Good clean rooms central location helpful staff and good choice of breakfast would definitely recommend

Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy with a nice selection of drinks a the bar. The room was extremely clean and tidy was very impressed by it although have a short stay i would have liked for there to have been a fridge. Apart from that the room was great clean fresh bedding little sofa. A/c along with all the compliments in the room and shower. Room cleaning was done daily and they did a lovely job too. Breakfast had a good variety from cereal and fruit to a full English. Although the hash browns were not to my liking. Everything else was great. Really could not have knocked my stay and would definitely recommend and return again in the future. Thanks very much for a pleasant stay. 10/10

Really nice place to stay great free breakfast with automatic pancake maker nice bar which is reasonably priced staff are very friendly and helpful great late check out at 1200 for free right next to the station only fault 1 of the 2 lifts is awaiting repair (part on order) Really good value 100 yards from the train station and bus station Hull has lots to offer will visit again.. I will visit again
