La limpieza no era la mejor la carpeta muy sucia la ducha del baño no funciina bien La cafetera no funciona

Pros,the room was clean Con, the "breakfast"put the "con" in contenental- the bed was harder than the floor, and came with sheets only, not 1 blanket! Thank goodness the heater worked wellthe pillow may have been harder and flatter than the bed.

Room accommodation were horrible. Needed a ground level floor for health/disability reasons. Could get one. When we did get to our room, there was broken glass all over the bathroom floor. There was no phone in the room so had to google to get number to call front desk. Insteady of sending someone to clean the room they had usnive romes. That room wasnt clean. So we had to go back to oruginal room and someone came and cleaned the floor. We hadbooked several rooms. One group in our party left due to 2 altercations that occurred.
