We were celebrating a special anniversary and wanted somewhere special. Lewtrenchard provided this in every way. A lovely historical property with spacious and modern guest rooms. A beautiful surroundings in deepest Devon with charming gardens. Staff and service excellent. The breakfast was lovely. The dinner was good quality albeit a tad pricey with limited options but otherwise excellent.

Incredible Property. Beautiful grounds, such history. The attention to detail in the interior is incredible. I’m so sad I only got to stay the one night but I will definitely be back. The food… I cannot overstay how delicious it is. I had the lamb as a main in the evening and it was one of the most delicious things I’ve eaten in a very long time. Highly highly recommend
