Just an outstanding VRBO! We were in the region for a wedding and the entire wedding party was getting ready at the house. 4 large, beautiful bathrooms, this home is like walking into Pottery Barn, the finishing touches are amazing. The outdoor space is incredible, massive fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, covered seating area with propane fire place, huge patio with table and chairs for eating. We requested to host the rehearsal dinner and the owner provided table and chairs. The converted garage space is great for a family card game. The owners are exceptional, texting us to say welcome, offering to provide anything we needed. Communication was excellent. The location is great for access to the wineries and towns of Penn Yan and Geneva. I highly recommend this VRBO for your group.

The house was beautiful and clean! It had everything we could need. We loved the gazebo and oudoor fireplace, and the hot tub was amazing! The decor in the house was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! We have stayed at other vacation rentals but none were as comfy, clean or as well equipped with everything you could need. The gazebo and fire were great on those cooler nights and we spent a lot of time playing cards and reminiscing in the made over garage. We would definitely stay again!

Our family of 9 adults were fortunate to stay at Irene and Wilmer's farmhouse to celebrate the graduation of our son from Hobart College. The house was very well appointed, super clean, stocked with plenty of essentials, and offered tons of space. Not to be forgotten were the amazing outdoor gathering spaces from the gazebo, patio, and fire pit. Everyone was very pleased!

The patio and hot tub provided a relaxing setting in the evenings while the kitchen was very well appointed for our cooking and grilling. There was even a garlic press! To top it off the place was immaculately clean--plenty of towels too (inlcuding beach towels for the hot tub!) I would love to stay here again! Thanks for the great experience!

The farmhouse is beautiful. It's comfortable space that is beautifully maintained and completely stocked. We made meals, soaked in the hot tub and roasted marshmallows on the gazebo. Irene and Wilmer are attentive and thoughtful hosts. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

The house was decorated gorgeously. The ensure property was maintained and manicured to perfection. House was stocked with plenty of linens, towels, blankets, pillows, soaps, more than enough for the group of 14. The finished garage made for the perfect place to hangout while the weather wasn’t ideal for outdoor activities. Lots of space for everyone to have a place to sit and relax. Great quiet location to allow for activities outdoors without risk of disturbing neighboring properties before quiet hours. Host was incredible and answered all questions promptly. Recommend to big groups of adults or families and children!

We had a great stay at the Friends and Family Farmhouse. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. We enjoyed the many spaces to hang out - both fire areas, hot tub and garage. It was especially nice for our group of 10. The bunk bed room is definitely better for kids than single adults bunking together, which probably should have been an obvious to us but having such a large place with many couches worked well for the group. Definitely not a downside, just something to consider for all-adult groups.

What an awesome place to stay. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The owners thought of everything to make you feel welcome. The inside had everything you would need and we took full advantage of the beautiful weather using all the outdoor amenities from the swing set to both the wood fire pit & gas fire pit. The added space using the converted garage gave all of us plenty of space. We will definitely recommend this awesome find. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of being there. It crossed off all the boxes for us and we all loved with the house and property.

This was the most amazing, beautiful, well kept rental I have ever stayed in. The grounds and house are kept impeccable. We slept 10 ladies more than comfortably. Every detail and amenity in the house has been thought of. It was lacking nothing, absolutely nothing. Top of the line appliances and linens. No issues with the air conditioning or WiFi. The decor is definitely out of a magazine. Very talented and hospitable owners. Many of us will be returning!!

Super clean and very well supplied. The decor was absolutely lovely. Beautiful outside seating with 2 fire pits. It is hard to describe the wonderful accommodations for a group of 9 seniors. The hosts couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect.

Beautiful house and property with plenty of space indoor and out. The house is very well stocked and great location to lots of different things while being secluded. We would stay here again! The only downside is that one of the "bedrooms" is just a bed in the hallway.

