The New Hotel Zeybek

El hotel está bien cuidado. Aseado, camas cómodas e incluye desayuno bufet (abundante). No facilitan una clave de WiFi, le toman el teléfono para incluirla. Está en una entrada de calle que casi no se ve por vehículos mal estacionados.

This hotel is just barely OK. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The hallways are dirty and noisy. The staff was not friendly, nor they unfriendly just OK. The area is very busy and noisy. I would not stay this hotel again I would stay closer to the water.

Unfortunately this is my first bad review. I was debating if I should even write it but then I thought I don’t want anyone else to be in a situation that I was in especially someone with children. The pictures they have on the site are taken years ago because the hotel is in horrible condition. The room reeked of cigarette smell. We asked to be moved they didn’t want to help us in anyway. Mind you we don’t smoke and we we’re staying there with our son and daughter. The room was filthy. There were stains all over the room. Blood stains on the floor. We found used tissues in the bedding of one bed. The sheets were stained. The furniture was stained. The room seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. There was no hot water. No light in the room and the walls seemed to be paper thin. There was someone arguing until early morning. The elevator is next to the room and you feel and hear the noise. The Wi-Fi worked for 15 minutes then it completely stopped. Even the satellite tv stopped working. We couldn’t even shower because the bathroom was that dirty. We were stuck I couldn’t find another room and I’m sure they wouldn’t have refunded our money. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to that hotel. The only positive thing about this hotel was the parking person. He was very nice. I just wish I could post the pictures of this as well.

Otel ulaşım noktalarına kolaylığı yönünden iyi konumlanmış. Otelin konumu, toplum ulaşım araçlarına yakın Konak, Alsancak gibi yerlere en fazla 10 dakikada ulaşılabilir. Oda içindeki eşyalar yeniydi. Oda temizliği çok başarılıydı. Fiyat performans yönünden oldukça başarılı. Akşamdan akşama dinlenmek amaçlı otel kullanımlarında kesinlikle beklentiyi karşılayacaktır. Otel dışında, bölgeye ilk kez gelenler açısından müzikhol, pavyon gibi işletmeler de bulunduğundan gece insan sıklığı azalıyor. Konaklama açısından ulaşım kolaylığı ve temizliği açısından tavsiye ederim.

Leider sehr Dreckig, Bad sehr schmutzig und hat nach Schimmel gerochen, Aufzug fehlt die Sicherungstür sehr gefährlich für klein Kinder. Nicht empfehlenswert, keine Ahnung warum expedia sowas im Programm hat und denn Gästen spwas anmuten kann. Zimmer wechseln war nicht möglich, da angeblich alle Zimmer so aussehen würden.

Problème pour stationnement car route sens unique, étroit et les alentours peu fréquentable la nuit

The lobby and the rooms are clean. The lift is tiny. Internet is horrible. The connection keeps dropping off every few minutes. They know the issue but don't care or unable to solve it.

Otel yenilenmiş ancak banyosu kullanışlı değil, parasına göre orta düzeyde ve ihtiyaca göre idare edebilir. Öğretmenevi misafirhane ayarında bir yer, park sorunu var önündeki yol dar olduğu için beklemek zor. Aracı uzak bir otoparka götürüyorlar almak için bekliyorsunuz.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber!

Fiyatına göre aldığımız hizmet yeterince iyidi ama odalar fazla karanlık ne pencereden ışık alıyordu nede aydınlatma yeterliydi ve tuvalet kapısı sürgülü cam olduğu için arasında boşluk vardı ve tuvaletten zaman zaman koku geldi ama genel olarak temizdi tuvalet banyo ve oda geneli tamamen temizdi

Zimmer leider in schlechtem Zustand. Spülung kaputt, Ausblick auf eine Wand und alles nicht sauber. Insgesamt mangelhaft.

