Location wise, this is a great hotel - few minutes walk from the port and surrounded by restaurants and bars, while still being quiet in the hotel itself. The pool area was quite poor - lacking beds, very unclean. The room was a good size, but also was not cleaned properly. Mild warning that there is also no air conditioning in the gym.

Gostei bastante da estrutura do quarto, o ar condicionado gelava muito, a cama era grande e bastante confortável. Para a estadia que eu me propus a fazer de explorar a ilha e fazer os passeios da ilha, a hospedagem me atendeu muito bem e eu retornaria a ela sem problema algum. O ponto negativo fica por conta da piscina que é pequena e pela pouca quantidade de cadeiras disponíveis a beira dela, são somente 6 para várias dezenas de quartos. Outra ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, nas 3 diárias que passei no hotel foram exatamente as mesmas refeições disponíveis, nada foi substituído no cardápio, até as duas frutas disponíveis foram as mesmas. Retirando esses pontos de melhoria citados, se eles não forem problema para você, pode reservar a hospedagem sem medo.

Værelsets stand var noget dårlig. Gammelt og slidt. Sengen var rigtig hård. Rengøringen kunne helt sikkert være bedre. Poolområdet var rigtig fint. Dog kun 6-7 solstole til hele hotellet. Morgenmaden var rigtig god med flot udsigt til strand og vand. Der var et rigtig fint tilhørende fitnesscenter. Hotellets placering var genial ift. hovedbyen. Masser af muligheder for indkøb og spisning. Der var begrænset larm fra barer.

Attentive staff. Requested room move due to drain smell. No issues and moved with no issues. Hotel is exactly as shown on the pictures. Only small issue - not enough sun beds. No shade. 5 large sunbeds for whole hotel. Would benefit from smaller and more sunbeds.

I stayed for a total of 4 nights! It’s a 4minute walk from the ferry pier harbor! No need to get transportation to the hotel! Great size room, nice pool easy access. Hotel has a lot of rooms! Breakfast was good have a buffet and eggs by menu! There is a gym that is great and well equipped. I wanted to use the sauna but it has been broken and can’t be used by guests. There was an incident that happened during my stay…After I saw the housekeeper in the morning and told her I would not need any room cleaning she understood and left. A few hours later a man opened my door ready to come in but realized I was inside and said sorry and closed the locked door again. I think this is unacceptable! It’s crazy to think staff unlock the room doors where guests stay in while they are away all day in tours or other outdoor activities. This was really concerning to me. Talked to front office and they did not understand because they just kept justifying that it was the house cleaning. When I know for a fact it wasn’t because it was a lady not a man. And I had already talked to her before so she wouldn’t do the room for me! Anyways, overall good stay just a bit shocked with that issue.

Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuß vom Pier aus erreichbar. Man kann von dort aus auch vor Ort alles gut erreichen. Wir waren im Garden Wing, dort war es von der Lautstärke her ertragbar. Das Hotelzimmer an sich ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man in das Zimmer reinkommt, kommt einem direkt ein unguter Geruch entgegen. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers, sprich Bett, Sitzgelegenheit und Schrank mit Safe ist okay. Das Bad ist wirklich grauenvoll!! Man kommt dort rein und es stinkt ganz übel, die Dusche ist verschimmelt, die Armaturen völlig verkalkt. Die Abflüsse funktionieren weder in der Toilette noch im Waschbecken, es läuft sehr schlecht ab. Was wir positiv hervorheben können, ist die Poolanlage. Diese ist gut gepflegt und der Pool hat uns auch Spaß gemacht. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wenn man nicht zu hohe Erwartungen hat - es macht aber satt. Im Großen und Ganzen würden wir das Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht wieder buchen.

Checked in to our first room and the musty sewer smell was intolerable. They gave us another room which the musty smell wasn’t too bad however the sewer smell was bad. The rooms are very tired and dated. Dirty in places. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Had to open the patio door to get some fresh air in the room just so you weren’t breathing in the musty sewer smell. Seriously needs a renovation. The air conditioner worked well in our room though. Our garden view was really nice and the pool area was lovely and moderately clean. Breakfast had a variety which was good enough to start the day. Hotel is in a great location. Would I stay there again. No way!!! It was definitely a 2 star hotel and overpriced for the condition the hotel was in.

Das Hotel ist total in de Jahre gekommen. Glaubt diesen Bilder nicht! Diese sind uralt! Der Zustand ist total herunter gekommen. Alles ist ziemlich stark gebraucht und man ekelt sich die Griffe der schränke oder Wasserhähne anzufassen. Die Zimmer stinken und es riecht sehr sehr stark nach Schimmel, dass wir alle Husten mussten. Nach dem Zimmer Wechsel wurde es leider nicht besser! Mussten den Aufenthalt abbrechen.

Here’s an English version of the hotel review: I had read the hotel reviews beforehand and thought it couldn't be as bad as described. Unfortunately, it was. The rooms were not cleaned properly. There were drink bottles left on the nightstand from the previous guest, and they were never removed, even after our stay. The room was outdated. There was mold in the bathroom grout, tarnished faucets, and brown stains on the mirror. You really shouldn’t pay close attention to these details. The smell from the air conditioning was unpleasant. Housekeeping wasn’t particularly friendly, but the reception staff was helpful and nice. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than two nights. On the positive side, the location was good.

