Brighton Beach Hut is back! Sea, country and city.

Miranda is a very friendly host, the property is a bit older, but it was clean. We went out most of the day, and the beds slept very comfortabele. Brighton Pier is just a10 minute car ride away. It's a 9 minute walk to the beach, but it's outside the tourist area, ideal if your looking for a quiet swim and nice walk along the sea. We loved to stay there and would book again if we visit brighton again.

The apartment was tidy and clean. The hostess prepared everything for our arrival. Unfortunately, the building is not suitable for living. There is a distinct musty smell inside. Opening the doors and windows didn't help. There is black mold in my opinion, but I'm no expert. We left the next day and looked for another place to stay. Despite the nice hostess who tried, we don't want to live in such places again.

Distinct aroma of damp as we entered the property. The smell was strongest in the living room at the back and in the adjacent double bedroom. The lino in the kitchen was buckled which implied dampness. Two grey very stiff towels were left at the end of the bed; I don't mind a rough towel but these felt like sandpaper! The garden, which was completely overgrown and overlooked, contained rusty and delapidated furniture. The garden was also not contained so unsafe for our small dog. The forecourt/patio was full of junk. We also shared the garden with her son and his friend! We only lasted 17 hours at this property instead of the 9 days we had booked.

Comfortable and quirky. Friendly and welcoming host - Miranda. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings but with busy Brighton within easy reach. Overall an enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Miranda’s beach hut-would have loved longer. It’s the perfect location for popping in and out of Brighton.
