Stayed in a handicap room. First impressions were fine, but details matter. Floor in shower was clean - once the water was turned on and entry was attempted the floor in the end opposite the shower head was very slippery and I nearly fell. Grabbing the metal bar handle on the shower glass door prevented my fall. This end has all the shower soap-fluids wall mounted. Apparently those fluids covered that end of the all-white floor are invisible when dry. I swabbed the floor to remove those fluids, and finished my shower. Only to exit the shower and discover the only towels in the room were hand towels. I discovered the bath towels the next morning, behind the room/hall door. And then I was advised I would have to take my computer to the front desk, four stories down, to be able to connect to the internet. The new television in the room was glued to the countertop - and the cord was six inches too short to reach the only visible outlet. Two staff member moved the counter enough to install the connector behind the outlet and then put the counter back in place. And of course, an executive decision had been made to remove the clock in the room - and apparently the rest of the hotel. Staff found a clock for the room. Next morning I discovered there was no water available in the unit. Nor in the rest of the hotel. Repairs were under way, a plumber was working on it. Nothing in the advertising suggested there would be a fee for "Breakfast." Or a fee for parking.

Where to start? AC in the main areas had water dripping from the vents all over the lobby area. No AC at all in the gym, and they didn't bother to set up fans in the gym to help alleviate the heat and humidity (82° in the gym is not acceptable). We had 10 folks, ages 64 to 70, staying for a HS gathering. 6 rooms. One room was found with pizza on top in the fridge when they checked in. Another room found water all over the floor in the bathroom the morning before check out. The gym had no water available and when the front desk was asked, they said maybe someone would bring some in later because it was the weekend. We saw a family asking if the pool was open at 3 pm. The front desk was very put off to open the pool, it was suppose to be open at 10am. The prepaid breakfast was closed our last day because they didn't have anyone to cook. It made it tough to say the stay was enjoyable. We expected more from a Hilton. We chose Hilton for their reputation and the expectation that if something was wrong, they would go above and beyond to fix it. Not this Hilton. Very disappointed.

room was very comfortable, bed and pillows were comfortable. Facility was very nice. Only disappointment was the breakfast offering. Most places have at least a continental breakfast. Very limited selection there and charging $10 for that.
