We had a wonderful time for a small family getaway. Even though it was March we had one beautiful day on the back patio sitting in the warm sun and just watching the sea while laughing at family stories. Thank you for the memories made.

Our family came to Falmouth for the weekend to spend time with friends that live locally. The location is perfect with stunning views across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking and there is a public beach within easy walk from the house. The home is beautifully appointed with ample space for our family. We would highly recommend this home for year round stays

The house is very comfortable and handled our 3 couples very well. The view is outstanding. We especially enjoyed the patio. Appliances are first class and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Water views cannot be beat! Big windows throughout for enjoying sunrise, midday sparkles on the water, or sunset. One more magnificent than the next. Kitchen was well outfitted for us foodies. Cooked in every night! Beautiful finishes throughout. Firepit and grill were greatly enjoyed. Cute downtown for a stroll. Great halibut chowder on Fridays at Quarter Deck! Great fitness walks throughout the whole area. Overall, just couldn't be beat! Do it!

We had never been to Cape Cod before, and we loved it. The house is a beautiful place and the view is fantastic. The neighborhood is very clean and resort like. It was nice having a private beach to get to enjoy. We will definitely come back.

This home was spectacular. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Right on the water with lots of boat traffic. Even saw seals. Close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor areas including covered porch to sit when it was raining. We will definitely be returning.

Very beautiful location with direct views to the water from almost every room. Bedding was very comfortable. Impressive backup generator started immediately when there was an outage in the area. Great communication with owner. Would already love to relive the memories.

The property is beautiful. The location is very nice, although there was some minor property damage to the yard from a storm a few days before our arrival. Not a big deal because we weren’t expecting to use outdoor space in December. The only real negative from the storm was that we could not see/appreciate the beautiful views from inside the main floor (which are part of what you are paying for with this property) because they were literally covered with sand from the storm. Other than that the house was spotlessly maintained inside. The home and beds were very comfortable and the owner Scott was very responsive and communicative. I would stay again.

The property was perfect for my bridesmaids to get ready and was an ideal location for bridal party photos. Scott was an incredible host, very responsive and wonderful to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our Cape Cod family vacation. The view out every bedroom window was breathtaking! We so enjoyed waking up to boats on the water and walking with our coffee on the beach just a short distance away! The house was meticulous and the town was full of wonderful shops and restaurants. 5 Star all the way!

This is the most stunning, comfortable, and convenient location for a nice beach getaway. The home is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. I was in awe of the functional floor plan and delighted with all the amenities available. There is so much space for entertaining but it is also amazingly romantic if you wanted a more low key evening with your loved one. The views of the ocean are breathtaking from any room in the home and the sounds of the ocean were the perfect way to drift in dreamland. Anyone would be lucky to stay in this charming Cape Cod home.

Kitchen has everything a chef could want! The owner, Scott, is extremely responsive and got back to us within a minute - literally a minute when asked questions! I travel a lot and all over - and this is probably the nicest home I’ve had the pleasure of staying. And one of the best hosts too! More than 5 stars…100 stars!

This is a lovely property for a family beach vacation! The property has a wonderful view of the ocean, easy access to a beach, and is close to many great restaurants and things to do. Our host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

We rented this house to stay the weekend of our wedding with some friends and it was spectacular. The property was perfect for my bridesmaids to get ready and was an ideal location for bridal party photos. Scott was an incredible host, very responsive and wonderful to work with. House was immaculate and very well equipped. I cannot give him a high enough recommendation

This oceanfront home is absolutely gorgeous. Ocean views from every room with large windows. The home is decorated beautifully - open airy modern yet coastal colors and feel. Kitchen has everything a chef could want! The owner, Scott, is extremely responsive and got back to us within a minute - literally a minute when asked questions! I travel a lot and all over - and this is probably the nicest home I’ve had the pleasure of staying. And one of the best hosts too! More than 5 stars…100 stars!

This home was everything you could possibly ask for…..perfectly clean, amazing views, spacious, & and a great location. We loved being right next to the water, and the charming town was nearby for fun shopping and restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful as well!

My friends/family and I had an awesome stay at Scott place! Right on the water, gorgeous views, and responsive host. We didn’t have enough towels when we got there and Scott had the cleaners bring them over first thing in the morning. Will look to stay here in the warmer weather in the future!

The house is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with access to an amazing private beach. There is easy access to nearby restaurants and shops and, we really enjoyed strolling the Main Street in town. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. The restaurant recommendations were so helpful as we didn’t have to spend time figuring out where to eat.We can’t wait to come back — this place is a true gem and the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beach life. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our Cape Cod family vacation. The view out every bedroom window was breathtaking! We so enjoyed waking up to boats on the water and walking with our coffee on the beach just a short distance away! The house was meticulous and the town was full of wonderful shops and restaurants. 5 Star all the way!

This is a lovely property for a family beach vacation! The property has a wonderful view of the ocean, easy access to a beach, and is close to many great restaurants and things to do. Our host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

Our family came to Falmouth for the weekend to spend time with friends that live locally. The location is perfect with stunning views across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking and there is a public beach within easy walk from the house. The home is beautifully appointed with ample space for our family. We would highly recommend this home for year round stays

Short walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Short drive to Martha’s Vineyard ferry, but leave extra time if you want to park in the ferry’s parking lot because there is a shuttle from the lot to the boat.

We had never been to Cape Cod before, and we loved it. The house is a beautiful place and the view is fantastic. The neighborhood is very clean and resort like. It was nice having a private beach to get to enjoy. We will definitely come back.

This home was spectacular. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Right on the water with lots of boat traffic. Even saw seals. Close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor areas including covered porch to sit when it was raining. We will definitely be returning.

This property is even better in real life than it looks in the pictures! It is incredibly clean and well-stocked. It is somehow both high end and cozy and comfortable at the same time, and the views are incredible. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and more (we forgot our hair dryer and were delighted to find one) and the beds were comfortable and linens updated and fresh. Once again, I have to point out how clean this place was—no sand, dust, paint chipping, fading…it was really a place a mom could relax. We loved walking around the neighborhood and down to Bristol Beach, and the private beach access was lovely. We went in the off season but the town and area were hardly sleepy—plenty to keep us busy but so peaceful.

Coastal Chic is a beautiful house with scenery that is hard to leave. My family was ready to just relax and enjoy the place as we expected cold weather. The weather allowed for some touring but the house felt so much like home it was difficult to leave. Great location and the house was equipped with everything a family of five needed.
