Very attractive facility and the ability to take the shuttle to/from the airport is very convenient. The parking rate is very reasonable. We will definitely stay again the next time we travel.

Pool is out of order. Elevator is out of order. Ice machine is out of order. It smells terrible in the hallways. The only good thing about this hotel was the air worked very well in the room. My entire reason for booking this hotel was for the pool so my kids could swim.

It’s super convenient to the airport, but the management is clearly managing for profit. One elevator of the two is out of order, the pool has been closed for months, the check engine light on the shuttle van is on. It’s too new to feel as tired as the property is.

Just one night stay, airport shuttle from the hotel got us to the airport early for our trip. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and they picked us up at midnight on our return!! Highly recommend!

Very convenient to the airport. Room was comfortable, and adequately equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. AC cooled well. Hotel has some maintenance issues - pool out of order, as is one elevator. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free hotel.

The hotel smells horrible when you walk in. At check-in, the computer wouldn't work. Once I went to my room, a window was broken in the hall and my door wouldn't open. I went back and was assigned a new room on a different floor. As soon as I went in to the room, it smelled horrible like farm animal. The rooms were very dim and very few lights in the larger space. The couch was so dirty and dilapidated with large stains that I wouldn't sit on it. The bedroom was ok. The smell was still overwhelming. In the bathroom, the tub had crus in it and hair left behind. The shower floor was dark and grimey. The fan was so loud with the light it woke me up when my husband used the bathroom in the middle of the night. When I took a shower, the body wash was so watered down it was basically water. Overall, I can't believe I had to pay as much as I did for such a terrible, low class, smelly, dirty room where I didn't feel comfortable enough to sit on the couch and the horrid smell woke me from my sleep.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that there is a continental breakfast and airport shuttle. The condition and cleanliness are a concern. The laminate floor boards in the room are lifted and peeling up as well as other run down cosmetic damage in the room. The bathroom still had hairs on the floor from the previous guest.

Unorganized at front desk. We had to wait quite awhile to check in because they had booked people in the wrong rooms. Once we got to our room, it hadn’t been cleaned. Hotel isn’t very clean and smelled like smoke.

I had a conference in Bentonville and stayed here. It is near the airport. The rooms were clean with two beds and plenty of space. A hairdryer was provided. The breakfast was very good- a buffet style homey atmosphere with bacon, sausage and waffles. Lots of free parking around the hotel. Nice lobby- friendly staff.

Front desk staff and shuttle driver were great and very friendly. The breakfast staff were the best we have ever encountered. Room was just average and had a few problems. Flooring was coming up in the center of the room and bathroom floor trim was dirty.

It was very cold weather. When we entered our room, it was freezing cold. We found a thermostat on the wall and a window unit heater. At first I adjusted the wall thermostat--nothing seemed to happen. Then we adjusted the window unit and it heated the room. But, we had to get out of bed three times to continue turning down the heat. So, our sleep was poor due to the temperature fluctuations from very cold to very warm.

When we opened the door it was very cold. Wall control reflected 60 degrees. After 45 minutes I figured out that the thermostat did nothing except measure room temp. It didn't speak to the HVAC unit. I had to control room temp using the very basic controls directly on the wall unit. I set it halfway between H and C. woke at 3:00 am and it was 85 in the room. Wife and I were soaking wet. We didn't get much sleep that night. Second night was a little better, but the wall unit, an ancient Amana, was loud and it turned on and off every 10 minutes throughout the night. Floors: nothing but old vinyl throughout. Not even a throw rug. Worse than Super Eight! Bathtub was a very old porcelain tub. A nickel size chunk had chipped off the bottom center and was just a large rust hole that could not be cleaned up. Like going back to the nineties, not a single USB port A or C in the room. Haven't seen that in several years. Lastly, there is a birds nest outside, directly above the window. Babies were chirping night and day. Bird droppings ran down the window. Upside? The staff were all great. We're honestly not picky people and had originally booked for four nights, but ended up at a Comfort Suite in the next city south for the last two nights. Less expensive, and a considerably better room. Had I known there would be a survey, I would have taken and attached pictures to help with the details.

It’s fine enough, the room was fairly clean but it smelled of pet urine. The property is in need of a renovation as the flooring in this room is coming up and the furniture is tired.

The room itself was clean but the bed was incredibly squeaky and uncomfortable. The shower was loose and would not allow warm/hot water to come out. The space itself was nice. Be aware that it is near XNA and 25-30 minutes from Rogers, AR. Also, the airline keys are loud and woke us up early.

This location is in need of major renovation. From the shuttle van to the hotel all is pretty ratty. Air unit in our room leaked water and completely soaked a towel over night. It ran off and on all night long, no consisty to the temperature, and was very loud. Had a very sleepless night. Staff were all frendly. Hotel is very close to the airport and they do offer shuttle service that was nice.

The room was very noisy. We picked this hotel for the transport to and from the hotel that was advertised, but we were told that the morning shuttle was full and couldn't accommodate us with our baggage. Then, when we returned, we were told to call a number for pickup, and no one answered the call. We had to pay for an Uber to and from the hotel. We will never use this hotel to travel out of XNA again.

