A night between travelling home, lovely hotel. Slightly out of Inverness which is nice, out in the country. Room beautiful and spacious. Reception seating area is lovely and so comfortable to relax in, so many sofa's and chair's.

Beautiful property in an easy to access location close to Inverness. The room was really spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had a great sleep. The only minor issue I had was the water wasn’t very hot. The shower was warm enough to shower in when turned up to the highest temperature but much cooler than I’d have liked. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again

We (4 adults and 2 children) stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and reserved 2 rooms. Both rooms had black mold in the shower and a spider web in the corner of the rooms and a ceiling. The hotel had no hot water the first day and when we addressed the issue, we were told the plumber will fix it. We left for the whole day and when we came back there was still no hot water, and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. We could not even take a shower that day. The internet that the hotel provided is terrible and we had no internet for 3 days, and we did notify the front desk staff. One of the rooms was only cleaned once during our stay, while the other one was cleaned every day. The second time the room was cleaned the housekeeper did not leave any soaps for us that they did leave before in a small bottles. The staff of the hotel was nice and friendly. The breakfast was simple but good and £15 upon check in and £20 if you did not get it upon checking in. And you would need to order hot food from the menu and wait until the staff brings it over, as it was not set up all you can eat buffet. Overall it was a nice hotel, clean and staff was very nice. I arrived 5 minutes before breakfast ended and the staff was accommodating by providing take out plates for guests that stayed up in the room.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Drumossie Hotel. Hotel and standard of accommodation were excellent. Very clean room. Food was fabulous. Main stand out though were the staff who could not have been more friendly or helpful.

This was hands down favorite hotel that I booked for our entire trip! The room was super spacious, the bathroom had plenty of counter space, it had a nice sized shower with nice water pressure! We ate both dinner and breakfast (we opted for the additional charge for breakfast with our reservation) at their hotel restaurant and the food was great! We were really happy to see that they had pancakes on the menu. All of the staff were super friendly as well.

No AC or fridge. Breakfast was expensive, and nothing special. the waitress stood by where we ate and made a lot of noise cleaning the cutlery. Even though the restaurant was literally empty, service was very bad. They all seemed very busy with a empty hotel..

We were due to stay here when an extreme weather warning was issued advising agai;st travel to inverness so we heeded the warning and stayed at Perth, (our previous location). Obviously we needed to cancel our booking at the Drumossie but the hotel decided we would be charged in full even though we would be unable to reach Inverness through the extreme weather. We appealed to Hotel.com but when they tried to get the hotel to cancel the booking and refund the charge they were replied to with verbal abuse by the hotel reception !! Although Hotel.com were astonished by the attitude of this hotel they were unable to do anything about it except to mark the hotel on their records for the abuse their agent suffered . As for us, had to suffer this charge by the hotel but will never book there again and will make sure other travellers know to avoid it.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Welcoming. I felt a valued guest. Great parking and the city is fully accessible. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and that attention paid by staff regarding customer satisfaction was first class. Highly recommended.

A night between travelling home, lovely hotel. Slightly out of Inverness which is nice, out in the country. Room beautiful and spacious. Reception seating area is lovely and so comfortable to relax in, so many sofa's and chair's.

Conference type hotel with lots of parking, large room and bathroom with enormous tub. Conveniently located on the motorway. Dinner was very good.

If visiting Inverness, this is the place to stay. Quiet, with ample parking, easy access to the city and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Convenient in-house restaurant has quality dishes on offer without having to travel to eat.

No AC or fridge. Breakfast was expensive, and nothing special. the waitress stood by where we ate and made a lot of noise cleaning the cutlery. Even though the restaurant was literally empty, service was very bad. They all seemed very busy with a empty hotel..

I had a lovely stay here, the hotel was quiet due to the time of year, however the service and hospitality was great. Dinner and breakfast were tremendous and very tasty.

Hotel of choice for Inverness, Quiet and secluded with ample parking space. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. High quality catering though a more varied dinner menu would be good. Anyone staying more than one night will find it repetitive. Top quality breakfast but again, a limited range of choices. Last three stays, I have not had a functioning desk light which poses restrictions on anyone with paperwork to attend to of an evening. These minor hurdles aside, this is still the best hotel in town.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past year or so. I felt that on this occasion, the food was not up to usual high standards. I also noticed that the menu is very expensive. Breakfast was fine but again not up to the same standard that I had previously experienced.

Staff were lovely and the hotel is really nice. Main problem is the food portions. I ordered Pork with and it came with potato the portion of potato was the size of a 50p piece. Thankfully my wife had ordered extra chips so I had some of that with it. When it came to desert I asked for an extra scoop of Ice cream and unfortunately was not given it. At breakfast my wife had porridge and to be honest it was not porridge at all but some sort of slime with oatmeal. I asked for a latte coffee and was told that would be extra money for that. Shower was cold and came through were slow. In conclusion Staff were delightful hotel is lovely in brilliant location. Sort out the food and it would be 5 star. We spent £152.83 for one night bed and breakfast and about £72 for a 2 course meal without drinks and to be honest came away feeling ripped off.

The reason I have given poor ratings is mainly because of the bathroom shower. It was set at a high temparature and the dial/knob was not working so we literally had to take a shower in scalding water. We complained on the day we checked in and a manager came to look but he was least bothered. He tried turning the knob once or twice and then said this is how it's going to be. We did complain about this at check out next morning but the staff were not bothered, just said sorry.

Great room, staff was friendly, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the tub was awesome. It is a popular wedding venue which can get a little loud at night if you have an early morning the next day.

This hotel is tired even though we got the impression it’s tried to be spruced up. Room was cold, hot water scarce and breakfast was bang average. I wouldn’t have minded if I’d paid half of what I did but no way this hotel is worth the money they charge.
