The storm drain in the parking lot is sunk in and needs replacement

Even on weekends the “continental breakfast” ended at 9AM. It was not a great breakfast and we went out 2 of 3 mornings. The pool was not open at all. The Choice Branded Quality Inn was neither a good choice or of great quality. N xx time we pony up the extra $20 to get a decent hotel.

The exterior of the building could use some cosmetic improvements and the parking lot and some type of stains in multiple spots. Nothing i would deem a major issue

This property has been sold. No more breakfast or pool. We were disappointed by that. Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed.

Outside of hotel unkempt. Signage for building unreadable. Many people hanging around outside- living in building. Receptionist only said ’ID’ and then handed me a key card and said’425’. Not friendly or welcoming. Family left a message for us 10 minutes before we arrived and we were not given the message. Lobby needed cleaning/ elevator needs refurbished, 4th floor had a smell coming off elevator- like stale cigarettes. Room was beautiful except long black hairs in tub

When you arrive at the property, you can easily drive passed it. The signage is not lit; the outside of the hotel is run down and we thought it was closed. There were hardly any cars in the lot; but we walked in and sure enough it was open. There was no apology about the run down state of the hotel, but we decided to check the room out before we decided to look elsewhere for a place to stay. (PS: the pictures online are not the same in person). The lobby seemed old, stuffy and desolate, and our floor smelled a little funny.The only thing that caused us to stay was our room looked and smelled cleaned, but we won't be back.

Online reviews looked good so i booked it. Traveling home from a trip to BBHofF. Planned to go to jamestown but companion wasnt feeling well. I found this place well getting dinner. Cost and reviews for just a sleep over arriving about 930, sleep, snd go leave for home fairly early. It all seemed good. We arrive and immediately feel weird. Property was run down outside. Landscaping shoddy, parking lot a mess with pot holes. And a group of loud young adults hanging by the entrance, smoking ciggs, weed, and i suspected a meth head was among them, based on one of the groups members having face pits and pretty rough looking, with a mop head of hair. Anyway they paid us no mind, we walked right by them. But it just isn’t a good look and you immediately feel uneasy about staying. Once i side the door the lobby is musty smelling , snd that weed/druggish metallic like smell. So wr go inside to check in. Other then waiting several mins for a desk clerk it was smooth and Up to the room we go. Elevator is jerky and i saw no license on it. We used the stairs after that. Up stairs hallway same smell as downstairs. Went to get our luggage. And saw two members of the group fighting and punching each other. At this point i really was thinking of leaving. To our surprise, our room was clean!!! And did not smell!! All good stuff. Made it a little easier to spend the night. Still felt uneasy staying there. At some point cops came and broke up the group.

The hotel clerk was very friendly. When we arrived there was a group of young men near the front entrance smoking marijuana. The lobby wasn’t very clean and the elevator was fairly dirty and had duct tape on the floor. However, our room was very clean though the toilet bowl seemed as though it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our visit.

Didn't like the place. Very dirty room, bathroom, and bedding. Won't recommend to anyone!

Where do I start. Do I start with the open drug use in the parking lot the homeless in the parking lot in the adjacent parking lot or do I start with the found bedbugs not only in my room but the adjoining room that family was staying in. We both checked out after an hour checking in And after two weeks, we are still waiting for a refund. This hotel houses homeless and nowhere on its website states that. This hotel should not be open to the public and New York State Department of health was contacted to investigate.

Room wasn’t clean. Towels we worn and dirty. The rest of the property needs a good cleaning as well.

I feel room can be cleaned better .. it says non smoking .. but room smells a lot as someone did smoke all day .

Everything was good but we had bedbugs! Got over 15 bites in one night. We were miserable for days after

I booked this stay a few months ago when the reviews were decent, and when I arrived at the hotel I was very disappointed with the hotel condition. The outside sign is worn down to the point that you could not see the hotel sign properly. The room size is pretty good, however it is definitely worn down. The bedsheet waa a bit dirty, but manageable. The towels, however, were downright dirty. I was given 2 regular towels (one was dirty), a hand towel with black make up marks, plus a face towel also with someone's make up on them. There were hair (not mine) in the bathtub and bed. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. I should note the room has a microwave and a fridge, so that was the only plus. To make things worse, the hot water never got to "hot" so shower was lukewarm. The hallway and room also had very strong smell (maybe from smoking?) that I developed a headache. I gave a 2-star for the helpful front desk, who helped me sort through my booking issue. I really appreciated their help. Otherwise, I would rate this a 1-star stay.

The bed did not have fresh linen, changed room, bed looked cleaned.

Sheets and comforter had stains. Property is in horrible condition and appears to be operating as homeless shelter on one of the floors.

No smoking facility but our room smelled of smoke so bad i had to buy deodorizers and air fresheners

Room was clean very comfortable quiet. My only critique would be that the shower needs a safety bar.

Needed an overnight for work. The place is clean and well maintained. Not much of pretty interior... the room was in very good condition with new furniture and fixtures. One oddly nice bonus - a full size toilet.

The room had peeling wall paper, TV did not work, WiFi passcode provided was case sensitive and spelled wrong, pillows uncomfortable. Elevator was held together by duct tape.

