Newer 2000 plus sq ft Apartment Bring your Pets and Toys

Large modern space, well equipped with everything you could need. Integral garage and quiet, pleasant neighborhood. We would return for sure when in salt lake again!

Stayed for 2 weeks while in the process of moving. Space to park our large enclosed trailer was a lifesaver. Loved parking in the garage. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Would stay there again and highly recommend. Also easy on/off freewat access.

This is a nice property the only real drawback is the long flight of stairs that grants the only entrance or exit. For families with small children or people with difficulties with climbing stairs this is a consideration. The dog run is a plus for pet owners it is at the end on the long flight of stairs. The stairs are the one issue that I see as a deterrent. I am unable to rent this property in the future because my traveling companions are unlikely to be able to maneuver the stairway.

Perfect for our family. The garage parking, attached dog run and huge living area were highlights. Clean plus great location! We had everything we needed and would rebook. Host was responsive and all instructions were very clear.

This is a great place for our family short stays in the Salt Lake City before we head for Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The detail is accurately listed in the website. The home is spacious, the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed and stocked with what we need during our stay. Easy check in and out. The apartment is above the garage. so you do have to climb a long series of steps (27 steps) to get into the apartment. It may be not suitable for some. As it mentioned by the pervious guests, this home does has a rooster and a goat live next door that give you a morning call. It does not bother us because we brought ear plugs with us based on previous guest’s statements. However, we couldn’t park our car in the garage on our second night there because someone already parked their pickup truck there. So we have to parked our car outside which made our departure a little challenging to load our gears into the car.

Just spent a couple nights. The bed was very comfortable, the home huge! Had a small issue and the owner responded immediately and was taken care of shortly thereafter. I ours stay here again. The only negative, and it’s bc I’m 63 is the stairs to get up to the home. Quite long and steep to carry up a heavy piece of luggage. Robert the owner and Tyler his son in law were very easy to communicate with.

The description matched the property perfectly. There was plenty of space and the home was stocked with everything needed. The dog run and the attached garage were super convenient and a major plus. The location near the highway made accessing SLC and ski resorts very quick. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic apartment! This space is light, big and open with a beautiful view of a large field and trees off the deck! The deck is huge and fantastic! The beds (including the roll-always) are comfy and the bathrooms are very roomy and feel like home. The laundry room is well appreciated for the nice appliances and all the things you need to keep up with clothing needs away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances are very nice. In the family room area, the sofas are very comfortable for relaxing, the desk/work area was great for our son who needed to keep up on his college work while away, and the Roku worked great for Amazon Prime, Netflix and YouTube. Our little dogs loved the dog run and we were so happy to be staying in a property that they felt so comfortable for them. The dogs had so much fun in the big great room and watching the the nearby horses from the deck. They had plenty of space to relax and could still be right with us. We would definitely love to stay here again when we are back in the area! Thank you so much!!!!

This was a beautiful and spacious property to stay at, and much better than a hotel. We stayed for a week, and enjoyed being able to do laundry, the cleanliness, the view with animals and how nicely appointed it was. As it wasn't noted in other reviews, this apartment is above the garages of the home attached to it, and requires 19 stairs to get to it. The stairs were fine for my family, but my older in-laws were not able to visit us due to this. I would stay here again.

Superb location. Only blocks away from Costco & other shopping, and only ~15 min to SLC. Yet still get that country feel as the home is located on a large lot in a rural-type setting and set back off the road, with views of horses and chickens from neighboring lots. Loved it! The space is also excellent, with a large, open-concept floor plan w/ huge kitchen, pantry, bed/bath suite w/ walk-in closet, and a walk-in coat closet! Also tons of cabinet storage in kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Unfortunately for us, during our 3-wk stay, both the hot water heater & the washing machine stopped working. Owner and manager were good to communicate with and prompt in getting a new water heater installed. We did end up not having a washing machine for the last few days of our stay, however. Probably no big deal for some, but for me personally it was an inconvenience as I am accustomed to keeping up with the laundry very frequently, and we didn’t bring that many change of clothes since we had planned on having a working washing machine. I understand that wasn’t their fault, however. As far as cleanliness, on the surface everything appeared clean, but upon opening many of the cupboards it was apparent that many of the drawers and cabinets had not been wiped clean on the inside for some time. I spent a fair amount of time cleaning inside the storage spaces we intended on using. The oven was also in need of a good cleaning, but I just left it as was too busy working and doing other things. I also admit to being a clean freak (I’m a nurse). That was my fault for not checking when the owner graciously allowed us to check out the space prior to renting it. I could have taken a closer look. I also never mentioned it while we were there. One other thing to note—we were unable to get our Disney + app loaded to the TV. It did include Netflix and Amazon Prime. I understand technology changes often, but may want to update so guests have that option. One last thing… it would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms as the morning sun shines in brightly even with the blinds closed. Also, drapes in the living room would help when wanting to watch TV in the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and this is really a bang for the buck given current price and all this newer home has to offer. Overall I give it 4 stars, and admit to being pickier about things than most people.