Decepcionante y nada recomendable Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy negativa. Desde el momento en que entramos a la habitación, notamos que la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. Las instalaciones estaban en muy mal estado: el suelo estaba manchado, la madera del espejo y las puertas estaban descoloridas y descorchadas en varias zonas, lo que daba un aspecto descuidado y nada acogedor. El aire acondicionado fue un gran problema. Aunque el mando permitía cambiar los modos y ajustar la temperatura, en realidad no surtía efecto: el aire siempre salía igual, frío y directo a la cara al estar ubicado encima de la cama. Esto resultó extremadamente incómodo y nos hizo imposible dormir. Además, el aparato hacía un ruido constante que nos dejó sin descanso durante las dos noches que estuvimos allí. El baño tampoco estuvo a la altura. El water no recargaba agua correctamente, y en más de una ocasión no pudimos ni tirar de la cadena. Una noche tuvieron que venir a desatascarlo, pero lo peor fue que después de hacerlo, ni siquiera limpiaron la zona. Gimnasio sin aire acondicionado. En resumen, la experiencia ha sido pésima. 3 stars only because the garden was beautiful, staff was kind and location was good. The rooms seemed dirty, in desperate need of basic updates, walls were paper thin (could hear everyone else all hours of the night), and it constantly smelled terrible (that could be a Phi Phi problem). If I can find another affordable option I wouldn’t likely stay there again.

Staff was really helpful from the beginning till the end of our booking. They helped us get a boat and taxi to the Phuket Airport. Room was great and they clean it daily. Breakfast was included with out reservation. They will lend a beach towel if needed. I would recommend the stay.

Tried to check in at 12 they said come back at 2pm for scheduled check in, at 2pm the rooms were not ready. Staff was bothered we were upset that our room were not ready, had to wait hour and half past check in time. They said they would transport our bags to the boat. Meaning we would pick them up at the boat. later we found out we had to go back to the hotel to retrieve our bags and rush to the boat to make it on time. Very confusing. No food or drinks by the pool so no bar service, no music. The sitting area was ok but only had 6 loungers and 4 chairs total. We were a family of 4 so must of the time we didnt have chairs for all of us. Large bulky keys but they will hold them at the front desk so you dont lose them, you just have to ask for them each time you come back. Breakfast offered was good, omelet station and crispy bacon and toast, few other asian options were offered. Could was to everything from the hotel, that was a great plus.

I read a review before I got to stay here that the staff do try to charge you for things that may be “missing” from the room even when they are not. When I checked out, they told me two glasses were missing from my room and I told them I left them in my friends room Nextdoor. They said they “checked” and they didn’t but still wanted to charge me for them. When my friend came to the front desk, they “magically” found the cups.

The location is awesome 4 mins walks from Tonsai Pier and all the food choices you can think of within 5 mins walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful. But the truth is the property is very dated. Not sure if the banyan room is better but I stay in garden room is quite worn out. It has more tropical rustic look to it. Given that you are on an island that has limited resources and highly humid environment in all these years. I can understand it's really hard to upkeep the property in pristine condition. But I really think the bathroom should be remodel. The breakfast is nice addition but after the first morning, the following 2 I went out to get breakfast myself definitely recommend Mango garden and Patcharee in the neighborhood. If I have time, I would go back to the hotel breakfast for fruit and coffee. It definitely serve the purpose, but I just can't eat that everyday just my personal choice. All and all, it is a very convenient location and doesn't need a lot of walking compare to other accomodations on the island but it is a bit rundown with a wonderful view when you walk out your room.

Leider kann das Personal kein Englisch, weshalb eine Kommunikation sehr schwierig ist. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und ist von Hafen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr wenig und nicht gut.

Gostei bastante da estrutura do quarto, o ar condicionado gelava muito, a cama era grande e bastante confortável. Para a estadia que eu me propus a fazer de explorar a ilha e fazer os passeios da ilha, a hospedagem me atendeu muito bem e eu retornaria a ela sem problema algum. O ponto negativo fica por conta da piscina que é pequena e pela pouca quantidade de cadeiras disponíveis a beira dela, são somente 6 para várias dezenas de quartos. Outra ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, nas 3 diárias que passei no hotel foram exatamente as mesmas refeições disponíveis, nada foi substituído no cardápio, até as duas frutas disponíveis foram as mesmas. Retirando esses pontos de melhoria citados, se eles não forem problema para você, pode reservar a hospedagem sem medo.

Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 minutes de Tonsaï et sans nuisance de bruit. Lieu pratique pour visiter l’île et les îles alentours. Very nice hotel for this area. Its located in a very nice part of Phi Phi island where everything is close walking distance. Its a short walk to the pier where you arrive and depart. Any kind of shopping is easy as its all around the hotel. You are not in the absolute center of the island night life, so its maybe a little more quiet than the center part, but it will be loud just because people love to party and yell at all hours on this island. Try to get a top floor room, it puts you further away from people yelling in the street for no reason. The hotel has all the things you can get in this area. Air con worked great. The room was basically clean. Its a pretty simple design. Staff was fine. The island is a great place to see many things and also use as a base for boat trips to other places like Maya bay and other islands. The single best thing to do on this island for me was take a longtail boat to Nui beach. Its a small cove that is gorgeous and generally not crowded. You can paddle board there, but its a little distance, so if you have just a little money you can pay to get there quick and its gorgeous. I did a boat trip to maya bay, get there mid day counter to what people say, because at mid day, the sun hits the bay and its gorgeous, if you get there super early before the crowds you get there before the sun makes that place look special. So, mid day, dont worry about the crowds, its busy, but since nobody is allowed to swim there its fine.
