Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Wales

Fujam desse hotel!!!! O quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo muito forte, tinha muita sujeira no carpete, inclusive lata de cerveja vazia jogada, moeda, muito pó e mofo!!! Móveis extremamente velhos! Acordamos com o nariz irritados e espirrando muito! O atendimento é bem ruim, pessoas nada simpáticas e perdidas nas informações!

The good part: The staff were friendly. Easily accessible location. The air condition unit releases a strong stench when you change temperature or the mode. Maybe a simple maintenance thing, but it needs to be addressed. We had to change rooms during check-in. But that didn’t help. Bathroom fixtures like the flush gets stuck, you have to remember to pull it back up or the water just runs all day long. The drain stopper was broken.

We stayed in the Hampton Inn about 10 years ago. It was a very nice place. Our recent stay was disappointing! The location is in need of an upgrade. Torn wallpaper, dirty walls and doors. The staff at front desk were kind and accomodating. The breakfast employees were very accomodating as well.It just the place needs an upgrade.

Everything was first class.

In short, everything was adequate. Friendly staff, clean room, amenities in the room were great, and breakfast was included with good hours.
