Walking distance to lots of big attractions, lots of decent restaurants in the area, subway station is 5 minutes away. Only two issues and they are minor, the shower is relatively small, and no mini fridge

Close to the main (Termini) train station, and convenient location for some of the sights in Rome. Elevator very small. Noisy street in the morning (trash being picked up). Room small but comfortable. Very good choice for a budget hotel.

Air conditioning noisy like a drill. Had to swot off and so hot. Then we had to listen to garbage trucks and delivery vans all night. Barely slept. Overpriced. Never again.

Hotel location was very central, walkable to many attractions around, plenty restaurants, coffee shops... the hotel is located on the second floor. There is another hotel located on the first floor. Elevator was a plus. the rooms are very small, typical to Europe. However, The shower was extremely small. I am size 12 (US) and i had really hard time to got into shower without any accident. Shower is high from the floor, door opening is very small, no handles neither inside nor outside to help to get in and out. There is only shower head no handset. You have to options either turn the water on while the shower doors are open to adjust the temperature or get in first and take a chance to get burnt or cold shower while waiting for water temperature to settle. First option gets you in wet and slippery surface, that is pretty dangerous since there are no handles neither inside the shower nor outside. Hence, this hotel might work for young and slimmer guests. When we asked from desk if there are any rooms available with bigger showers, he sarcastically smiled and said in Italy we all in good shape. in our 2 months traveling in Italy we did not have shape issue at all. My partner could not take any shower for our entire stay. Lucky we reserved for 3 days only. We had to use public baths. The toilet was clogged too. We had to use wast basket to flush it.

Property was good. Hard to find for their sign is small and not visible. Good location

I regret to say that my experience at Hotel Touring in Rome was extremely disappointing. On the first day, the receptionist assisted us in accessing the AC, but on the second day, we were informed that all the AC remotes were already in use by other rooms. This forced us to open the windows, leading to an influx of mosquitoes and excessive road noise, making it impossible to sleep.Despite the scorching heat on the third day, the hotel still failed to provide AC remotes. For guests who value air conditioning and a comfortable sleep environment, I cannot recommend this hotel.Overall, my stay at Hotel Touring was marred by the lack of AC availability and the resulting discomfort. It's best to consider other options if these factors are important to you as a guest.

My only complaint is that there is no visible sign for hotel. Check-in is located on the 2nd floor of building (there is an elevator). Great location, staff was helpful, and trams and busses were close by. No refrigerator or safe in room, but had a/c and updated bathroom.

Very helpful staff. You can store luggage for 1 day free then 5 euros/day.

Room was quite spacious for us, family of four. Its very central area & close to all amaneties. It had some cutlery & breakfast space with small table & chairs. But only issue was there was not any kettle provided, so we were missing our morning tea/coffee in the room. This is quite strange for us as most of the places we go to they do provide eletric kettle & this is very first time it happened eventhough we desperately needed it was not the option given by hotel. I inquired with reception & they say no kettle in the room but i could use their small hotel kitchen general room at second floor, our room was 4th floor. It was little uncomfortable but we survived 😃. Humble request to management of this hotel pls pls do provide kettle in the room so your guests can enjoy their hand made tea/coffee like us. Thanks a lot

The property was rather run down looking and the rooms really need to be refurbished. On the plus side, the staff were great and very helpful. All staff we met were pleasant and polite. The rooms were very clean but dated.

The condition of the room terible with bedbugs.There is no refrigerator in the room and safety box. The beds were terrible. I will not recommend.

Rummet var slitet och hade bara ett fungerande eluttag och det behövdes till luftkonditioneringen. Det fanns en grenkontakt, men det blixtrade när vi kopplade in den. Toaletten läckte så det luktade urin i hela rummet, trots att vi inte hade använt den. Vi har även blivit bitna av vägglöss, som vi senare hittade i en av sängarna. Läget är fantastiskt, med närhet till Termini, men det är nog det enda som är bra med hotellet tyvärr!

Assez propre mais chambre triste et laide. Lampes de chevet brisées, douche qui coule partout avec des portes qui ne ferment pas, vieille couverture passée date, porte de la salle bain qui ne ferme pas, etc

Air conditioning does not work if temperature outside is under 70*. Doesn’t matter if your room is hot. Their solution was to open the windows. No screens. Bird almost flew in window. Couldn’t have lights on at night with windows open because of mosquitoes. Very noisy with windows open. Should not be advertised as airconditioned

This was a good budget hotel when traveling with our family. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Rome. Close to the main train station. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint about this hotel would be the mattress on the beds were horrible. I'm not sure if they were old or just cheap but they definitely need new mattress before I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. However the room was tiny and the bathroom was even smaller. The toilet wont flush and to take a shower you needed to climb into a cage like contraption.

