Overall - We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend for others. We hotel is in a very good spot with a lovely pool, small outside gym and a view of the quiet side of the Phi Phi Beaches. If you can, I would absolutely recommend a room with a sea view. The hotel rooms were nice but the bathrooms could do with some updating. I felt this was the only area which was not up to scratch in the room. One thing to note and this doesn't fall on the hotel itself but the ongoing parties in the Phi Phi mainland mean there is some noise in the evenings. The hotel room did a good job of blocking this out which was good. Thank you to the staff and the hotel for a lovely stay at one of my favourite places!

Meu quarto era vista mar, achei incrível… enorme e o banheiro era a gás que é perfeito, conta com varanda o meu quarto… café da manhã impecável e para todos os gostos, sugiro tomar em frente a piscina que fica mais incrível ainda. Perto do píer para speed boat ou ferry, piscina grande e frente mar, de uma cor espetacular a água, no início do dia e final a maré abaixa um pouco mas é bem tranquilo… amei demais, quando voltar a Tailândia irei ficar aqui novamente com certeza

Mycket bra läge, nära båthamnen så det var lätt att ta sig dit. De hade en fantastisk pool och ligger alldeles brevid den vackra stranden. Rummen var rena och sängen mjuk och skön. Helt okej frukostbuffe. Kommer defenitivt boka detta hotell igen om det blir någon fler resa till Phiphi.

Amazing views of the bay, pool was huge and never overviewed. Great location to the town and the pier. Loved they had free fruit and snack in the afternoon.

Perfect location 5 minute walk from the pier and same distance to get into town where all the restaurants and bars are. When we left the pier there were lots of people holding signs for hotels, our guy loaded our luggage onto the trolley and walked them down to the hotel for us. We arrived at 12pm and were allowed to check into our room immediately? With our luggage also been taken . As soon as I walked into the pool area absolutely stunning views of the sea and pool , I immediately booked additional nights. I would recommend mosquito spray to blast the room every night as you are next to a jungle, it is noisy at night time due to the bars playing music till the early hours but that didn’t bother us. Perfect find!

Habitaciones muy amplias, con vista a la playa. Una piscina enorme con vistas al mar. Desayuno continental muy completo. Es un hotel que se nota no ha tenido tanto mantenimiento de reformas pero que cumple con lo que se necesita para la estadía. Lo único malo que para bañarte en el mar tienes que caminar ya que frente al hotel no hay bajada, y la playa se llena de barcos de cola larga. Preferimos la piscina y disfrutar el mar en las excursiones por el archipiélago. Buena ubicación cerca de todo, la contra la música de los bares de la playa se escucha fuerte hasta las 2 am, pero debe ser igual en todo tonsai

The hotel has a specular view and it´s very convenient just few steps from the dock. However, the room was extremely dirty. We had to help the staff to move the beds and other furniture around to make sure they could clean the floor properly.

Location and the pool view were amazing! The staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, they had a woman cooking fresh eggs. The bathrooms were disappointing. The shower head did not work and the overall bathroom was old and showing signs of disrepair.

The photos posted do not match the terrible condition of the hotel. The dirt is shocking, and there are rats everywhere. Notice that there are no pictures of the bathrooms because they are disgusting—grime, mold, and cockroaches, lots of cockroaches. The bed had hair from the previous guest; they didn’t even change the sheets. Housekeeping is nonexistent, as the cleaners don’t even wipe down the bathroom—they only take out the trash, leaving everything else the same. They don’t even clean the bathroom; this is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The shower enclosure is made of PVC and is filthy—you can see it in the photos. I asked for an extra pillow, and they said they didn’t have any to provide, which seems unbelievable. I’m posting pictures here of the bathroom, the PVC shower curtain, cockroaches in the bathroom, and the grime and mold. The view from the hotel is beautiful, but that’s the only good thing about it. Everything else is horrible. Stay away from this hotel!

Toppen bra läge, bland det bästa på ön om man vill bo centralt nära hamnen. Det var lugnt på kvällen, musik hördes lite men inget som störde. Poolen låg kanonfint utmed havet, fina vyer. Frukosten var ok, men vårt rum var ok men inget mer. Stenhårda sängar. Det funkade 2 nätter, läget är oslagbart

The view was nice, the pool is also very nice, but the bathroom and shower were horrible, the mattress felt like a bag of bricks. The pillows were just small brick bags. This place would be really nice if they updated their bathrooms and just got some new mattresses and bedding. That place has a lot of potential if somebody were to take it over and revamp it

Really poor cleanlyness, extremely loud location to the point of no sleep. The view was amazing, but it is located at the windowst spot on the island, so the wind keeps you from enhoying the balcony and whistles and rattles the glass doors all night

While most of the staff were polite and welcoming during my stay, I had a very disappointing interaction with one staff member who spoke to me in an extremely rude and loud manner. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional, which really affected my overall experience. I appreciated the kindness of the other staff, but I hope the management addresses such behavior to ensure every guest feels respected and comfortable.

The pool and views are picture perfect. However the rooms and hotel are very dated. There is also a reason why there isn’t a picture of the bathroom as they are the worst part. Depending on the room you get given depends on quality. We first had a run down room with small bathroom that was falling apart and floor peeling and tripping up. When moved room was smaller but better equipped. Breakfast was basic and service not the best. Reception staff helpful. Location is away from the noisy bars so is quieter but not too far from shops/restaurants.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because the pool was wonderful and we liked the breakfast. The staff was great and it's in a convenient location. But the bathroom was in really rough shape. It felt dirty, the toilet only worked part of the time, and it felt like it was falling apart and in need of an update.

