South Harbourside - Stay 3 Pay 2 Special - For stays up until 1st September 2026

Host was great , home was excellent and a brilliant location

The location of this house accommodation was excellent and overall the house itself was great. It had everything we needed and suited our stay well.However, on check-in we were disappointed with the level of cleanliness. We found a dirty towel left in one of the bathrooms, bins that were full (almost overflowing), which meant we had to take our rubbish off-site until bin day, and cobwebs and spiders in many corners of the house. The BBQ had been left filthy from the previous guests, and the clothesline was unusable without first removing a large amount of cobwebs. Many door handles also appeared to have cobwebs and spiders on them. The beds were comfortable enough, however the pillows were uncomfortable and appeared quite old.Another thing that caught us off guard was the checkout cleaning expectations. Guests were required to vacuum and mop the house and remove all sheets and linen. With some attention to cleaning standards and clearer expectations around checkout, this would be a very good place to stay due to its fantastic location.
