Gran experiencia porque el hotel tiene una ubicación formidable. Como familia con una niña pequeña fue muy cómodo porque el cuarto familiar nos funcionó muy bien. Además cuenta con tina de baño tipo jacuzzi que nos ayudó a descansar después de un viaje largo. El hotel si bien no tiene estacionamiento, pero cuenta con un servicio externo que ofrece aparcamiento con un costo extra, pero eso te permite moverte sin problema a pie por Segovia. Sin duda volveríamos.

Nice historical boutique hotel right on the plaza mayor. Hotel offers valet parking. Walkable to most attractions. Hotel does have an elevator. Offers a nice buffet breakfast for 10.50 euros. Rooms have double windows so it is quiet.

The parking situation is great cause they valet so you don’t have to worry, the whole place is absolutely stunning and very well laid out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the convenience of the location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

:( La habitación no se parecía nada a la foto, mucho más sencilla, pequeña, solo una ventana, y el baño tenía un olor a caño. :) Muy buena ubicación, al lado literal de la plaza y catedral, fácil check in y personal amigable

The bathroom is not clean , the housekeeper put the sealed that the toilet bowl is disinfected but when i open it there’s some pooh stain on the toilet bowl and i have to call her and tell her , there’s a lot of hairs already on the toilet floor, the electric water heater kettle has some water in it it’s not cleaned, the room when we went in smells bad i have to spray my own perfume, if it’s not for the location of the hotel i will not come back here..

Nous y avons resté deux nuits, un peux bruyant mais on a juste fermer la porte fenêtre ( on veut être dans le centre de la ville pour être au cœur de l’action) Le seul désagrément était que dans la salle de bain sa sentait les égouts, j’ai mis les bouchons de bain et lavabo et ce fut mieux. Très bien comme endroit

Pagamos el Upgrade, y desafortunadamente no podemos utilizar la bañera, el jacuzzi, la regadera, ni bañarse, porque olía terriblemente caño, lo peor es que lo reportamos, no hicieron caso, y yo hubiera pensado que no me iban a cobrar el Upgrade, pero me cobraron eso y cualquier otra cosa que pedí, pensé que habría alguna compensación, pedí tres habitaciones de hecho y de todos pagué los extras, pero la mía en Particular, terrible el baño, de ahí en fuera, me tocó remodelado y muy bonito

Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and nice. The hotel is right on the town square, so easily within walking distance of all the major sites I wanted to see. Front desk and service staff was excellent, and very accommodating. I would stay here again, without question. Special kudos to Helena, at the front desk. Thanks for being so helpful!

Viele Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, mit Balkonen oder Doppelverglasung und einem hervorragenden Blick auf den Plaza Mayor und den Dom. Einige Gäste fanden bestimmte Zimmer klein oder veraltet, stellten Lärm vom Platz und von den Glocken fest und hatten Probleme mit dem WLAN auf dem Zimmer.

Overall, it was a good one night stay. The rooms are large and clean. The best thing about the hotel is it is centrally located close to everything. On the other hand, it can get a little busy and loud since it is in the main square of Plaza Mayor. Luckily there were not any events during the night however, early Thursday morning they have a local farmers market and you can hear the trucks and carts pulling in. Also, the church bells ring every hour so although it is a beautiful sound, it can wake you up. I would suggest taking earplugs and you should be fine. The air conditioning unit in the room worked well, but it had a strange high-pitched noise that I’ve never heard come from an AC unit before. The lobby has some character and it is very charming. The staff was not rude, but they were not super friendly either. They were just OK. The rainfall shower was wonderful. I would give it 4 1/2 stars.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Infanta Isabel. The room, service, and breakfasts were very good. The only thing to note is that wifi at the hotel was poor and intermittent. This affected access to the internet on our electronic devices and the TV in the room. Hopefully this will be remedied soon.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo e fomos bem atendidos. Inclusive nos deixaram guardar as malas num armário trancado pois chegamos antes do horário do check in. O quarto e a cama são confortáveis, mas o wifi do hotel não funcionava no nosso quarto.

My room was very nice with a specatular view of the plaza and the cathedral. The room was large with big windows and a very nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and offered valet parking. The location of this hotel is wonderful, right on the main plaza.

Excellent customer service at the front desk, the brekfast room, and the parking garage. Very quiet at night, although the hotel was full. Very clean. Very confortable bed. Shower system with rainfall, jets, and handheld shower. Views from the balcony of the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor. Can’t ask for more.

Excellent antique hotel. Very cozy, not big but the service and quality is excellent! Very comfy beds and extremely clean! Breakfast was excellent..the entire staff was wonderful including Angela and Vanesa. Bilingual and professional. Excellent housecleaning! Right on the Plaza Mayor Square! Will stay again.

While I do appreciate the courteous service at check-in and during breakfast, the rest of my experience was extremely disappointing. There was a failure in the cold water supply line, which I was informed originated from a city-wide issue. Travelled with our child and the triple room was plenty big for the 3 of us. Staff were lovely. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a very difficult time getting a cab from the train station to the hotel so I suggest one be booked in advance if that is how you are arriving. The area of the hotel was 10/10.

Overall, it was a good one night stay. The rooms are large and clean. The best thing about the hotel is it is centrally located close to everything. On the other hand, it can get a little busy and loud since it is in the main square of Plaza Mayor. Luckily there were not any events during the night however, early Thursday morning they have a local farmers market and you can hear the trucks and carts pulling in. Also, the church bells ring every hour so although it is a beautiful sound, it can wake you up. I would suggest taking earplugs and you should be fine. The air conditioning unit in the room worked well, but it had a strange high-pitched noise that I’ve never heard come from an AC unit before. The lobby has some character and it is very charming. The staff was not rude, but they were not super friendly either. They were just OK. The rainfall shower was wonderful. I would give it 4 1/2 stars.

Hotel antigo, bem conservado, mas a limpeza do banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar. A equipe compensa por ser muito simpatica! Meu quarto muito espaçoso, cama ótima. O banheiro é um pouco estranho - mas o chuveiro é muito bom. Café da manhã com bastante opção de comida. No geral, considerando a antiguidade do prédio, a estadia foi muito boa.

The room is big and beautiful, with a great view, but there is one drawback: the sink is in the room (if your partner is sleeping and you want to wash your hands, you will wake him/her up). Breakfast is ok but in a small room (requires time slot reservation so you can't go for breakfast whenever you want).

A very pleasant stay, our bedroom on the front only had a single glazed door so we were kept awake quite a lot, although we did expect noise being on Plaza Mayor. However it is the perfect location so would book again.

This is a MUST STAY for a trip to Segovia. It is located ON the Plaza Mayor and the Supreme rooms overlook the plaza itself. The staff was amazing and the hotel was clean and very charming. Highly recommend!

Centered between the Aqueduct and the Alcazar, La Infanta Isabel is conveniently located on Plaza Mayor and closer to many shops and restaurants. It's a rustic place, but nice. The bed we had was very hard; the mattress could be refreshed. But that's the only drawback on this establishment.