When we left the pier there were lots of people holding signs for hotels, our guy loaded our luggage onto the trolley and walked them down to the hotel for us. We arrived at 12pm and were allowed to check into our room immediately? With our luggage also been taken . As soon as I walked into the pool area absolutely stunning views of the sea and pool , I immediately booked additional nights. I would recommend mosquito spray to blast the room every night as you are next to a jungle, it is noisy at night time due to the bars playing music till the early hours but that didn’t bother us. Perfect find!

I really don't know where to start with this,i stayed for 2 nights from the photos with the pool its looks great but apart from that was terrible would not recommend to my worst enemy.Main light didn't work ,charging point barley worked and would spark,bed was terrible,the whole room looked like something from 1950s.No evaluator.But worse part is the balcony door was so run down i opened it to go outside and the door feel out and smashed,if i slipped i would of been dead!But the hotel was so nice they charged me 17000 baht (£391)!!!!said i caused it!the place is a hell whole if you want to enjoy beautiful PHI PHI DO NOT STAY HERE!! It was the worse hotel i have ever stayed in and scammed me for £391 on top for damage for there run down room .

Toppen bra läge, bland det bästa på ön om man vill bo centralt nära hamnen. Det var lugnt på kvällen, musik hördes lite men inget som störde. Poolen låg kanonfint utmed havet, fina vyer. Frukosten var ok, men vårt rum var ok men inget mer. Stenhårda sängar. Det funkade 2 nätter, läget är oslagbart

The hotel has a specular view and it´s very convenient just few steps from the dock. However, the room was extremely dirty. We had to help the staff to move the beds and other furniture around to make sure they could clean the floor properly.

Mycket bra läge, nära båthamnen så det var lätt att ta sig dit. De hade en fantastisk pool och ligger alldeles brevid den vackra stranden. Rummen var rena och sängen mjuk och skön. Helt okej frukostbuffe. Kommer defenitivt boka detta hotell igen om det blir någon fler resa till Phiphi.

It is right on the water close to the beach but loud from the bars. Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived and our shower door was broken.

A very lovely hotel in a traditional style with some overall updates. So much could be done to save this place, starting with sustainability. With the tourist pollution problem this hotel is still using plastic bottles . Beds are so hard and noise at night unbearable till 3am despite being given earplugs by staff at checkin. The outlook from the hotel is stunning and it is well located centrally. The bathroom in our room was in poor shape though functional. I really wanted to clear out the circular pool gardens of weeds! Could so easily be achieved.

Habitaciones muy amplias, con vista a la playa. Una piscina enorme con vistas al mar. Desayuno continental muy completo. Es un hotel que se nota no ha tenido tanto mantenimiento de reformas pero que cumple con lo que se necesita para la estadía. Lo único malo que para bañarte en el mar tienes que caminar ya que frente al hotel no hay bajada, y la playa se llena de barcos de cola larga. Preferimos la piscina y disfrutar el mar en las excursiones por el archipiélago. Buena ubicación cerca de todo, la contra la música de los bares de la playa se escucha fuerte hasta las 2 am, pero debe ser igual en todo tonsai

Its a nice hotel in general, wonderfully situated. But the bathroom was very run-down and the cleaning could improve. The pillows in the bed had a bed smell, i think its because they wash them in cold water so they dont get clean. At breakfast they only served white bread, no full grain bread. The juice both looked and tasted artifical, i would have preffered genuine juices.

Meu quarto era vista mar, achei incrível… enorme e o banheiro era a gás que é perfeito, conta com varanda o meu quarto… café da manhã impecável e para todos os gostos, sugiro tomar em frente a piscina que fica mais incrível ainda. Perto do píer para speed boat ou ferry, piscina grande e frente mar, de uma cor espetacular a água, no início do dia e final a maré abaixa um pouco mas é bem tranquilo… amei demais, quando voltar a Tailândia irei ficar aqui novamente com certeza

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because the pool was wonderful and we liked the breakfast. The staff was great and it's in a convenient location. But the bathroom was in really rough shape. It felt dirty, the toilet only worked part of the time, and it felt like it was falling apart and in need of an update.

Location and the pool view were amazing! The staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, they had a woman cooking fresh eggs. The bathrooms were disappointing. The shower head did not work and the overall bathroom was old and showing signs of disrepair.

Inte så glad eller tillmötesgående personal, inget varmvatten i duschen, torra pannkakor, stenhårda sängar och poolen där ute fungerar som fågelbad... lite ofräscht, 3 av 10 i vårt sällskap började kräkas på det hotellet.

Super dirty, toilets don’t flush unless you hold the handle for like 60 seconds, rooms smell like poop and cigarettes, cockroaches everywhere. Woke up to a roach on top of me!! Worse than any hostel I’ve ever been to. Location is the only plus. DO NOT stay here.

The hotel was lovely and our view of the bay superb. The drawback was the thumping music from the opposite end of the beach which went to 5.00am one night (when the Ibiza Pool Party was on) and 3.30am the other 2 nights from the fire show bars. The sound really carried across the bay. We're all for people having a good time but this was really too much.

The rooms are very outdated. Our shower didn’t work. Our toilet didn’t work. Customer service was super rude in the front desk.
