worst motel flop house ever-i no longer believe in 'best western' badging or expedia screening for credible accommodations. The room was full of bugs, pool dirty, outside cluttered filthy obviously a long term residence for down and out. Fraud at its very best and the upcharging for this that and the other make the price quotes irrelevant.

The staff are very friendly. The room I had was very cleaned. I was very impressed how clean the lobby & breakfast room was. The coffee and food was also great. This hotel even had a laundry room and clean.

The room had AC There was a refrig/microwave Shower worked well plenty of hot/ cold water It had a sparse breakfast The area did not feel safe even though the hotel had plenty of security lights on at night. The lighting in the room was extremely dim even with all the lights turned on. The room had a strong disinfectant smell The pool was completly covered and not in use. The gym smelled of must and mildew. A group of guests sat outside the room on the sidewalk talking loudly into the evening. I switched hotels after the first night and would not stay there again

Bathroom door look as if it hadn't been cleaned before. Roach came out of no where in the bathroom. Toilet was leaking water from somewhere on the back, it wobbled. The bed was as if a huge person was sleeping in-between my wife and I we kept ending up in the middle because of it. Now we both have back issues from this stay. Lower back, both of us, soreness. Coffee pot look like it was never cleaned from the dust on it. (Did not attempt to use) Iron was sticky from something. Microwave buttons didn't work properly. No tissue in the tissue dispenser. The front door looked cracked open at the trim. The gym was not clean for use so I did not attempt to workout. I do not recommend this place.

I ended up staying for four nights due to a needed auto repair. Compared to other properties in this price range? This place was the Taj Mahal! The room was large, clean and had NO bugs! The AC was ice cold! They were just getting the pool up and running but it was a really nice pool area with deck chairs and nice landscaping. Plenty of TV channels and good wifi. My only complaint is the TV's are pretty small.

The AC was ice cold! They were just getting the pool up and running but it was a really nice pool area with deck chairs and nice landscaping. Plenty of TV channels and good wifi. My only complaint is the TV's are pretty small.

No elevators, doors open to outside. Pool was completely drained and the restaurant next door was closed for good. Carpet was dirty in the room. The MOST basic breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel and the owners wife was yelling the entire time we were eating in the lobby on some kind of FaceTime call. Save your money and stay across the street. Luckily we were only there as a stopover for the night. There’s no way I would stay longer.

This was the most charming hotel I stayed at on a recent road trip. I wouldn’t call it fancy, but it was well maintained and clean. From the dolphin fresco at bottom of the pool To the arch in my room it felt like someplace that Wednesday from the book American Gods would stay at. Once the A/C had a chance to run, it was a really nice stay :)

I dislike the fact it was dirty, wouldn't give you more than 2 extra towels even though they only had one towel with a stain on it in the room when checking in and we are a family of 5 so 3 towels weren't enough, the room had a horrible smell and something in the room was making us itchy, the couch was dirty with stains and the floor was unsafe and uneven and felt like we were going to fall thru. Our whole family couldn't even sleep and we ended up leaving.

The amount of dust, water/mold damage was horrific...don't go at all especially if you are asthmatic. The bedding and towels had stains, barely could find parking, a group of people literally had a bbq on the sidewalk/parking lot. The person whom checked me in repeatedly asked me what I booked, and that was the end of the conversation and actuallt laughed at our concerns. This place should be comdemned.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure and temperature was great. Convenient location off the highway with minimal roadway noise. I will stay again when I'm in the area.

I only stayed one of the two nights I was scheduled to stay. Didn’t even ask for a refund, just changed hotels. I’m pretty easy going but when I feel things jumping on me and have bites on my body…I’m out! Staff was friendly and they did clean the room before arrival, I could tell. It’s just so so old and dingy. As a woman alone I did not feel super safe but I’m always packing so I stayed until I started to feel the “bugs.” I suspect they were fleas.

Musty room, had mold on bathroom ceiling, urin all over the toilet, dead crickets and cockroachs all over the room. If you dont get breakfast before 8:00am its gone and it isn't much of a breakfast, bare minimum I asked if they had yogurt she said yes and only brought 2 out to put in the fridge when this was at 7:15, very cheap dirty rooms

I booked this room in advance solely for the reason of the jacuzzi room. Unfortunately during my stay I was not able to use it due to it not working. We did not find out about this inconvenience until we tried to use it late in the night before our check out. Since it was our last night stay I decided to talk to the receptionists at check out to report the issue and to receive some compensation for the inconvenience. The receptionists excallated the concern to the manager. The manager didn't apologize and proceeded to say "I already received the best rate possible and there was nothing else that can be done." I don't find it fair practice to be charged for a quality of standard that was not received. I don't expect a full refund but I was requesting a fair discount for the inconveniance.

The property had a funky look to it as it was an older motel that was renovated ... the room was clean and comfortable ... the bed was very good. The motel was worth the price and would likely stay again although the breakfast was wanting.

The customer service was great! Our TV remote wasn't working and the front desk wasn't able to get it fixed so they actually moved us into the next room while the worked on the problem.

The front desk personnel was good. I walked in in to check in and was greeted right away. She gave a few options to get to our room. When we needed more towels we go them in a good timely manner. Breakfast was good as well.

The staff are very friendly. The room I had was very cleaned. I was very impressed how clean the lobby & breakfast room was. The coffee and food was also great. This hotel even had a laundry room and clean.

