Friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice pool, close to interstate (easy on, easy off).

Broken shower door handle and stuck between an ice maker and elevator. Not good

The rooms were clean staff was wonderful breakfast was amazing parking was great

on our arrival we received room 212 and after entering the room we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes, which we went downstairs to address right away. We were then accommodated to another room on the second floor 216 the room was clean but the beds were not queen beds as we originally requested. We did not want to complain again because we figured it’s just a room to sleep in as we were staying the weekend for splash lagoon but our weekend turned into more problems with the stay as we had purchased food for the weekend and placed them in the mini fridge not knowing it didn’t work and when we woke up the next day the food was spoiled and the fridge was warm. I informed the front desk at checkout and his response was just a sorry shoulder shrug with little to no remorse. I regret staying here but i guess that’s what we get for $100 a night. I could’ve rejected the hotel all together seeing the conditions of the room with unfinished paint and stains on the wall but again didn’t. Overall the hotel is clean but you can tell it’s independently owned and in need of repairs everywhere from the pools broken tiles to the rooms conditions. Next time i won’t be cheap and pick a better hotel.