I cannot say enough about the staff or the shuttle service. Two members of the staff helped us get our luggage in our daughter's car. My husband is recovering from surgery, and without their kind help, we would never have been able to make it all work. Many, many thanks!

There is not a lot near the hotel, restaurant or otherwise but it is incredibly close to the local airport. The shuttle driver was very open to taking to places nearby to pick up food or other supplies which was kind. The staff was also incredibly thoughtful in remembering the intended time I wanted to get to the airport the next day. While the surrounding area does not have a lot to offer, the staff are truly awesome!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I messaged them a week before my arrival asking how to schedule their free airport shuttle and gave them my ETA which was close to midnight. They said that I'd just need to call their number once I collect my luggage and the shuttle would come for me. I followed their instructions only to be told that their shuttle stops service at midnight. I had to get an Uber to drive 1 mile. When I get there, Rhonda mistakenly checks me in for only 1 night despite the fact that I was supposed to be there for 4. My room was disgusting and filthy. I had already been up for over 24 hours at this point, so I tried to sleep anyway. The air system was incredibly loud, and any time someone took a shower there was a constant dripping sound. I had to leave on another flight early the next morning so I left my luggage in my room and took the shuttle. I told the driver about the night before, and he told me that their shuttle operates well past midnight and he would've been happy to pick me up, so I'm not sure why Rhonda said it wasn't possible. I come back the next day at around 4pm. I called Dylan at the front desk to get the shuttle, he put me on hold for 15 minutes so I gave up and called another Uber. Room service hadn't come at all. I decided to book another hotel and Dylan told me I could get a refund. After 2 weeks of trying, Expedia told me the hotel manager refused to refund me any money despite me checking out two days early.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I messaged them a week before my arrival asking how to schedule their free airport shuttle and gave them my ETA which was close to midnight. They said that I'd just need to call their number once I collect my luggage and the shuttle would come for me. I followed their instructions only to be told that their shuttle stops service at midnight. I had to get an Uber to drive 1 mile. When I get there, Rhonda mistakenly checks me in for only 1 night despite the fact that I was supposed to be there for 4. My room was disgusting and filthy. I had already been up for over 24 hours at this point, so I tried to sleep anyway. The air system was incredibly loud, and any time someone took a shower there was a constant dripping sound. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was quiet. The room was a clean, average, hotel room, as I had expected. It met my expectations and needs. It was good value for the cost. The free shuttle to and from the nearby airport was very convenient. There aren't any dining options nearby so you will need to have transportation or order delivery.

The only issue is the location. Great for those needing to use the airport, plus they immediately asked if we would need a ride to the airport the next morning. But, it is quite a distance from town and restaurants.

We were just passing through and all hotels along 49 were either booked or $300/night so we chose this one by the airport. It was good as far as the hotel being reasonable and nice but very far from everything.

This property was adequate for us as it is very close to the NW Arkansas airport. We chose to stay because we live 2hrs away and had an early morning flight. Although we didn't use the shuttle service to the airport, I appreciated that they did provide that amenity. The rate to leave your car at the hotel is $5/day vs the Economy lot at the airport at $8/day.

They had a shuttle from/to airport which was great for me since I came with my bike for an event. The hotel is 10 miles from the town of Bentonville. There’s a General Dollar store about a mile away that pretty much sells everything (groceries) if you’re up for the walk. If you decide to stay at this hotel I suggest you tent a car.

I beautiful comfortable hotel. Nice bed, comfortable bedding made for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good and the worker at the breakfast bar was friendly. It is close to the airport so it was convenient for us.

I had a conference in Bentonville and stayed here. It is near the airport. The rooms were clean with two beds and plenty of space. A hairdryer was provided. The breakfast was very good- a buffet style homey atmosphere with bacon, sausage and waffles. Lots of free parking around the hotel. Nice lobby- friendly staff.

I had assumed being the only hotel by the airport that it would be in good condition. I assumed wrong. The hotel is outdated and dirty and not well maintained. There was 1 working elevator that was loud and slow. The lobby and halls have an old, mildewy smell and our room window was cracked with tape on it. Both front desk people we encountered seemed like they would rather be anywhere else.

Great for early flights. We even dropped our rental car off the night before, their shuttle helped us out with that. A very good breakfast that starts at 4:00 AM!

The property seemed clean and the staff seemed nice, but there was a BEDBUG in my room. I told the staff at 230am and she seemed surprised and said the manager would be in later that day.I tried calling around lunch that day only to find the manager wouldn't be in until monday. I called and sent a picture and detailed instructions on where the smashed bug was. She took my information and never called me back. I waited 5 days and decided to call her back myself. She claims an extermination company came and found no evidence but ive got picture and a smashed bug I left behind. So yeah I understand they cant control what is brought in by other guests, but I definitely felt like this could have been handled better. I currently have my clothes in quarantine and ended up finishing my stay sleeping in my car. Hopefully this was an isolated incident but who really knows as I have no faith in the manager.