Pros: good location with nearby restaurants to enjoy. Staff was friendly. Cons: Room outdated, needed refresh. No way to control room temperature. Bathroom stank from plumbing or sewer smells? Shower head needed to be descaled to allow proper water flow. The shower was very difficult to enter/exit. You had to squeeze thru very narrow opening. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have mobility issues getting into and out of the shower.

Very noisy coming from outside and inside the hotel

I liked the location and the check in was easy. beds were comfy... however, all night there were people shouting and laughing in the hallways.. also as a solo traveling woman, there were a lot of creaky noises around my room which freaked me out.

Rommet var rent nok. Hyggelig personale. Aircondition fungere bra men BRÅKER og kan vekke deg midt på natten. Eller så er ganske sentral. Rommet trenger modernisering sengen veggen og TV-en er veldig utdatert. Men veldig grei pris for å være så sentralt.

Very walkable from train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Every thing is great at the hotel but note the shower is small.

Don’t like the staff so rude.

Eccellente pulizia , personale gentilissimo. Firse andrebbe rivisto un pochino il bagno. Ottima posizione. Facile ds raggiundere la sraxione, piazza di spagna e il colosseo. Consiglio vivamente l'hotel turing!

No geral achei boa a localização e bem conveniente. Quarto ok. Limpeza ok. Tem muitas escadas mas isso nao foi um problema. Tenho um pequeno elevador. Porem no dia do meu checkout que seria as 10:00 am me ocorreu um problema pessoal na rua (envolvendo a saude da minha esposa) e realizamos o check out com uma hora e meia de atraso. Problemas acontecem e o hotek tinha todo o direito de me cobrar uma multa ou taxa por isso. Porem, fizeram o pior: um funcionario muito rude foi gritar conosco e esbravejar pis estavamos atrasados. COBRA A TAXA OU A MULTA MAS NAO DESRESPEITE O CLIENTE. AINDA MAIS UM HOMEM NA FRENTE DA SUA MULHER. QUASE QUE UMA DESGRAÇA ACONTECE MAS ME CONTIVE. HORRIVEL O ATNEDIMENTO!

Took a while to get the guy to open the door when we checked in

Staff was very helpful. They arranged taxi to airport for me at a very cheap price and even kept chasing the driver to make sure timely arrival.

The staff was friendly and helpful- specially Mauricio. The hotel is located very conveniently near two metros -one of the stops takes you directly to Leonardo da Vinci airport. You can also walk to a lot of the main attractions. Even thought the hotel is located in the city center is was quiet enough to sleep well at night.

There was several staff at the desk 24 hours. One of them was extremely rude and talking under his breath in italian when we had to change rooms. The shower leaked all over the bathroom. But he expected us to use the same towels here and refused to give us new ones. Overall if you don't mind some rudeness then it is okay as we spent most of the days outside the hotel

The staff were fantastic!!! The room has blackout shutters too so easy to get a good nights sleep.

Friendly staff. Room was very warm at night. Location near metro and easy to navigate. Pillows were very thin though. Could’ve used a second one per person.

Felt abit like being in a mental asylum or that hotel from the shining - all these twists and turns like a labyrinth, lots of white sliding doors your not allowed to open, these big heavy keys to your room, the white walls - it was all trippy and creepy and the area is good location to lots of sights but it’s pretty rough at night time, lots of drunk people and homeless everywhere and it’s very noisy outside from bar works recycling bottles, drunk people shouting and arguing and sirens going by

The price is reasonable and the location near the train and bus stations it is really good

We found a variety of dining near by and were in walking distance from the Rome Termini

I saw a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, but you get what you pay for. I thought it was a perfectly acceptable hotel on a budget. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was close to the train station. If you don't plan to spend time in the room other than sleeping and showering, it is perfectly fine.

This property was in an ideal location. It was a few minuets walk to all public transportation. i.e. the train station, metro and public buses. The property is basic, clean and well cared for. The front desk was very helpful. We needed to trade dollars for Euros and he sent us right around the corner where they exchange was done without fees. There is a lovely diner right around the corner. There were some layout issues with the room, but it was a good place to sleep. I would go again.

El hotel está cerca de la estación Termini. Tienes que subir 1 piso para llegar a él, hay elevador pero yo no lo usé ni sé si se pueda usar. Es muy básico.

Foi uma excelente estadia. Hotel muito bom aconchegante, bom atendimento e um ótimo café da manhã. Muito bem localizado, da pra fazer muita coisa a pé, turistando.
