Everything about this was terrible - I stayed less than an hour while finding another hotel. Check in was so unnecessarily complicated, done over email, I had to send a selfie posing with my ID (so unprofessional and humiliating), then then sent me the wrong code for my unit so I had to go back downstairs. FULL of constriction workers (men) crowding and taking over every floor, every elevator , the outside of the building, reception. Totally swarmed. Felt so uncomfortable being surrounded by them and in the elevator as a solo female traveller. Not relaxing at all, lots of construction noise; the whole building is a building site. Chest of drawers in the room was covered in dust. 0/10, would highly recommend avoiding at all costs, it shouldn’t be open while they do renovations and they certainly need to improve their customer experience from pre arrival to check in.

Great spot to be able to visit all of the cbd and Fitzroy/collingwood! Close to some of the best bars and great amenities. Even though the hotel is still under renovation, the rooms were extremely clean

My stay was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is well-equipped and clean. The only thing is that the studio description mentioned a bathtub, but there was only a shower.

Kitchen was well equipped for short or long stays. The apartment we stayed in needs some minor cupboard repairs, and the microwave didn’t work, but otherwise very suitable. Large amount of building works going on in common areas and apartments - this was not conveyed in online booking until after payment went through. Otherwise great spot to base yourself from. Just be careful if a late checkout is organised. Despite confirming the night before checkout we were locked out of our room, thankfully there is a limited reception on site.
