Days Inn by Wyndham Renfro Valley Mount Vernon

Ice machine and laundry was broke. Ask for clean towels and was told by the lady the staff that they was full and reluctant to give us any . because I was going to spend 2 night doesn't mean I want to use the same towels and wash rags

THE PARKING WAS CROWDED

Hotels was under much need renovation. Wasn't the cleanest, no office, no breakfast room ,only half items were availabr, I couldn't get shower to work.

For the price and location, this was perfect for our stay. The property is in the middle of renovations. I will be staying there again.

The signage above (high sign for highway visibility) and the roadway visible sign, were not of Days Inn. I believe this has recently been acquired by Days Inn and it seems to be in the process of remodeling, although our room had been done already. It had fresh paint and was tidy and clean. They did forget to remove the painters tape after painting the wall (where the headboard of the bed is) however it's the same color of the background and seems to be barely noticeable. The air unit is older, but very effective. It cooled the room down quickly! The bathroom was adequate, however perhaps a tad extra elbow grease could be used on the tub. It wasn't dirty, but past grime that can eventually be scrubbed off with a little extra effort. The toilet seems to run water every so often through the night, though the handle was okay and the stopper sealed. The front check in was closed and there was a room near the guest rooms that had a small office set up for check in. I assume they are remodeling the check in area. The breakfast area was also beside check in, possibly in an old guest room or two, but when we went for breakfast it was closed due to electrical issues in that area. (Although they are advertising breakfast online ..it may be just a fluke happening) Over all, it was very adequate for a one night, midway through our trip stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff. I would stay here again. I'm sure once the new management gets more settled things will improve even more. I

There is no sign showing this was a Days Inn. There was a banner hanging on a telephone pole that was unreadable. Very confusing

Ashley at the front desk was very helpful and made checking in a breeze. I was towing my bass boat and plenty of room to park outback. Mexican restaurant and Arby’s can be walked to. The Mexican restaurant was awesome.

Exactly as expected. Budget riom on the interstate in Kentucky. Clean, friendly, basic breakfast, very comfy bed! Be sure to ask for first floor if you have mobility issues as no elevator on site. Good luck finding the driveway if you arrive in the dark....

It was fine for what i needed but the room smells like old carpet and the bathroom ceiling had mold abd moisture stains and the tub looked old. Killed two bugs inside room within 20 mins of being there. Looked like roaches or water bugs. The add a photo section wouldnt open for me to add a photo.

Dirty. Floors needed swept and mopped. Breakfast was a joke. Almost no food selection at all.

Better maintenance. Shower area. Cleaning. Cobwebs, mold. No fridge

We checked in to property to find two dead cockroaches We asked to change rooms to be told sold out and would offer a 50% refund As all hotels in area were sold out we went back to the room When we pulled bedsheets back there were loads of live cockroaches running around We went back to reception to complain and was told oh we will refund your money We are still waiting for refund We then had to drive over two hours to find another hotel PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The only good thing was the people at the fromt desk. We checked in last night checked ojt last night due to bedbugs galore! Asked for a refund still no refund. I will nevwr be back

The room was dirty. However the bed was verry comfortable.

No one was on the property, doors locked, no answering the phone when I arrived to check in. An hour later the front desk attendant showed up and was rude. Tub/shower didn’t appear to have been cleaned.

The beds were comfortable. There were cobwebs throughout the room and bathroom. The crack in the door to the unit was so big we found a dead Cicada in the room. There was a huge crack in the wall at the ceiling. The bathroom was held together with exposed nails. The towel rack was on its last leg. There was dried blood on the bathroom door and on the lower edge of the mirror. They tried to clean it up and give it a refresh but if someone doesn’t clean it, the refresh doesn’t do much good. It is defiantly a get what you pay for room.

The room was dirty

Long black hair stuck on shower wall. Not just one hair, 2 wads of it. The shower floor itself didn't look clean. Sink hardly drained. Bedspread had stains. A/C made a very loud thumping noise. Tried to put something against the A/C to stop noise and it shook the whole bed. Room 120. Won't stay there again. Gross

Rooms are updated! Its a well kept older hotel. The price was good.

