Room was as expected, clean and tidy. Breakfast options were limited. Third floor hallway was 90 degrees and had an overwhelming odor of vomit that hit you like a wave when opening your room door or exiting the elevator. Quite repulsive.

As we pulled into the parking lot, the grass was needing mowed. Upon entering the lobby it seemed the ac was not on/working. Our room was hot when we entered but the in room ac cooled it fairly quickly. The toilet ran constantly, the shower curtain had spots of mold, and one of the sheets had burn holes.

Easy check in and friendly. Overall, the property was average. Beds are un comfy, shower head didn’t spray, obvious layer of dust on the mini fridge, and bedding had stains. Stayed here for the convenience of location, will not stay again based on a restless night.

Well sign says back in 1 min. 15 min later i got checked in. Tried to take a shower. The water poured out of facet mostly after turning the control to shower which was broken off almost slicing my finger. Dust everywhere.

Property has declined, had to ask for service to get new towels and trash emptied after 2nd day of stay. Outside near entrance had trash, old silk flowers, and junk everywhere. Breakfast was very sparce, only waffles, some cereals and bread.

Had to go to Walmart to get Clorox wipes for the shower. It had brown stuff all in it. There was also a plunger in a walmart sack in there. Shower curtain was disgusting. Furniture in the room hadn’t been dusted in a while. They basically had nothing for breakfast (waffles with no syrup, white bread and cereal). Staff was friendly but that’s the only bright side.

We checked in on 9/6 and checked out on 9/8. We stayed in room 318 and it was infested with bugs. My partner and I are covered in what look like bed bug bites from our earlobes down to our toes. We have called the hotel 3 times and they will not return our calls. We contacted Expedia and they are still waiting for the hotel to call them back too. We have spent a lot of money now on bug sprays and anti itch ointments and the hotel is ignoring us. We just want someone to take some accountability.

This was the worst place I’ve had to stay in for longer than I could remember. The room smelled, the refrigerator leaked (already had a towel under it so a known issue, the bed was uncomfortable, and it felt dirty. We were only in it for about 9 hours and were running out the door as fast as we could to leave.

This place is really going downhill. The room was dusty, the carpet was not vacuumed, the bedspreads were soiled, and there is black mold on the bathroom ceiling! The hot water in the shower was only warm. This is our last stay here. We've been staying here once a year since 2015.

Liked location, cleanliness of room, AC worked great, easy check-in and comfy bed and pillows. Did not like the blanket. Was like sand paper. Not soft. Not enough staff it appears to keep coffee available. Would stay again.

Our room was very stinky. There were whiskers in the sink from previous renters. The toilet ran constantly. The beds were very old and lumpy, uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were old and should’ve been replaced a long time ago just like the mattresses. Our pillowcases had stains on them. They put out some muffins that were less than 2 inches in diameter and very few of them. we were there at 7 AM to eat so it’s not like people had already come through and emptied it. The orange juice was out of order the batter for the waffles was very runny and thin. We were in town for my dad‘s funeral, and we did not get enough sleep because we were very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel until it is completely renovated.

Basic Super 8. No hot breakfast. They use styrofoam for coffee cups, horrible to drink out of and bad for the environment. Room clean. Towels were sub-par, old & thin. Employees nice.

Staff was great, the sheets had some stains on them. There’s a bar next door which is awesome and the venue we were attending for the wedding was right next door. Overall the price was good and they said they’d price match any deal found next time. Only thing I’d wish for is a pool but I’m being picky overall a solid 4/5.

Room was as expected, clean and tidy. Breakfast options were limited. Third floor hallway was 90 degrees and had an overwhelming odor of vomit that hit you like a wave when opening your room door or exiting the elevator. Quite repulsive.

You get what you pay for.. Everything ok, except towels and free breakfast….Towels were grungy looking but clean. Breakfast was waffles or cereal with no juices and milk out of a pitcher.

Check in went well. We were informed of breakfast would be served until 9:00 am we went down at 8:15 there was not any type of breakfast!! Or any staff around to explain??

It was convenient but repairs needed in several areas, including the bathroom. And breakfast very meager and poor .

Basic Super 8. No hot breakfast. They use styrofoam for coffee cups, horrible to drink out of and bad for the environment. Room clean. Towels were sub-par, old & thin. Employees nice.

Property has declined, had to ask for service to get new towels and trash emptied after 2nd day of stay. Outside near entrance had trash, old silk flowers, and junk everywhere. Breakfast was very sparce, only waffles, some cereals and bread.

You advertise breakfast included. What breakfast? There were 2 quarter size muffins, no coffee, no fruit, no yogurt, nothing!!!!! A disgrace1 How can you include in your advertising that breakfast is included. Never stay again!!!

A/C was out in Lobby and was hot and elevator was out of order. Room was clean and a/c worked in the room.

The room & hallways reeked of cigarettes, the sheets, pillow cases & towels were very dingy & stained, pillows were lumpy. The elevator & vending machine was out of order, mold was growing on bathroom ceiling. The entire property looked ran down & dirty. We didnt stay, we checked in, came back later, couldn't even check out or complain because no one was there, house keeper said she would let them know. HORRIBLE.

Did not receive the room paid for due to it not being ready despite it being hours past check in. Received different room that was not maintained and had visible mold in many areas. Sticky on the floors, filthy fridge, and a 12” hole in the ceiling over the closet exposing pipes and insulation. Had to stay here as it is the only hotel in Waterloo.

To get an attendant at the front desk you have to call them on a phone in the lobby. The common spaces are not clean including the elevator. We had some food to keep cold but the fridge did not work, the bathroom fan didn’t work and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the hairdryer didn’t work. No coffee when they said there would be. I will not stay here again.

Stayed here 2 years ago and it was run down and dirty. In April the place was worse as if that could occur. Will never stay there again and don’t recommend.
