Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter la cité à pied. On est au pied d’une des portes, accessible en 5 min Parking très pratique.

This apart hotel is ok for a one or two night stay. We had a one bed apartment with a stove top and microwave but no kettle or coffee making facilities. The decor is tired but clean. No plug for bath. Shower just ok but bath would need a mat in for showering as slippery and curved. The receptionist was nice spoke good english and was helpful. It is a great location for visiting the Cite du Carcassonne which it is right beside. Just down the road cross the bridge is a short walk into Carcassonne itself. The location and price are great. Also the secure parking is very good on site.

am Fusse der Burg gelegen, zur schönen Altstadt nur über eine Brücke, ein toller Oleandergarten im Innenhof des Hotels, ein tolles grosses geräumiges Parkhaus für nur 10€ pro Nacht! Die Dame an der Rezeption ist super freundlich, spricht viele Sprachen...Französisch, spanisch, englisch uvm. unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein schöner Aufenthalt für wenig Geld!

The room was spacious and clean. We did not know about the height restriction for parking, but we found a space nearby. We loved the location - just a few minutes walk to the Cite. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but there looked to be everything you'd need. We liked that there was a TV in the lounge and also in the bedroom. This was a stopover for one night but we could have stayed much longer. The price was great value for a property with self catering facilities so close to the Cite.

Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend. Kochniesche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Lage zur Altstadt von Carcassonne hervorragend. Frühstück landesüblich sehr einfach. Wir hatten keine Probleme, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels zu finden.
Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend. Kochniesche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Lage zur Altstadt von Carcassonne hervorragend. Frühstück landesüblich sehr einfach. Wir hatten keine Probleme, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels zu finden.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit cold at night. I would have liked better cleanliness, as we found some hairs in the shower, dirty water trails on the bath and even a piece of broken gold chain on the floor. I'm not sure the cleaning service did the bathrooms or floor, and the moldy silicone on the bath made it look old an unattended. Not the worst for one night, but there is definitely room from improvement. I know many customers who would find this level of cleanliness quite unacceptable. The staff was really friendly and made things easy and smooth. Great location and parking was definitely worth it. With very few modifications, this hotel could very easily had been five stars, but hygiene needs to improve urgently.

Accommodatie was OK. Mooi dichtbij la Cité van Carcassonne. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Kostte wel extra. Appartement was ruim maar had wel wat meer mogen bieden qua gemak. Bijna geen pannen bijvoorbeeld en geen waterkoker. Maar goed d E prijs was ook niet hoog. Wat me wel heel erg stoorde was dat tijdens ons verblijf van 2 dagen vanaf 8 uur ‘s morgens er werklui het dak bladvrij aan het maken waren. Ontzettende herrie dus. Ik vind dat je dat niet kunt maken naar je gasten toe. We konden op de muren van La Cité de bladblazers horen!

In a fabulous location, right next to the walled town. Accommodation basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. We were able to borrow a kettle and use the laundry facilities. Cooking facilities not very good and reception closed between 12 and 3 so no check in during these times. Reception staff helpful but limited language. Parking available at extra cost.

Llegamos para pasar un fin de semana con mi pareja, sin embargo el estado de la habitación fue muy decepcionante , nos dimos cuenta de que habían pelos en la habitación (no los nuestros obviamente), en el lavabo o en la cama. Mi novio tuvo que sacar tres bichitos del lavabo y mientras yo me duchaba me di cuenta que habían arañas en la ducha, no se si salían del desagüe o si estaban en las toallas. También cuando quisimos cocinar, los vasos estaban ordenados pero sucios, no utilizamos lo demás porque nos daba un poco de asco. Al llegar tarde hacia las 20h,esperamos hasta el día siguiente para pedir que por favor nos cambiaran de habitación ya que la nuestra estaba realmente sucia. La señora, aunque parecía molesta porque no avisamos antes, nos cambio de habitación sin poner ningún, pero. La segunda habitacion estaba mucho mas limpia. La verdad es que no suele poner comentarios así, normalmente siempre califico muy bien a los hoteles porque no soy muy exigente. Sin embargo, esta vez si que fue bastante decepcionante.

The property is in an excellent location and looks good from the outside. It's a shame the rooms were dirty (only the floor was mopped), the bathroom had no towel racks, the bathroom fixtures were very old, the electrical wiring was external, the sofa cover that had to be opened to sleep was very dirty, the pillowcases had signs of mold, the pillows were flat and soft, and the closet was full of dust. The breakfast was basic but acceptable. The price and proximity to the walls of Carcassonne are certainly excellent, but I don't understand the lack of investment in the maintenance of a 70-apartment residence complete with an underground garage.

Très bonne localisation mais chambre qui aurait vraiment besoin d'être rénovée (moisissures, meubles abimés, trop peu d'équipements de cuisine, VMC bruyante, hôtel mal insonorisé). Une nuit Ok mais pas plus !

