Stayed for one night. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Tea and coffee in the room. Shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Gym room on 1st floor and water cooler on the floor too. Free parking. Would stay again.

Reception staff very helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything you need. Bed was very comfy and view from room on 4th floor was fabulous. Did not eat at hotel but would have liked to, so maybe next time. Plenty of free parking.

The hotel is great with a lot of available parking. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the restaurant, who didn’t seems to be on the ball in regards to organisation. Juices were left empty, we had to ask for plates and it was very overpriced for what it was. You are better off heading around the corner to the range for half the price. However that said i cannot fault the hotel itself.

Great stay. Desk staff were all wonderful. Spacious rooms. I booked this hotel in the middle of a 12 day trip specifically because they have laundry facilities. Did not disappoint! Large washers and dryers. Quick. The desk staff even gave me tokens for the machines. Chose the hotel for that reason, but was very happy and comfortable for many reasons.

This hotel took me a long time to find, also I was surprised about how far it is from the city centre. Future Inn is in the Derriford Business Park and is wel served by various frequent bus links into city and beyond. I had a lovely stay here, the room was a generous size with daily housekeeping included. It was very easy to request a disabled room. All staff were very approachable and friendly, and were able to advise me on local bus routes into the city. I was super impressed by the water dispenser that was at the end of my corridor. As I dislike using plastic and I predominantly only drink water, knowing that there was a water dispenser outside my door was very useful and was used on a daily basis. Although the breakfast here costs a lot, it is all-you-can-eat and includes bothe contenental and cooked English breakfasts. As this hotel is in a business park and on the outskirts it does not have great views and can be noisy at times. Being in a buisness park, this hotel is complemented by Starbucks and Costa coffee, (which are both 24 drive throughs and open late. Also a Pure Gyme, M&S foods and Aldi. It is also home to The Range's Global International headquarters, which does include a Range store. all staff were polite and helpful, giving me clear directiions when asked. the hotel and room was clean and tidy.

3 days no wifi in our 4th floor room despite reporting it daily. Reception staff & maintenance didn't believe us stating there is no problem with the WiFi!! Ourselves and other guests had to leave our rooms & sit in the corridor near the lift in order to send important emails. On checkout reception finally said maintenance were buying parts in B&Q to try and fix the problem they had previously told us didn't exist. Room bathroom also stank of stale urine like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks.

Had a lovely stay here but we have been here a few times and noticed a big difference here this time the housekeeping and the lovely welcome tray you used to get. House keeping knocked on the door at 8;30am to tell us there not doing a proper clean this time only changing towels and emptying bins. An will wash the cups, which she did in the bathroom sink. Normally beds and changed and made etc each day. There was no bottles of water or chocolates like normal either. The price has gone up here but seems like standards and perks that we enjoyed which made us keep coming back when visiting family in plymouth a few times a year. We still had a nice day but was lightly disappointed in this. Breakfast is £15 a person extra and was lovely no complaints.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Good lication. Room comfortable but in need of overhaul in places such as the sealany and general finish, and bathroom area had pubic hair stuck to the walls.

The staff were lovely. The rooms were spacious. Then comes the but… breakfast was average at best. The fried eggs (when there were some available) were dry and rubbery. The scrambled egg sat under a layer of liquid. The sausages tasted cheap and had gristle in some. The rooms, although spacious and clean were spoiled by a leaky bath and slightly mouldy tiles which meant it stayed wet and stained the floor towel. A shame as some simple fixes would make it excellent.

Room was a good size but lacking a fridge. Lovely reception staff. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Sometimes completed, other times bin unemptied, towels left in bath, not vacuumed. Good for overnight or short stay, but no longer than 3-4 nights.

It's nice enough but our room was only made up for one person despite it being booked for two. They were unapologetic.We then had to make our own bed which is not what you want at 10 at night. It was also horribly hot. The room was nicely decorated and huge though. Lovely bathroom.

I booked the hotel as it was advertised as having air con. I had been discharged from hospital a few days earlier with pregnancy related dehydration. I explanied when checking in that i needed air con and was told my room was fully working, this wasnt the case, we moved rooms and still wasnt working.. the air con hadnt been working at the hotel for days and even with 3 fans in the room and ice buckets, i actually slept 30 weeks pregnant in the car.

The hotel is begining to seem dated in the rooms. They have removed the small touches like bottles of water. The towels looked a little worse fkr wear this time, and fhe aiir conditikning was not working making the rooms very hot. This is still a very good hotel, but i think just some attention to details where lacking this time as have stayed here very many times.

Staff were fantastic, good breakfast, comfortable bed. I was woken at 5am on a Saturday morning by Lorries unloading goods for the supermarket next to the hotel. The noise went on until 7am. I was in room 227 and only stayed for one night. Everything else was perfect but if I stay here again I will request not to have a room on that side of the hotel.

The staff are amazingly helpful and very understanding. The room was lovely with everything we needed. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Parking was easy and not too far to walk to the hospital. Would definitely reccomend this.

The stuff are probably the most incompetent people I have ever met in the world. They are not polite, almost rude. We were booked in at the hotel and wanted to go into the restaurant and they couldn't accommodate us for about 45 minutes. There was no one in there. There is no staff at the bar. The bar stuff are completely useless. Takes about 30 minutes to get served and there's only five people at the bar. Never again, absolutely awful.

I needed help with luggage dropping off to the room. I was flatly refused. I have underlying medical conditions, it’s absolutely unacceptable to get refusal for such help.

We have stayed here a few times, the rooms are large and supply free water and biscuits. What is special about this place is the staff, all of them are so helpful and friendly which makes your stay that much better. Would highly recommend coming here.

The Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and well maintained. Dining was excellent, The Fishbone restaurant was well laid out and looked wonderful. Plenty of room between tables and the food was top class. Well satisfied few days.

Key cards did not work. Neither of the 2 received on check in or the third that I visited reception to get. Someone had to come upstairs and let me in the room. Was a slight annoyance. Otherwise very Pleasant hotel

Nice easy check in, spacious room with great amenities. On the bus route straight into Plymouth etc on retail park close to coffee shops, McDonald’s and other shops.

Hotel is excellent value for money. Large rooms with nice facilities. Didn't have breakfast as find £30 for the two of us to a lot for a breakfast. Dinner was nice, again on the pricey side but think that everything is these days. Really convenient M & S foodhall and Aldi just around the corner for packed lunches. Convenient for fast EV charging as well.

Twin had queen size, comfortable beds. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Somewhat noisy outside with window open as hot. Starbucks drive thru in car park. Convenient for Derriford.

Good location, easy to find, good public transport facilities. Easy hotel, good facilities, great room and restaurant. Have used this hotel a number of times now, I would definitely use again.

This hotel took me a long time to find, also I was surprised about how far it is from the city centre. Future Inn is in the Derriford Business Park and is wel served by various frequent bus links into city and beyond. I had a lovely stay here, the room was a generous size with daily housekeeping included. It was very easy to request a disabled room. All staff were very approachable and friendly, and were able to advise me on local bus routes into the city. I was super impressed by the water dispenser that was at the end of my corridor. As I dislike using plastic and I predominantly only drink water, knowing that there was a water dispenser outside my door was very useful and was used on a daily basis. Although the breakfast here costs a lot, it is all-you-can-eat and includes bothe contenental and cooked English breakfasts. As this hotel is in a business park and on the outskirts it does not have great views and can be noisy at times. Being in a buisness park, this hotel is complemented by Starbucks and Costa coffee, (which are both 24 drive throughs and open late. Also a Pure Gyme, M&S foods and Aldi. It is also home to The Range's Global International headquarters, which does include a Range store. all staff were polite and helpful, giving me clear directiions when asked. the hotel and room was clean and tidy.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious with big bathrooms. Comfortable beds and loved the dressing gown, nice touch. Good location for Home Park and central plymouth 15 mins drive.

The dinner service on the Friday was appalling. After a long journey we booked a table at 8-30, at 8-45 we were told they may be able to serve us in another hour. We needed to eat so had to get a taxi and find a local restaurant. I felt sorry for staff who were extremely busy and having to deal with a lot of complaints

The hotel is great with a lot of available parking. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the restaurant, who didn’t seems to be on the ball in regards to organisation. Juices were left empty, we had to ask for plates and it was very overpriced for what it was. You are better off heading around the corner to the range for half the price. However that said i cannot fault the hotel itself.

Reception staff good / house keeping short staffed due to illness but very good & helpful / restaurant staff extremely slow , unwelcoming & unaware how to treat their customers ( repeat stays as everything else is good but this side never improves unfortunately) Food average but nowhere else to eat within walking distance so each time we hope it will improve !

Useful, budget hotel north of city centre. Furnishings in room getting dated, curtains fraying, carpet marked and rumpled, bed quality/linen only just ok. Missing comfort features, eg biscuits, water in room; and staff cleaning care patchy. Please, please, please improve the bar staffing and beer selection. You are missing such an opportunity with the restaurant! And breakfast until 10am means replenishing until 10am, not ‘sorry none left’ at 9:30!

We had one evening meal with several of my family and some of the food was burnt and inedible. Nothing was offered as money off for us as 5 out of 7 different chicken dishes were thin dry and the chicken burgers were burnt and inedible. We were robbed off as the manager had left for the evening. We were only offered 2 free breakfasts the following day which really didn’t make up for the horrible meals we had. The staff were friendly and understood my complaint but couldn’t do anything as the manager was not there so I had to pay the full amount much to my horror a service charge was put on the bill but this was taken off. My bill was for over £200. The manager called me the next day and was very nice and understood my feelings but only gave us the breakfast for free which really was not good enough.

I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Derriford Hospital, where I had an early appointment the morning after our arrival. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints about that. But OMG, the food! It was terrible and we felt quite over-priced, particularly the wine. £27.60p or thereabouts for a bottle of Pinot Grigio that I would not have paid a tenner for in a supermarket was quite outrageous. We both had a starter. My friend chose garlic mushrooms. I chose whitebait. The sauce for the mushrooms was what we could only describe as glutinous. The whitebait was cooked to the extent they resembled little cardboard tubes. No lemon was offered and they were served with a tartare sauce that was quite harshly flavoured. Our mains were just as disastrous. My friend chose pasta but that was again served in a rather glutinous, strangely flavoured sauce and she could not finish it. I chose fish and chips but could not finish my food either. The fish was not properly cooked and instead of firm white flakes, was a murky grey colour and completely flavourless. The chips resembled and tasted like cardboard. We chose a sweet and asked for apple pie and icecream on the grounds that it would be impossible to ruin. It was overly sweet and of a gluelike texture, neither of us could manage to finish it. Overall, the accommodation was good but let down by the horrendous food. Would not eat there again.

It was ideal for me being so close to Derriford hospital. The staff and amenities are spot on, in particular one waitress was so kind and supportive on finding out my partner was having surgery, thank you Sarah.

Lovely hotel with andl excellent breakfast. Bar and restaurant great. Rooms large and clean, and very comfortable. Nice touch with water bottle filling fountains on every floor.
