friendly options and they lied about both. Charged my card and then states we can’t bring our pups in. And charged an deposit that is not specified anywhere. We left a day early because the conditions eyc.

Unsafe, not clean and rude staff sums up my experience. Besides the breakfast being out of everything and staff sitting on their phones during the designated time, I came back to my room two days in a row door wide open. There was razor in the shower and dirt and hair on the shower enclosure that was 2 feet too small. I slept on top of the bed comforter because I was too nervous to look underneath. When asking why my door was left open, I was told: “I don’t know. I just started my shift and the manager isn’t here till tomorrow. No refund was issued and apparently there is no standard the hotel has to maintain to keep their money. Stay away!

Rooms were cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Traveled with family and booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Older lady at check in not very friendly at all. Also was told upon checking in about $100 per room damage deposit that had to be in cash only. Had to run to the bank for the cash just to check in. Rooms were filthy. AC in both rooms full of mold. The side chair in one of our rooms was very dirty. The other rooms window was broken and it also had a moldy piece of paper in the side table that smelled terrible. Lots of random people sitting outside the front door all hours of the day. Also was told breakfast ended at 10 am. Came down at 930am and was told breakfast was over. Disappointing. Beds weren’t terrible . Place is very outdated. Morning staff very friendly.

I will say that the location is amazing and that and it is the least expensive hotel close to Fun City. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The pictures on Expedia made the room look nice. When I arrived, I immediately went to Wal-Mart and bought cleaning supplies, blankets and new pillows. The bedding was stained and looked dirty. The only thing that looked clean were the sheets. The floor was some kind of vinyl and did not look like it was cleaned since the last person stayed, there was food still on the floor. The bathroom smelled like mildew and dirt was all over the walls. The towels were like rags. I used the swimming towels I brought. Once I cleaned the room it was a great value for the price. And on the bright side there was breakfast availble. :)

I like the fact that the location is within walking distance of restaurants and the casino. What I don't like is that they allow dogs at the motel. I shouldn't have to put up with all the barking, yipping, etc. that comes with them! Dogs shouldn't be allowed on the property. They are nuisance and a liability. People need to board them at a kennel. Your dog is not everyone's best friend! Leave the damn things home!

Our stay was a quick weekend away. The room was adequate. I really appreciated how quiet the whole facility was. My only real complaint would be our fridge didn’t work. And the wood floors were sticky. Otherwise it was everything we needed

This property is a mess. Not a single thing about it was nice. Even though I had prechecked in checkout took over 20 minutes. The room needed psinting and all furniture was obviously second hand. Even the bed was hard. The junk that was served for breakfast was not edible at all . Expired muffins and dried up bread and bananas with black spots

This is a basic, simple hotel. Check in was easy, as my name popped right up, but the front desk clerk seemed to have an excessively long process to check me in (or she's super slow at typing, idk). The side entrance was filled with the scent of smoke, our bedroom floor was dirty and sticky in sections in the room, there were no cups to drink out of in the room, the bar fell out of its holes in the shower when I placed my wash cloth on it to hang, the water didn't drain properly in the tub and I was standing in dirty water (I told the front desk about this and they said they'd fix it with seemingly genuine concern), there were holes in the comforter and my bed sheet, and the pillows were soft but lumpy. We actually had a quiet night, probably given that we stayed on a Thursday. No stomping noted above us either, as we were on the lower level. The guests must have all been spaced out, because the lot was pretty full. The air conditioner worked super well and the noise remained consistent the entire night, which is super nice for sleeping (some nicer places have ones that constantly cycle on and off and it wakes you up). Tv worked fine, ice machine worked. We had soap and towels, and the bed was clean enough and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was decent: waffle maker, cereal, bagels, toast, but plain cream cheese would have been nice (they had strawberry). You get what you pay for, and given our situation that night, this was perfectly acceptable for a night.

The AC was working but unfortunately we were not told how to use it and the room kept getting hot and cold hot and cold but finally they did come up and fix it for us the staff I have definitely seen better when we checked in he acted like he was doing us a favor and it would be nice to be able to understand the people that either work or own the hotel we definitely would not stay there again it was very poorly run and I made this reservation about 3 weeks in advance if not longer and unfortunately when we check in he said because of her so busy we have to put you up on the third floor which has no elevator in the hotel so for older people in their eighties I thought that was very careless
