After I checked in to my room, I discovered the toilet didn’t flush. I called the front desk and the maintenance man came to look at the issue and discovered a broken hose. The maintenance man was very nice and helpful. However, I had to get a different room because there were no parts available to fix. The initial room I had was accessible room and the one I was given was non-accessible with less square footage. I asked the front receptionist if I could get a credit. She stated it was the same but they were not, and that the room rates at that moment are going higher and they are keeping my rate the same. As if I was lucky that I was not getting charged higher. I asked for a credit and she said absolutely not. The front receptionist was not pleasant to speak with and not happy with her customer service. For that reason I will not be back or recommend this place to anyone.
