Clarion Hotel Portland Airport ME

Decepcionante, hotel caro, sem agua quente para tomar banho na noite que chegamos. Fizemos reclamação e não foi solucionado o problema.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was good except for the restaurant. The cook/waitress was rude & hateful as can be.

Stayed there for twelve weeks this year. The rate jumped this past week by $200 dollars. I asked for consideration and was told sorry that’s the best we can do. I only request housekeeping once a week and am very low maintenance. I also see that there are plenty of empty rooms past this weekend that I would have occupied.

This hotel needs some work. The elevator is a mess. The grab rail was hanging and not safe. Our room had not been vacuumed as we found trash under the big chair when we had to move it. I believe it was a vapping thing. The face board on the bathroom vanity was not secure. The tv remote was too gross to touch without cleaning it first. The fridge smelled very musty. The white curtains in the room were also starting to shred. We will not stay there again.