This property looked great in the listing, and was even better in person. The view from the main area into the back yard was our favorite part! Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group of 8, and easily could have slept 4 more people. Host was so accommodating and communication was excellent.

wonderful two night getaway with eight golfing girlfriends. The house was immaculate. The decor was simply beautiful and all furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location is rural however a short distance between Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake allowing us to visit the wineries and restaurants in both of those locations. We enjoyed the outback patio in the evenings where there was plenty of seating and the peaceful quietness of the country.

The outdoor area was large and beautiful with multiple seating areas to enjoy. The hot tub got plenty of use! My one critique would be the absence of closets there are none) and dresser spaces. We had brought some hangers with our dress clothes which were hung on various hooks around the house. The rest of ourclothes remained in the suitcase out of necessity. This is a great property in a beautiful, quiet location— 15/20 minutes in any direction from everything we wanted to do over our weekend stay. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were looking for a nice sized rental to house our family while we attended my daughter's wedding. In my search, I eventually settled on the Friends and Family Farmhouse. It had a lot of bedrooms and baths (4!) and every family member had their own. The property is meticulously maintained, with everything from beautiful outdoor landscaping, to practically an HGTV decor inside. It was so nice. We had to have a large tent set up for a rehearsal dinner, and their was a good place on the property to do so. The owners even worked with the party supplier to make sure it would fit, long before we arrived. The owners also made sure we knew that they would be happy to help us in any way possible. The communications (for nearly a year after reserving) were always prompt and helpful. Should you ever be in the Finger Lakes area, I strongly encourage you to consider this property!

Just an outstanding VRBO! We were in the region for a wedding and the entire wedding party was getting ready at the house. 4 large, beautiful bathrooms, this home is like walking into Pottery Barn, the finishing touches are amazing. The outdoor space is incredible, massive fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, covered seating area with propane fire place, huge patio with table and chairs for eating. We requested to host the rehearsal dinner and the owner provided table and chairs. The converted garage space is great for a family card game. The owners are exceptional, texting us to say welcome, offering to provide anything we needed. Communication was excellent. The location is great for access to the wineries and towns of Penn Yan and Geneva. I highly recommend this VRBO for your group.

My family stayed here for a wedding on Keuka Lake. We were blown away by the cleanliness of the house and the amenities included. The house is gorgeous and elegant. The hot tub is a lovely bonus and the backyard is incredible. Irene had great communication and accommodated both an early check in and late check out.

the stay was amazing. the host was fantastic - we had one issue unlocking the door, and the host came in person within minutes of us contacting them. they were incredibly nice. the house was fantastic - so comfortable. the checkout process was so simply we hoped we were following the instructions correctly. Great stay.

We had a wonderful time with our family at the Farmhouse! The house is updated and very clean. We loved the space, 4 bathrooms, and little details that made the stay great. The garage is converted into an additional hang out room which was perfect for the kids to play, and the yard is large and great for kids as well. There was an issue with the AC and the grill, we contacted the owners and they immediately responded and fixed the problems. Excellent hosts! You won’t be disappointed with a stay at this serene and peaceful farmhouse.

This house is absolutely stunning and perfect for large gatherings. We celebrated my best friends bachelorette party and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The hosts are very responsive as well and we arrived to a spotless home. 10/10!!

The house, location and amenities were nice. I would definitely consider staying here again. We had the smallest little complaints but nothing that the host wasn’t able to take care of or accommodate! Irene is incredibly responsive!

My friends and I stayed at this property for a bachelorette party and it worked out absolutely perfectly. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, and we had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The host responded quickly, even when I asked questions last minute. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again!

Came here for a girls trip weekend! This was an amazing house and find! It was super clean, and honestly - such a vibe! The sun room and backyard were our favorite parts. The host was super friendly and very responsive with any questions I had. Such an incredible stay, and would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We were looking for a nice sized rental to house our family while we attended my daughter's wedding. In my search, I eventually settled on the Friends and Family Farmhouse. It had a lot of bedrooms and baths (4!) and every family member had their own. The property is meticulously maintained, with everything from beautiful outdoor landscaping, to practically an HGTV decor inside. It was so nice. We had to have a large tent set up for a rehearsal dinner, and their was a good place on the property to do so. The owners even worked with the party supplier to make sure it would fit, long before we arrived. The owners also made sure we knew that they would be happy to help us in any way possible. The communications (for nearly a year after reserving) were always prompt and helpful. Should you ever be in the Finger Lakes area, I strongly encourage you to consider this property!