Solamente nos quedamos una noche, llegamos fuera del horario de recepción, nos comunicamos via e-mail para hacer el check in y la atención fue muy rápida y con indicaciones muy especificas, eso hizo que fuera muy facil el acceso a la propiedad. Lo malo fue que todo esta muy descuidado, falta muchísimo mantenimiento, por ende limpieza también. Hicimos la reserva para 4 personas y solo había 2 toallas, las almohadas esataban todas amarillentas y muy aplastadas, el colchon super duro y el sofa cama estaba bien pero igual sucio. A pesar de todo eso, es un lugar tranquilo, nada ruidoso y bien ubicado.

The hotel is properly looked after and well cleaned. The location is excellent, close to the citadel itself and only a 15 minute walk to the town centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel for cleanness, comfort and location.

El apartamento que nos correspondió, que fue el número 13, olía a tabaco que apestaba, el sofá cama con las sábanas sucias, fuimos a poner una manta y estaba con agujeros de cigarros, por lo que optamos por no dormir en esa cama, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, no utilizamos el comedor, por lo que no puedo opinar . El apartahotel está en una zona muy oscura y solitaria, cerca de la Cité medieval, pero una vez visto no hay nada, es más aconsejable alojarse en la parte nueva de la ciudad, es donde hay más vida.
El apartamento que nos correspondió, que fue el número 13, olía a tabaco que apestaba, el sofá cama con las sábanas sucias, fuimos a poner una manta y estaba con agujeros de cigarros, por lo que optamos por no dormir en esa cama, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, no utilizamos el comedor, por lo que no puedo opinar . Hotel au pied de la cité de Carcassonne à petit prix en novembre. Studio 2 personnes très spacieux. Hotel qui a besoin d'une petite rafraîchissement. Coin cuisine incrusté de calcaire. Nous sommes venu en basse saison. Accueil pas très chaleureux mais correct. Les conduites d'eau font du bruit On entend bien quand les autres clients prennent la douche. The room was spacious and clean. We did not know about the height restriction for parking, but we found a space nearby. We loved the location - just a few minutes walk to the Cite. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but there looked to be everything you'd need. We liked that there was a TV in the lounge and also in the bedroom. This was a stopover for one night but we could have stayed much longer. The price was great value for a property with self catering facilities so close to the Cite.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit cold at night. I would have liked better cleanliness, as we found some hairs in the shower, dirty water trails on the bath and even a piece of broken gold chain on the floor. I'm not sure the cleaning service did the bathrooms or floor, and the moldy silicone on the bath made it look old an unattended. Not the worst for one night, but there is definitely room from improvement. I know many customers who would find this level of cleanliness quite unacceptable. The staff was really friendly and made things easy and smooth. Great location and parking was definitely worth it. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is a super close walk into the Carcassonne wall. When we checked in, the lady at the counter was not very nice. We had three rooms in this hotel, and one of the rooms wreeked of cigarette smoke. I went to the counter to complain, and she reluctantly gave me another room and kept asking if I used the bathroom in the room that smells like cigarette. The air conditioning did not work in all three of the rooms and I went down to discuss it and she told me some BS story that they all had to be on at the same time to work, and that it was cool enough outside and just open the window. The windows have no screens so bugs come flying in at night with a light, but it was so sweltering in the room that I had to go buy a fan and leave the windows open all night and listen to the loud cars drive by and bugs flying i’ll my room. there were stains in the ceiling and mold in the bathroom. The mattresses were sitting on low pedestals which were almost on the floor. The shower and room were dingy and there was almost no water pressure. The mattress just had a flat sheet laying over the top of it and no top sheet. A good attitude goes a long way and the receptionists attitude fell super short. If I had it to do all over again, I would not have stayed here.

We had arranged ahead of time for a late check in, but I had not been sent the instructions for how to retrieve our keys. When I called the emergency number, I was rudely informed that I was an idiot for expecting anyone to help me at 10pm, when reception closed at 7 and I was out of luck (my paid reservation was not going to be honored). Then 5 minutes later, mysteriously, I got a text with the instructions and got into our very large, sparsely furnished 2 story apartment. There was a double futon couch in the main room, a small kitchen with a table, 4 chairs. Upstairs, was the bathroom and master bedroom- no windows in either, and it was very hot, but the a/c unit was pouring out water as well as cool air, so we had to turn it off or risk ruining the floors. We sure were not going to call the emergency number again!! The location was great, so close to the Carcassonne walled city! The breakfast in the morning was also very nice. They were happy to let us leave our luggage, but reception closed from 12-2 for lunch and we would have been unable to retrieve our bags during that time.

L'arrivée s'est très bien passée malgré qu'elle soit tardive : les consignes ont été envoyées à l'avance et étaient très claires ! L'accueil du matin a été très agréable, courtois et attentionné. Concernant le petit déjeuner, la quantité est bonne mais la qualité est plutôt moyenne : les jus sont à base de concentré, les viennoiseries sont sèches. Le pain est pas mal. Nous avons pu petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse extérieure qui était assez agréable. Concernant le logement, il restait poussières et toiles d'araignée dans l'escalier de notre logement. Ça n'a pas été rénové depuis un moment, mais ça ne tombe pas en ruines non plus (années 90-2000, disons). La literie est raide et le clic-clac bancale mais il y a 2 splits de climatisation qui permettent de passer des nuits et journée à l'abri de la chaleur. J'ai réservé tardivement donc j'ai pu trouver ce logement mais à l'avenir je chercherait un logement avec un meilleur rapport qualité-prix, notamment concernant la nourriture. Pour une nuit, ça fait le travail.