Das Hotel ist einfach nur ekelhaft und eine Zumutung. Überall ist Schimmel, das Bad ist eine Katastrophe, trotz Aufforderung erneut zu putzen wurde nur oberflächlich gewischt. Die Dusche verschimmelt und verkalkt, mit fremden Haaren, Seifenspender funktioniert nicht. Alles ist runtergekommen. Das Hotel ist in der Bahnhof Gegend, es ist laut!!! Wir wollten hier sofort raus aber der Hotel Manager sagte dass das alles normal sei und er nicht stornieren kann. Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben und mussten mit Ohropacks schlafen. Ich hab mir in diesem Bide eine Pilz Infention geholt. Hier muss man dringend das Gesundheitsamt hinschicken!!! Die Bilder auf Hotels.com entsprechen nicht annähtend dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Bitte bucht nicht dieses Hotel wenn ihr euch nichts einfangen wollt und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wünscht.

Temiz ve konumu çok merkezi olan bir otel

Bize göre temizlik çok kötü, masa ve yatak başlıkları tozlu, nevresimler sanki kullanılmış gibiydi. Anlaşılan aile odası önceden kontrol edilmemiş. İlgili kişi temizleteyim dedi fakat yerleştik artık gerek yok deyip Islak mendille kendimiz sildik. Akşam giriş yaptığımız için mecburiyetten kaldık. Oda soğuktu, klimayla ısınmaya çalıştık ama İzmir gibi bir şehirde yinede gece üşüdük. Doğru dürüst uyku tutmadı. Kalvaltı zayıftı. Kahvaltı salonuda soğuktu. Maalesef ilk ve son kalışımız oldu.

dreckiges Badezimmer - Toiletten waren kaputt, Spülung funktioniert nur nach Lust und Laune, Spülbecken und Wasserhahn ebenso. -dicke Staubschicht auf den Kopfteilen der Betten. - in den Zimmern wird oder wurde geraucht so das es sehr schlecht riecht . - bei später Anreise wird es problematisch ist dem Warmwasser zum duschen. Alles in allem das Geld und keinen Fall wert. Weit weit weg von Sauberkeit und Hygiene.

The staff is very friendly and professional, the hotel has a good location and breakfast is good. The room was beautiful and had a good air conditioner.

This is a good hotel very close to the Baseme subway and train station. The water was hot and the bedsheets clean. There is even a pot to make tea in the room, along with a mini-refrigerator. The free buffet breakfast was good as well. Additionally, they do offer excursions to the main tourist sites out of town for a reasonable price. I would easily stay here again for the price offered.

Like location Didn't like that room was without daily light

The price is too much for the actual quality of the hotel.. the room is tight and no sun from the window... I went for late check out one hour.. and they forced me to pay a whole day.

Primero, las fotos no corresponden, desayuno pobre, sin café, Wifi pésimo, televisión pequeña y control dañado, sin buena iluminación en el baño, toallas en mal estado, las tarjetas de las puertas hay que cargarlas.. no existe en el lobby Star para wifi con equipos.. no tiene la gentileza de llamar un taxi.. no lo hacen!! Este hotel no lo recomiendo..

Birçok otelde kaldım. Hizmet, kalite ve fiyat açısından çok çok daha iyiydi, çalışan arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar.

Otel temizligi, calisanlari kibar ve guler yuzlu, son derece ilgililerdi. Ozellikle beyza hanim, osman bey ve savas beye ekstra ozen ve ilgilerinden dolayi cok tesekkur ederim.

Das Hotel ist schrecklich. Liegt in einer sehr schlimmen Gasse. Die Geschäfte rund um das Hotel sind Betrüger. Die Siesta Bar neben dran verlangte für 2 Redbull ca. 100€

Hotel was OK for our purpose a family trip to Efeso. Room ok and excellent bathroom. Many places very close. Breakfast regular with no variety in options to eat or drink.

Uzun süre konaklama için tavsiye etmem. Kahvaltı çok vasat. Bulaşık makinesi yoktu galiba, görevli topluyor yemek salonu yanında bir kadın görevli elde yıkıyordu. Hoş bir görüntü olmadığı gibi hijyenikte değildi.