The location is okay, but there was no towels, and the front desk had no one picking up the phone. Later was told on Sunday, no house keeping staff on duty. The wifi was awfully slow, and got kicked out every few minutes, quite ridiculous. The coffee was awful, didn't taste like coffee.

The hotel is old and not kept up very well the windows look like they haven't been cleaned in a decade, mattress was terrible and same with pillows no choice of hard or soft. just not a clean hotel.

It was very large with two queen size beds and looked brand new! Everything was new in the bedroom and in the bathroom, including the air conditioner. The room smelled fresh, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner kept the room at our perfect temperature and was very quiet. The hotel was in a quiet area and the building was quiet. Nothing disturbed us. In the book in our room, it said breakfast was served between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. but there was no breakfast. However we we're not overly concerned with that as we had a coffee maker, a microwave and a refrigerator in our room and we had brought some food and coffee with us. Also, the hotel was only about a half a mile from the town square and main street where there were many very good restaurants. Plus, there is no way you could beat the price and get that kind of a room anywhere in that area.

TV remote did not, broke. Mgr replaced it. Only channel seemed to be MTV.

My mother passed away on my there and i had to turn around and go home. THEY MADE ME PAY ANYWAYS. VERY CRAPPY SERVICE AND INCONSIDERATE OF THEM.

When we got to the hotel after driving all day they had no rooms.even with my confirmation number they gave our room away forcing us to find another place at 9pm. Dont ever stay here.

average hotel..like other reviews, there is no one at the front desk at all times.. You have to ring a bell for help. When I tried to call front desk from the room..no answer. But when I call the "hotel" number like I wanted to make a reservation, someone answered then.hmmmm

We were locked out of our room from our first night. We had to spend the night in a different room without all of our belongings, no food, no cell phones, no wallets to get anything no clothes except for what we were wearing and I was wearing only a dress. We werent offered anything in the meantime either. Yes we were in another room thankful for that but let's be real its the least they could've done. We werent able to get into the room and get our stuff until 6:30 pm the next night. They did give us a refund for the weekend but refused to reimburse the food lost or anything else. A terrible experience that ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! To think i drove 7 hrs to spend the weekend with my boyfriend and thats what we dealt with.Our moods were down , we were upset and on edge. We tried to make the best of it anyways no thanks to the management who clearly dont know hiw to communicate becasue the one manager that was there the first night didnt tell the next so when we called sat. Looking for an update he had no idea and we had to now wait for him to call some one which then took hours for them to break into the room. They seemed more concerned about what was happening to the door frame rather than the guests they had starving without their belongings. Sad excuse for management and problem solving.NEVER AGAIN ! They should be shut down. wallets or clothes. We kept getting told a time frame they would have the locksmith

No one was at the desk to check me in which was a bit strange. When I finally was checked in they gave me a used, dirty holder for my room keys. Glad that wasn’t a precursor for the stay. Room was ok, the cover on the bed was stained and gross, I took it off. Hotels could up their game in the towel dept too. I am average size man and the bath towel was like a hand towel.

We were pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location was to several restaurants and to access major roads. The staff were very helpful and pleasnt to deal with.

About 12:30 AM someone attempted to enter the room with a key. Luckily I had the latch hooked so they could not enter the room. I think the front desk may have double-booked the room.

We reserved and paid this room well in advance. I even emailed the front desk with the hour we were arriving. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the check in was at 3 pm and because we arrived after 3 pm he gave our room to another person. (A room that was reserved and paid in advanced by us which mean no one else can use it until next day until 11:00 am), after some arguing, he finally gave us a room that he apparently took from another client (we could hear the next client from the elevator also arguing with him for his room), The towels were all stained and with spots, even red paint on them as well as stained bed sheets. They didnt look used but the bed wasnt well done either. The bathtub wasnt clean either. We had no option but stay there. It was almost 10 pm. I dont understand how a hotel like this is still allowed to operate. Not recommended at all. Even the outdoor sign is broken so you dont know if you really are on the right hotel.

Convenient for sightseeing, pricing and relaxing

Area of town was not the greatest, but the staff were friendly and extremely professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Very unsafe. I was alone, arrived to numerous homeless around entrance. I went in, no one at front desk for over :15. People started coming over to me, I left. I did not feel safe. There were no other cars in the parking lot. It looked abandoned and sign on the street was completely torn apart. I called Expedia. Still no refund 48 hours later. I will never use Expedia again,

A number of long term tenants congregate at the entrance and smoke within feet of the non smoking facility. It was raining, we had to walk through the second hand smoke to enter.

Breakfast very limited. Small print “room cleaned for multi day stay” only on the request. Unsatisfied never experienced this at any hotel I’ve stayed in 50 years!

Promised a continental breakfast and there was nothing. This put us behind and grumpy for our day. Many other customers were disappointed too.

Breakfast service was terrible, sausage cold, no hot water, Mom had a bowl of cereal which she left at our table cause no milk was forthcoming and assigned staff person only delivered attitude Dirty towel behind bathroom door at check in and hair on bathroom floor

They said breakfast would be ready at 6 AM. I went in at 6:20 and there was only coffee and cereal. The other stuff was not out or ready. There was other customers looking for it. Also, I left and went to McDonald’s for breakfast.
