Excellent staff and great breakfast...parking tight though, if want to park close but has overflow

The staff are amazing, specially James who was great. The only negative was the evening meal food wasn’t great but breakfast was good and staff friendly

The room was as expected and we enjoyed the shower. The door to the adjoining room was not good for sound insulation, so the neighbouring family kept us awake and I'd imagine we disturbed them in the morning with our early start. The main bed was also too firm, but the second bed was just right. It is a lovely setting, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool, though my 12 year old son didn't like the communal men's changing room.

Lovely stay

Had a great 2 day stay in Ellesmere Port. Staff were brilliant and very helpful at all times. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and eat as much as you like. We also had dinner in the hotel which was very good. We attended a show at the Civic Centre which is only 5 minutes away. The weather was very good for us and we spent some time exploring the area and sitting on the bank of the Manchester ship canal. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