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite au pied de la forteresse. Il faut 10 minutes à pied pour y accéder. Par contre, on est assez loin du centre ville qui est très animé et agréable. L'accueil est peu froid et les ustensiles de cuisine sont vraiment limités. Notre chambre donnait directement sur la rue donc impossible d'avoir la fenêtre ouverte et même les rideaux.

We got to the premises around 1:45pm. The place was closed, there was no way to leave our luggage. We left the place, returned later, but due to this situation we missed the castle entrance deadline. Wasted trip.

Je recommande cette résidence pour les raisons principales suivantes : personnel accueillant, emplacement au pied de la cité, parking fermé sous l'accueil (en option) donc sécurisé et à l'ombre, espace commun entre les bâtiments très agréables avec de la verdure et des tables, une double porte dans la chambre qui permet de s'isoler du bruit éventuel dans le couloir, le fait que la chambre soit spacieuse (avec kitchenette et table).

The property is in an excellent location and looks good from the outside. It's a shame the rooms were dirty (only the floor was mopped), the bathroom had no towel racks, the bathroom fixtures were very old, the electrical wiring was external, the sofa cover that had to be opened to sleep was very dirty, the pillowcases had signs of mold, the pillows were flat and soft, and the closet was full of dust. The breakfast was basic but acceptable. The price and proximity to the walls of Carcassonne are certainly excellent, but I don't understand the lack of investment in the maintenance of a 70-apartment residence complete with an underground garage.

The price and proximity to the walls of Carcassonne are certainly excellent, but I don't understand the lack of investment in the maintenance of a 70-apartment residence complete with an underground garage.

Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend. Kochniesche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Lage zur Altstadt von Carcassonne hervorragend. Frühstück landesüblich sehr einfach. Wir hatten keine Probleme, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels zu finden.

L'arrivée s'est très bien passée malgré qu'elle soit tardive : les consignes ont été envoyées à l'avance et étaient très claires ! L'accueil du matin a été très agréable, courtois et attentionné. Concernant le petit déjeuner, la quantité est bonne mais la qualité est plutôt moyenne : les jus sont à base de concentré, les viennoiseries sont sèches. Le pain est pas mal. Nous avons pu petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse extérieure qui était assez agréable. Concernant le logement, il restait poussières et toiles d'araignée dans l'escalier de notre logement. Ça n'a pas été rénové depuis un moment, mais ça ne tombe pas en ruines non plus (années 90-2000, disons). La literie est raide et le clic-clac bancale mais il y a 2 splits de climatisation qui permettent de passer des nuits et journée à l'abri de la chaleur. J'ai réservé tardivement donc j'ai pu trouver ce logement mais à l'avenir je chercherait un logement avec un meilleur rapport qualité-prix, notamment concernant la nourriture. Pour une nuit, ça fait le travail.

The apartment was spacious. 1 bedroom, and sofa bed in living/kitchen area. Very clean and great air-conditioning. Kitchen/cooking area was basic but adequate for a short stay. Reception was welcoming and spacious. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was any bother. Breakfast was self service with good choices of cheese, bread and pastries. Parking was reasonable at 10 euros per night in a secure under building car park. The hotel was very close to the "old city" and the city centre. Both within easy walking distance.

In a fabulous location, right next to the walled town. Accommodation basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. We were able to borrow a kettle and use the laundry facilities. Cooking facilities not very good and reception closed between 12 and 3 so no check in during these times. Reception staff helpful but limited language. Parking available at extra cost.

Hotel au pied de la cité de Carcassonne à petit prix en novembre. Studio 2 personnes très spacieux. Hotel qui a besoin d'une petite rafraîchissement. Coin cuisine incrusté de calcaire. Nous sommes venu en basse saison. Accueil pas très chaleureux mais correct. Les conduites d'eau font du bruit On entend bien quand les autres clients prennent la douche. Parking,boulloire et cafetière pas compris dans le prix , nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner Toute les portes extérieures tournent vers l'intérieur on s'est posé la question si c'était accepté par la sécurité incendie.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit cold at night. I would have liked better cleanliness, as we found some hairs in the shower, dirty water trails on the bath and even a piece of broken gold chain on the floor. I'm not sure the cleaning service did the bathrooms or floor, and the moldy silicone on the bath made it look old an unattended. Not the worst for one night, but there is definitely room from improvement. I know many customers who would find this level of cleanliness quite unacceptable. The staff was really friendly and made things easy and smooth. Great location and parking was definitely worth it. With very few modifications, this hotel could very easily had been five stars, but hygiene needs to improve urgently.

The room was spacious and clean. We did not know about the height restriction for parking, but we found a space nearby. We loved the location - just a few minutes walk to the Cite. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but there looked to be everything you'd need. We liked that there was a TV in the lounge and also in the bedroom. This was a stopover for one night but we could have stayed much longer. The price was great value for a property with self catering facilities so close to the Cite.