I booked this room in advance solely for the reason of the jacuzzi room. Unfortunately during my stay I was not able to use it due to it not working. We did not find out about this inconvenience until we tried to use it late in the night before our check out. Since it was our last night stay I decided to talk to the receptionists at check out to report the issue and to receive some compensation for the inconvenience. The receptionists excallated the concern to the manager. The manager didn't apologize and proceeded to say "I already received the best rate possible and there was nothing else that can be done." I don't find it fair practice to be charged for a quality of standard that was not received. I don't expect a full refund but I was requesting a fair discount for the inconveniance.

All on me I booked here with Expedia, and this whole month has been crazy, hit by tornado at home three totalled vehicles tree on house, trees down everywhere property just destroyed, and then husband loses wallet right after all that, had to cancel cards reorder cards place holds on stuff you name this month brought it, but anyway I booked here late at night thought it was for Arkansas, once I put in maps realized I was way off. We stopped in and asked about cancelation, they only charged me half and young up front was very helpful and kind and went above and beyond trying to help me, said I sis have to contact Expedia though regarding the refund amount of 45.so I got on phone and oh my gosh I thought I would never contact anyone with expwdia, but finally 35 minutes after Ai talking I did, meillani I think was her name and she was very helpful, she even called and tried to get me full refund even though we already tried that and I was happy with half of it. She apologized she couldn't do more, but I thanked her for all her help. She assured me my refund would be for the 45.00 nothing less. I thanked hotel clerk also. Who contended with my moody husband and apologized to me for it, I said no honey I'm sorry cuz it's not your fault I did this and hw should act better. Anyway worst part of this is that it was one more thing to my month, and having hardest time reaching anyone with Expedia they really need to fix that.

ALL let me repeat ALL of the Double / Queen sized beds are on the 2nd floor. I requested an accessable bathroom. Broke my left knee late last year and the right is bone on bone. NO ELEVATOR! So, stairs are hard to do. Explained that to the young man on the desk. His solution, they had king sized and twin beds available on the first floor. Who in their right mind has twin sized beds in hotels in this day and age? I travel on business. I'm already sharing a room with an employee, I'm certainly not going to share a bed with them. Nor was the hotel going to give me a refund for the difference in the size of the beds. NO REFUNDS! The breakfast was appalling. Brown, rotted bananas and cereal. A couple of pieces of dried out bread. Staff seemed unfazed by these issues. Maybe these are just my issues. But I certainly expect better of Best Western.

No elevators, doors open to outside. Pool was completely drained and the restaurant next door was closed for good. Carpet was dirty in the room. The MOST basic breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel and the owners wife was yelling the entire time we were eating in the lobby on some kind of FaceTime call. Save your money and stay across the street. Luckily we were only there as a stopover for the night. There’s no way I would stay longer.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure and temperature was great. Convenient location off the highway with minimal roadway noise. I will stay again when I'm in the area.

The room had AC There was a refrig/microwave Shower worked well plenty of hot/ cold water It had a sparse breakfast The area did not feel safe even though the hotel had plenty of security lights on at night. The lighting in the room was extremely dim even with all the lights turned on. The room had a strong disinfectant smell The pool was completly covered and not in use. The gym smelled of must and mildew. A group of guests sat outside the room on the sidewalk talking loudly into the evening. I switched hotels after the first night and would not stay there again

I only stayed one of the two nights I was scheduled to stay. Didn’t even ask for a refund, just changed hotels. I’m pretty easy going but when I feel things jumping on me and have bites on my body…I’m out! Staff was friendly and they did clean the room before arrival, I could tell. It’s just so so old and dingy. As a woman alone I did not feel super safe but I’m always packing so I stayed until I started to feel the “bugs.” I suspect they were fleas.

I have stayed here a few times now. Best hotel in Longview for the price and most of all its safe, i have a small work trailer that they have parking for and the staff is great.... Including the Parot !!

The room was clean and well kept. There was only one set of towels so I had to share with my friend. The lobby smelled to high heaven tho. Made me kind of sick. The breakfast spread was just some cereal and milk. Waffle machine was there but no waffle mix. But I didn’t get it for the breakfast, I got it for the room and the room was good.

The property had a funky look to it as it was an older motel that was renovated ... the room was clean and comfortable ... the bed was very good. The motel was worth the price and would likely stay again although the breakfast was wanting.

Musty room, had mold on bathroom ceiling, urin all over the toilet, dead crickets and cockroachs all over the room. If you dont get breakfast before 8:00am its gone and it isn't much of a breakfast, bare minimum I asked if they had yogurt she said yes and only brought 2 out to put in the fridge when this was at 7:15, very cheap dirty rooms

This hotel is dated and the rooms while clean seem old and sad. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast and lack of staff to manage it. Most hotels have a person who looks after the breakfast room and cleans and replenishes the food when needed. These countertops, though, had chocolate milk on them that had been there awhile since no one else was in the breakfast area. The sparse sausage was hard as a rock, there were no eggs except hard-boiled still in the shells - with no way to rinse off the egg after removing the shell. Only one yogurt remained. And no one was at the front desk and no staff in the breakfast area to help. The hotel didn't stand up to Best Western quality.

The smelled horrible. The sheets had stains and smelled like mildew. We had dead roaches in the room… the recliner chair cushion was sunk in and stained. I was absolutely mortified.
