Staff was friendly. Rooms were fairly clean. Windows were hazy and dirty. Mirrors were smeared from cleaning solution. Sink drain stopper needed replaced. Kept falling down and keeping water from draining down the sink. Room appeared clean. Bed mattress not the most comfortable for sleep. Very tiny pillows and not much fluff. I have stayed at better places for the same amount of money but it was decent. Needs work for improvement, especially for $200 price point.

Staff was friendly and the room appeared to be clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the hallway floors needed to be cleaned as well as the elevator.