It was located above the garage door which was kind of weird at first but the space turned out to be very large and spacious. Very clean place. We did have mosquitos in the master bedroom and the property was a little hard to find with it being set back off the road by a long driveway that goes past a different house. Ordering pizza delivery was a task. Overall good place to stay and would recommend.

Overall, my stay was okay. The property is really close to the I-15 South freeway entrance, which made travel towards Salt Lake City a breeze. My main gripes, however, come from the cleanliness of the apartment. Most of the surfaces were filthy, with disinfectant wipes coming off dirty over a single light pass over tables and countertops. Cookware like knives, cutting boards, and pots/pans were worn and dirty. The bathroom towels also smelled bad, as if they weren't washed and were used to clean up pet messes. I washed the towels the day I arrived, and even that didn't completely remove the odor. There's more I could say but I'll leave my review at that. If you want a place just to get you from point A to point B, then this property works fine. If you're planning on staying longer though, just double check the things you plan on using frequently.

If you are cooking might want to being cook ware like baking dish etc. cleaning could have been better but a quick spruce up and done. Great place if you have kids could hear the kids next door clearly. But being a Nana didn’t bother too much . Wi-fi didn’t work the majority of the time. Beautiful place, plenty of room excellent location!

We spent a week in Bountiful for a figure skating competition. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless. We prefer to eat in rather than go out, and the kitchen was the perfect size for our family. There was a small desk that worked well for my son who was taking an online college class. The garage was big enough to fit our car with the roof box. There is a shopping center nearby with a Costco and various chain restaurants. We had a great time, and should we return to Salt Lake City we will certainly check if this apartment is available.

We loved having a comfortable home away from home as we traveled back to our hometown for a family reunion. Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus garage space. Very clean and modern with comfortable bedding and beds. Roll aways were perfect for our young kids. Great access off the freeway and close to shopping. We loved bringing our dog and also hearing/seeing farm animals.

We stayed an entire month for a working vacation over Christmas. The location was great. West Bountiful feels quiet and rural but is very close to city amenities. We did all kinds of Christmas events, plays, concerts, and festivals. The apartment is upstairs; most of it is above two garages. You can sometimes hear noise in the house below, but it wasn’t bad. Hopefully we weren’t too loud for them either! Always hard to know…The home is beautiful and functional. It was spacious and had most of the amenities we needed for a long term stay. Guests have access to a two-car garage with remote. The staircase was long and a little steep. It might be challenging for some people, but it was fine for us. The “smart” TV and DVD player were dated and wouldn’t connect to the WiFi so we bought a Roku stick and left it for future guests. That was a game-changer for our entertainment. We had hoped the owners would decorate just a little for Christmas since we were coming from out of state and couldn’t bring our own. Unfortunately, we had to purchase a little tree and ornaments, etc ourselves. The on-site managers were great to work with. They were both helpful and unobtrusive. For example, we had some packages delivered to the main house address while we were there and the managers always left them for us in the garage. At one point, we had a power outage and they texted to let us know that the generator had kicked on. They texted again when the power was restored. The dishwasher

The condo was very pretty and easy to get to. The garage parking was a nice added feature as well. The place was very clean and well maintained. Our suggestions to make it amazing would be to improve the bedding, each bed only had sheets and a thin bedspread and there were no additional blankets anywhere even when it said they were in a closet- we searched and couldn't find anything, and also there were very few towels. There is a rooster next door as well and he is punctual to sunrise so I recommend to other guests that you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. But in many ways that little rooster added to the experience because there are lots of horses and pastures around which was lovely. The kitchen has plenty of storage, the fridge is very large for all your food and the open living space made it nice for us to play games and chat. Very beautiful place and would recommend.

The apartment was extremely spacious - more than enough room for 5 adults and a dog! It was a perfect location for us as we visited Lagoon but also close enough to other locations like Salt Lake City and Park City.

This location is close to everything; golf, restaurants, shopping, freeway. It's definitely got plenty of room and the host is easy to work with.

After driving 3 1/2 hours one way from Nevada, I arrived at the location only to find someone else staying in The home I rented. After speaking with the owner, he advised the current occupant booked via a different app than I and the app’s allowed me and the current occupant to double book so my family and I were left homeless. We were tired, and had to scramble and find an alternate place to stay. It was totally unfair to my family left homeless.

We had a wonderful time coming into town for a weekend wedding. The place was easy to find, quiet and private and had everything we needed! The balcony was our favorite and we were blessed to witness an amazing thunderstorm with that amazing view! The hosts were responsive and kind. Will definitely be back if ever in that area! Would highly recommend this home for a trip to SLC. Great location from the airport, close to everything you need, and easy to get on the highway to get wherever you want to go. Spacious rooms, garage parking for your car, and great for your family! Highly recommend! Thank you!
