We loved the hotel, only downside was there was no availability for the VIP perk spa treatment as we were only there for the weekend, so I would advise other customers to book well in advance so they don’t miss out.

We loved this property and our stay. I would definitely recommend staying. I will only mention a couple of items that are just my opinion. We could never get reception on the phone, we had to walk down to talk to them. They were always amazing and friendly, but it would have been nice to get some ice or towels via a phone. The outside pool is SMALL and CROWDED it’s very nice/clean, easy to access. But it looks so much bigger in the pictures. It had 20 people in it every day, included kids which was probably 10 too many! Other than that… the room was awesome, the weather was great, view amazing, staff so helpful, parking was easy, food was goo, breakfast buffet was a large, spa was enjoyable, lots of shops/restaurants near by and near a waterfall you can hike. Recognize the location, it’s about 1hr away from Interlaken. While it’s 14 miles, your on a mountain.

Loved this hotel. The Staff are super helpful and friendly. Give great tips on what to do and where to eat. Loved the sauna/steam room. And the outdoor pool. Outdoor pool is small and there are times where it is too full of people taking instagram shots. But it was open a good amount of the day.

Hotel incrível, nossa experiência foi maravilhosa. Quarto limpo, amplo, cama super confortável, banheiro e chuveiro bons. Vista espetacular do quarto e de vários locais no hotel. Café da manhã bom. SPA maravilhoso, piscina externa lindíssima, limpa e com temperatura adequada, interna mais fria. Super recomendo e com certeza voltaria. Único ponto negativo, que considero abusivo, é cobrar 20 francos suíços em um estacionamento que é dentro do próprio hotel e descoberto, considerando uma diária já com valor alto.

It’s a nice hotel but not coming back. The rooms had a bad smell (I think because of the carpets) The price is too expensive for what it is. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at The Cambrian Hotel in Switzerland, booking a deluxe Mountain Panorama View room with the expectation of a balcony. However, upon check-in, we were surprised to find that the room we received had a very small window and no balcony, which was a stark contrast to what was advertised on the hotel's website and booking platforms. Paying around 650 CHF per night for a two-night stay and not receiving the room we expected was disappointing. The discrepancy between the room we received and the representation provided during booking was quite significant. We believe that if a room does not have a balcony and only features a small window, it should be sold at a different price point. Additionally, we were disheartened by the attitude of the front desk staff, including the duty manager, when we politely raised our concerns. Their response came across as rude, which further impacted our experience negatively. We hope that by sharing our experience, others will be mindful when booking with the hotel. It's important for guests to be aware that the actual accommodations may not align with what is advertised. We recommend potential guests to consider reaching out to the hotel directly to ensure that the room they book meets their expectations. Das Zimmer war hervorragend und alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Ich würde eventuell noch einen Ständer ins Zimmer stellen, damit man Reisetaschen abstellen kann.

Have stayed several times at this property. Was my ‘go to’ in Adelboden, but the attentiveness of staff is now lacking, and the front desk personnel were so unwelcoming (you only get once chance to make a first impression), we’ll probably head somewhere else in town for future stays. In the past, the pool, views, and suites were such a draw, but all of those things lose their appeal when the staff make you feel like you’re hanging at a hostel.

Have stayed several times at this property. Was my ‘go to’ in Adelboden, but the attentiveness of staff is now lacking, and the front desk personnel were so unwelcoming (you only get once chance to make a first impression), we’ll probably head somewhere else in town for future stays. Loved this hotel. The Staff are super helpful and friendly. Give great tips on what to do and where to eat. Loved the sauna/steam room. And the outdoor pool. Outdoor pool is small and there are times where it is too full of people taking instagram shots. But it was open a good amount of the day.

sns에 많이 노출되어 가보았는데, 너무 실망스러웠던 호텔. 리셉션 직원들의 맞이할때부터 불쾌하였고, 문의를 할때마다 그냥 무시해버리는 태도에 인종차별인가라는 생각까지 든 너무 화가 나 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 곳으로 기억됩니다. 수영장은 3팀이 들어가면 포화가 되는 시설

We loved this property and our stay. I would definitely recommend staying. I will only mention a couple of items that are just my opinion. We could never get reception on the phone, we had to walk down to talk to them. They were always amazing and friendly, but it would have been nice to get some ice or towels via a phone. The outside pool is SMALL and CROWDED it’s very nice/clean, easy to access. But it looks so much bigger in the pictures. It had 20 people in it every day, included kids which was probably 10 too many! Other than that… the room was awesome, the weather was great, view amazing, staff so helpful, parking was easy, food was goo, breakfast buffet was a large, spa was enjoyable, lots of shops/restaurants near by and near a waterfall you can hike. Recognize the location, it’s about 1hr away from Interlaken. While it’s 14 miles, your on a mountain.

Amazing place This may as well be the Ritz of Switzerland I entered Interlaken on the hotel search and found this hotel. It’s definitely not Interlaken but may be much better ! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

We had a few issues when we stayed at the hotel - but in the end they were all resolved - I am sure we will visit again and hopefully have a five star stay. Looking forward to the next time.

Check-In: Wir mussten einige Minuten warten, weil das Personal an der Rezeption mit sich selbst beschäftigt war. 4 Angestellte waren da, quatschten aber miteinander bevor sie uns bedienten. Kein Willkommensdrink. Teilw. nur engl. sprechendes Personal. Zimmer schön mit Balkon aber ohne Liegestühle. Wenige Liegestühle draussen am Pool, gefühlt sehr viele Influenzer die im Whirlpool dauernd Selfies machen, was etwas nervt. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cambrian is one of the top hotels in Adelboden in which we have stayed several times. Modern rooms, nice lobby, bar and restaurant areas. Indoor and outdoor pool and a spa. Breakfast is included, and of general high quality. Lovely fresh bread and everything you need. But as a fun fact: I have never experienced larger variation in soft-boiled eggs (from totally liquid to very hard) and fried bacon (from only slightly cooked to black/burnt)!! A small but nice garden with sunbeds is available. All hotel guests in Adelboden are supplied the the public Guest Card, which give free public bus transport in the area, also to the train station in Frutigen and the attractions in Kandersteg. It includes a small discount for the cable cars (Bergbahnen). Some hotels i Adelboden offer an extended card with free cable cars (large value). Be aware that Cambrian does NOT offer this according to the Bergbahnen website and our experience, which was a significant disappointment, as we alway have had this before during our many stays in Adelboden, also in Cambrian. The information about this is not satiffactory and the reception staff's handling of the matter was not impressive.