Bed was very comfy

Room was handicap room. Bathroom was spacious, but no room between bed and tv. Tv was huge! Clean, restaurants nearby. Right off interstate.

Room seemed recently remodeled, was clean and comfortable. The heat/air controls were maybe the best I’ve seen on a hotel unit.

I stay here every time I am in this area. It is quiet and clean, with a friendly and helpful staff. They have made some improvements on the motel since my last stay. The beds were very comfortable and offered a good night's rest.

Clean, with very comfortable bed. Staff were very nice and helpful. Only, suggestion is to replace the room’s dresser with a smaller option. Takes up too much room.

My wife didn’t like being close to the freeway, but it didn’t bother. The fan on the AC unit was quite loud. (Forgot to mention it to staff) Service was good

The room air/heat units were so loud it drowned out the tv. Especially room 212.

The stay was good after the initial checkin, we had to switch rooms 3 different times. The first they couldn’t get the key card to work, the next room the heat didn’t work. The third they programmed the key cards to the wrong room.

Front desk staff was amazing room was great!

Arrived late to a sign on the door saying hotel is closed until 6am. Was not able to stay at hotel and had to find another place at 1am!

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The staff works very hard to make sure your experience is a good one.

As with most experiences, it's usually the folks who operate the business that make the difference. This isn't my first time there and they are consistently nice and helpful. Rooms and the property is always clean and it is an easy check in even if you are a little early. Convenient store and a coupe of restaurants within walking distance.

Got woken up in the middle of the night by someone opening the door to my room. Apparently they didn’t mark it as taken and also gave the same room to another customer. Scared the hell out of us both. Other than that, it was ok for a one night stay just to shower, sleep, and hit the road again.

The staff was amazing and easy to work with. Due to the poor weather we had to cancel our 2nd night stay and they were so understanding and refunded us for that 2nd night.

Room was clean, friendly staff. Good for a one night stay, close to Renfro Valley Entertainment Center. Nothing fancy but affordable. Air conditioning was very cold.

Convenient to dining, interstate and Renfro Valley entertainment venue. Room had everything needed for the stay. Limited breakfast options.

Close to concert. Easy to good food, across the street.

Restaurants were walkable and that was great.

There was a very strong musky and stale smell in the room, dead bug in the shower, and sink would not drain. No batter for waffle maker and barely anything out to eat at all. When I ask if they had more food to put out because there wasn’t anything hardly to eat, they said no they were out of everything.

Overbooked, nice people at the front desk were panicked. Luckily we had a room still, as everywhere was booked last night. We got a non smoking room, which smelled like my aunts house who quit smoking 5 years again. Ran out of milk, coffee lids, nothing hot unless you microwaved it yourself. Freeway noise at night - very, very friendly people working here.

Les dernières rénovations à l'hotel et les chanbres ont été faites il y a longtemps et n'étaient pas de qualité (peinturé par dessus de vieux supports plus que de les enlevé/platrer). Le déjeuner manquait de plusieurs choses.

The lady that checked us in was very helpful even going out of her way to make a fresh pot of coffee the following morning however at breakfast there was nearly nothing not even coffee the man checking us out indicated that they used everything the previous two mornings when I inquired who they were he indicated that there had been a concert at Renfro Valley that weekend and that guest staying over the weekend had used all the breakfast supplies except for some mini muffins a bit of cereal and some white bread we were disappointed judge for yourself if that story about previous guest using all the breakfast supplies Rings true to you

The breakfast choices were a joke. The only thing they had was fresh coffee. The rest could not be called a free breakfast The door to our room was broken. Electric outlet by sink was worn out The only positive was it was close vicinity to Renfro Valley concert venue Will NOT stay here again!!!

Liked the mirror. Alarm went off on its own around 430 am. That sucked. Could hear the fridge all night like running water. Comfy bed. Horrible breakfast. Barely any signage to know where to go. You have to go through a few parking lots of other business. But over all 3 stars. Cuz comfy bed