We were in town for a wedding and needed a large place. This property is fantastic! It looked nice online, but it was even nicer in person. Great living room with huge windows, spacious patio, and a serene view. The hosts were wonderful and kind, the best hosts we've ever had. We loved it here and would come back in a heartbeat. :-)

This is a beautiful property with a relaxing atmosphere. It was perfect for my sister's bachelorette. Irene was great to communicate with and offered some great suggestions of where to eat and transportation options to use for the wineries.

The house is amazing and has everything you need-the kitchen is well stocked. It’s in a nice quiet area where you can enjoy the hot tub and fire pits but still close enough to do winery tours! The owners were quick to respond to questions and we really enjoyed our stay-Thank you very much!

wonderful two night getaway with eight golfing girlfriends. The house was immaculate. The decor was simply beautiful and all furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location is rural however a short distance between Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake allowing us to visit the wineries and restaurants in both of those locations. We enjoyed the outback patio in the evenings where there was plenty of seating and the peaceful quietness of the country.

We had a blast! We all fit comfortably, the house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the backyard was a true oasis. Highly recommend this quiet location for a short drive to wineries, in multiple locations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! We have stayed at other vacation rentals but none were as comfy, clean or as well equipped with everything you could need. The gazebo and fire were great on those cooler nights and we spent a lot of time playing cards and reminiscing in the made over garage. We would definitely stay again!

A group of 8 adults stayed a long weekend in Irene's farmhouse for a wedding in the area. We had a fantastic time (when we weren't all over the region hiking, biking, exploring, and wine tasting!). The patio and hot tub provided a relaxing setting in the evenings while the kitchen was very well appointed for our cooking and grilling. There was even a garlic press! To top it off the place was immaculately clean--plenty of towels too (inlcuding beach towels for the hot tub!) I would love to stay here again! Thanks for the great experience!

The farmhouse is beautiful. It's comfortable space that is beautifully maintained and completely stocked. We made meals, soaked in the hot tub and roasted marshmallows on the gazebo. Irene and Wilmer are attentive and thoughtful hosts. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

This was our 15th year celebrating Girls Weekend and I can honestly say it was the best place we have ever rented! The house was beautiful. We all kept joking how we needed the name of the interior decorator! The house lacks nothing! Kitchen has everything you’d need and then some. We can’t wait to go back. Irene was very communicative and thought of everything to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed watching the birds and even had a visit from a beautiful fox.

Our stay was amazing! Everyone loved the house, the set up and how clean it was. Everything was so easy to use and if you forgot to pack something the owner probably already has it there for you to use.

Irene,I wanted to follow up on our stay at Friends and Family Farmhouse for my daughter’s graduation from HWS. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the property and we made many memories there. The backyard was such a nice a setting that we decided to have a family photo shoot there rather than a previously scheduled location.You thought of everything with the amenities and I’m pretty sure we took advantage of everything the property had to offer.You asked for feedback on any improvements. Here are just a few:- The HVAC system was inconsistent in cooling the upstairs and now we’re thinking the system might have been programmed to turn the AC off overnight. We should have asked about it early on, so suggesting this be addressed with future guests visiting the farmhouse over the summer.- The bed in the upstairs hallway could use a box spring or bunk board as the mattress on the bed slats was uncomfortable for an adult.- Also, we did quite a bit of food preparation and while the kitchen was well stocked, a set of sharp knives would be a good addition. (We did replace a broken can opener)We did our best to leave the farmhouse as we found it and hope you found it that way.Thanks again for everything. We would definitely recommend the farmhouse to friends and family visiting the Finger Lakes Region.

Our stay was great. The house is setup with everything you could need storm towels for the hot tub to kitchen utensils and appliances. Beds were very comfy and the couch setups are great for hanging out / group gatherings. The hosts are very nice and welcoming.
