District Hotel

Hotellet ligger bra till för både trevliga restauranger och promenad ner till de viktigaste sighterna och Tunnelbana. Rummet var slitet och lite knepigt layoutat. dåligt med lampor och toaletten var lite trång. heltäckningsmatta fick en att tänka på gamla Engelska hotell. Inget säkerhetsfack var ett minus. Enkel reception som var bemanad och service vänliga.

Rummet var väldigt litet, men i övrigt bra. Bra läge.

Firstly unexpected charges. Whislt yes city tax is expected paying $150 dollars is ridiculous and should be pre warned of that amount it cost alot to have a holidays to this destination then to have a really large fee taken as soon as you arrive causes problems also why can the money be taken instantly but takes days to give back? It is the 21st and money can be transferred instantly so I don't not believe this is acceptable. Also a fact of on the first days seeing rats in the bin/trash can outside the front door of the property was not great as bags and other rubbish were left outside the bin for a few days which would just attract more. The room was ok but as so small no wardrobe or closest for clothes just a few hangers in the bathroom. Also no form of safety equipment in the bath either no slip mats or bar to hold when getting out as the shower is part of the bath and not walk in. So the bed was clean at least

This hotel is no-frills for sure. It’s great if you are looking for a place to lay your head, but nothing else. It is very clean, quiet and in a great location. The staff was also very friendly. The only negatives were: no fridge in the bedroom, no vending machines onsite and a really small bathroom. These are all things easily overlooked for the price and location. I would stay here again.

Rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves, but are very clean and the staff is outstanding. A great value, given the location.
